As far as more overt/brazen ops Re: weather manipulation (which is not a 'new' thing but it appears -- as with other issues/topics -- it's becoming more brazen/large-scale in scope/harms caused), we should rightly start with the BS that occurred in Hawaii not long ago, but since I’m pressed for time, for now I’ll raise the recent vile disasters-in-progress in NC, both the consideration that focused ‘direction’ of intense weather patterns (manipulation) may have occurred -- in an area that rarely endures such extreme conditions -- and more egregiously (despicably, and more demonstrably observable) the — LACK OF — Relief and Response by FEMA/govt, particularly in light of the recent $MILLIONS in aid going to Israel and the Ukraine, which remains ONGOING.

1. A method of affecting the formation and direction of a weather system comprising:
locating a low atmospheric weather system having the potential to develop into a storm, said weather system having winds rotating in an observed direction; and
projecting high decibel sound waves toward a peripheral area of said weather system, whereby to affect the formation and direction of said weather system.
2. A method according to claim 1 wherein the winds of said weather system rotate at a higher velocity in a central area of said system and at a lower velocity at said peripheral area of said system and said sound waves are projected at said peripheral area where said winds have a velocity of about ten mph.
3. A method according to claim 2, wherein said sound waves are projected at a frequency range of 100-2000 Hz.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said weather system has the potential to develop into a destructive storm and said high decibel sound waves are projected countercurrent to said observed direction whereby to disrupt the formation of said weather system.
5. A method according to claim 4, wherein said destructive storm is a hurricane.
6. A method according to claim 4, wherein said destructive storm is a tornado.
7. A method according to claim 3, wherein said weather system has the potential to develop into a destructive storm and said high decibel sound waves are projected concurrently to said observed direction whereby to enhance the formation of said weather system.
8. A method according to claim 7, wherein said destructive storm is a hurricane.
9. A method according to claim 7, wherein said destructive storm is a tornado.
10. A method of affecting the formation a weather system comprising:
locating a low atmospheric weather system having the potential to produce rain; and
projecting high decibel sound waves toward said weather system, whereby to cause rain to emanate from said weather system.
11. A method according to claim 10, including the step of projecting said sound waves at a frequency range of between one thousand to thousand fps.
12. A method according to claim 11, including the step of projecting said sound waves at an angle which would induce a rotational vector in the system having a partial rotational waddle of about five hundred to two thousand fpm.

The most well known of this technology being cloud seeding.

Before we go any further, we just want to make clear that a patent does not necessarily mean that weather is being manipulated. It just means that an official patent exists, and the patent we're about to talk about was officially backed by Federal Government amongst others.

Are There Ways To Control The Weather?

Talking about controlling the weather sounds pretty unhinged, but while we don't currently have methods for controlling weather in a consistent and precise way, there have been some efforts and technologies developed to influence weather patterns.

Cloud Seeding: This is the most well-known and widely used method for attempting to modify weather.

It involves dispersing things like silver iodide or sodium chloride into the air to encourage cloud formation and precipitation.

Cloud Seeding is used to increase rainfall, reduce hail, and clear fog, especially around airports.

Hail Cannons: These devices produce shock waves to disrupt the formation of hailstones.

While their effectiveness is debated, some farmers use them to protect crops from hail damage.

Forest and Vegetation Management: Large-scale planting of trees and vegetation can affect local weather patterns by increasing humidity and influencing rainfall.

If you're from Louisiana, that might sound pretty familiar to you.

Ever notice how often you see a stormy weather system heading for Acadiana sometimes break up around Lafayette?

Cities inadvertently affect weather patterns through the heat generated by buildings, vehicles, and other infrastructure. This can lead to localized weather changes, such as increased rainfall downwind of urban areas.

All of the above mentioned techniques really do more to influence weather rather than control it, and come with significant limitations.

Growing up in South Louisiana, we've all talked about and theorized ways to keep hurricanes from hitting our coast.

Having an actual way to control and manipulate hurricanes away from Louisiana is absolute crazy talk anyway, right?

Well...maybe not according inventor Andrew Waxmanski, of Chipley, Florida.

Andrew Waxmanski was an inventor from Florida who developed a few different devices over his lifetime such as a spring loaded fishing device and a shoe rack stack.

He was granted a patent for his shoe rack stack invention on August 17, 1976.

However, it was the patent he filed on November 2, 2001 that is the most intriguing of all.

The official name of his invention filed with the U.S. patent office on November 2, 2001 is "HURRICANE AND TORNADO CONTROL
DEVICE".

Inventor Andrew Waxmanski passed away in 2007, leaving his "Hurricane and Tornado Control Device" patent listed as "Abandonded" according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

However, this is where a guy named Olatunbosun Osinaike steps in.

According to the USPTO, inventor Osinaike was in fact granted a patent for a "manual processes to moderate weather" in April of 2023.

Officially titled as "Propagating sound through bodies of water, to generate and direct wind, for the purpose of moderating and affecting weather patterns" on the US patent website, is basically the same concept of disrupting, manipulating, and steering weather systems such as hurricanes and tornadoes.

I do plenty of due diligence, actually. When I don't -- and merely share things here in the first instance before a 'deep dive' -- I make it clear in my commentary in full transparency. So you're either being obtuse here or purposely misrepresenting. Or Both.

Of course you can direct your focus on a comment by a person/handle that falls outside the specific scope of the topic being raised, and rather than address the core issues, attempt this 'guilt by association'/'focus on the messenger rather than the message' dishonesty in appraising the datapoints.

There will always be ample examples of flawed thinking or positions out there -- either due to 'grifting'/limited hangout variations, or ignorance/bias, or any combination thereof. But that doesn't mean that all content shared by a handle online is necessarily FALSE by default because they may have flawed views of positions on other or related topics. A filtering process is increasingly necessary with ALL information, from ALL sources.

Natural disasters put many of the points I’ve highlighted thus far in context. This is because the Federal response to them tends to be incredibly inept with the focus rather than helping the people there typically going:

•Enriching organizations profiting from the disaster (who receive most of the aid money despite doing very little to support relief efforts).

•Concealing the extent of the tragedy to avoid making the government look bad.

In turn, those affected by the disaster are typically lost and forgotten. When you track them years later, they have been displaced and lost everything they had (e.g., see this article titled “Five years after the Camp fire, Paradise survivors see a hard future for Maui”).

Because of this, when the Lahaina wildfires happened, I received a lot of requests from readers there to help bring attention to what the locals were facing, and once I looked at the facts at play (e.g., what they shared) I realized that the situation would likely follow the disaster capitalism pattern. Since I wanted to give them a voice, I did that (e.g., here, and here), and amongst other things highlighted that:

•FEMA both failed to provide relief supplies to those who needed them and actively made an effort to block locals from helping get the supplies there (which led to boat conveys being set up to do that.

•The very first thing FEMA did was cut off the public’s access to Lahaina (e.g., with high fences from the highway or establishing a no-fly zone above it—making it impossible for drones to get footage), and as a result, for roughly a year made it impossible to get footage of what it looked like.

•Almost all of the aid went to things that did not help the affected residents of Lahaina, and as a result, despite billions being put in, the basic things they needed weren’t done and they are gradually being displaced and replaced with wealthier residents.

In turn, I felt there were two particularly important aspects of the story.

The first is that Lahaina is probably one of the most liked places in the world. So, if they could get away with doing that there, it’s a forgone conclusion the same or worse would also happen to “fly-over country” (e.g., while Biden took months to finally visit and did almost nothing for Hawaii—a heavily Democratic state, he refused to do anything for East Palestine a Midwest city essentially rendered uninhabitable by a chemical waste spill).

The second was that while the authorities abandoned Lahaina, the local community did not, and as a result most of the critical aid was done by community volunteers and local charities. I felt this was particularly important because in the perilous future we are moving into, a local decentralized model of support is the only thing we can rely upon (which likewise is why I believe the upper class puts so much work into making people be divided and hateful towards to each other).

To illustrate, here are two largely forgotten stories from Hurricane Katrina (the deadliest hurricane in US history and a truly monumental government screw-up):

Two days before the storm made landfall, while FEMA was floundering, the [Mormon] church dispatched 10 trucks full of tents, sleeping bags, tarps to cover wrecked roofs, bottled water, and 5-gallon drums of gas from its warehouses to New Orleans and other hard-hit areas. The supplies were distributed in an orderly fashion to people who desperately needed them.

The Cajun Navy are informal ad hoc volunteer groups comprising private boat owners who assist in search and rescue efforts in the United States as well as offer disaster relief assistance. These groups were formed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and reactivated in the aftermaths of the 2016 Louisiana floods, Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, the 2018 Hidalgo County flood, Hurricane Florence, Tropical Storm Gordon, Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Laura, Hurricane Ida, Hurricane Ian, and Hurricane Helene. They are credited with rescuing thousands of citizens during those disasters.

Note: one of the things that made Katrina such a disaster was that the levees failed and flooded the poorest parts of the city (which is considered to be one of the worst civil engineering failures in history). Many residents at the time believed that the levees were intentionally detonated to flood the poor areas of the city (e.g., residents testified to hearing explosions in front of Congress) either to clear them out or to divert the flood waters away from the rich areas. While it’s impossible to know what happened, I had a close friend in the special forces who shared with me that on a message board he used, a Navy EOD diver stated he’d gone to at least one of the levees that failed and found signs suggesting an explosive was indeed detonated there.

Regrettably the dysfunctional FEMA response I just described is holding true for hurricane Helene. For example, this two minute testimony from a resident highlights that FEMA is telling people not to support local relief efforts while simultaneously refusing to help anyone and asking for all the relief money makes the point:

Note: the key point of this video is the critical importance of donating to local aid organizations rather than large charities.

Likewise consider this headline:

A South Carolina pilot who flew stranded Hurricane Helene victims in flood-ravaged North Carolina to safety claims he was told he would be arrested if he continued the rescue missions.

Many (very frustrated) citizens in turn, are also reporting that FEMA, beyond doing nothing, is prohibiting them from providing aid to the trapped citizens there (while the citizens for days have remained trapped and in desperate need for supplies—to the point looting is beginning to occur).

Sadder still, many of those who could deliver the supplies (e.g., helicopter pilots) are instead being threatened with arrest (e.g., see this testimony, this testimony, this testimony, this testimony, ), and more curiously independent truckers trying to deliver relief supplies to the area are reporting their tires are being slashed at stops.

Note: a no-fly zone has also been established (which cannot be bypassed in a drone unless the operating system is hacked), which is particularly egregious in this case since Drones are vital for locating stranded individuals who need help.

One of the most insightful reports I saw on this subject came from a guy who regularly finds ways to deliver relief supplies to disaster zones (including this one) stated that in 2017 after Hurricane Irma, independent aid was prohibited from by FEMA getting to the Florida Keys. When he finally bypassed the blockade (by going 87 miles at night by boat), he learned that the residents had been told by FEMA to stay inside and that there was limited aid (e.g., FEMA wouldn’t even give them water) because no one besides FEMA wanted to help them (leading them being abandoned) and since they’d lost communication with the outside world so they had to take FEMA’s word on this. Following this, he was able to mobilize the local populace to put pressure on FEMA to allow him to be involved in getting relief supplies. After mobilizing it, he had a remarkable experience which cuts to the heart of the issue:

I was able to coordinate several trucks full of supplies to be brought down to the EOC in Marathon. I was privy to the EOC meeting, BUT was informed in that meeting, that all of the semi trucks full of food, water and hygiene supplies were to be turned around and not allowed to be offloaded for distribution by the EOC.

THE REASON they gave us, was that these donations were not from companies on their "preferred vendors list" and that they would not accept them or give them to the residents of the keys impacted by the storm. It was at that point that I realized, this is ALL ABOUT MONEY. These 'preferred vendors" are getting part of the money being released by the state and federal govt for each disaster. In turn, some of the "vendors" make it on the list because a friend gets them on the list, and in return for getting ridiculously outlandish amounts of compensation for the services they render, they give kickbacks.

So accepting outside donations, even though they are on location and can help people NOW, they would rather let people suffer so they can get their kickbacks.

Note: I’ve also made the strong case that many of the medical charities (e.g., the National Multiple Sclerosis Society) which exist to help people with a disease (but despite raising vast amounts of money over decades fail to produce treatments for the disease) will actively block promising treatments for the disease as a cure emerging would negate their reason for existing.

^^That's exactly what it is. I just read it, and it essentially boils down to "controlling the weather by shouting at it very loudly".

At no point does it explain the mechanisms involved, beyond projecting a high decibel sound at the weather pattern, which will then "do stuff". The assumption seems to be that a high decibel sound projected into the wind will slow it down, and doing it with the wind will speed it up.

Rare Behavior of Hurricane Milton Puts Weather Modification Conversation Back on the Table


Shortly after Hurricane Milton appeared on everyone’s radar, it began to rapidly change and morph into a monster storm. On September 26, 2024 Hurricane Helene made landfall as a Category 4 storm at Dekle Beach in Taylor County as the strongest hurricane on record to make landfall in Florida’s Big Bend area.

Nine days later, another storm appears in Helene’s wake. Hurricane Milton was spotted as a tropical depression and rapidly changed from a mild weather event into a rare Gulf monster outperforming models and making its way once again towards Florida.

FOX 35 Orlando meteorologist Noah Bergren’s analysis painted stark picture:

“This is nothing short of astronomical. I am at a loss for words to meteorologically describe you the storms small eye and intensity. 897mb pressure with 180 MPH max sustained winds and gusts 200+ MPH. This is now the 4th strongest hurricane ever recorded by pressure on this side of the world…This hurricane is nearing the mathematical limit of what Earth's atmosphere over this ocean water can produce.”

Florida meteorologist Jason Dunning wrote,

“Milton is taking a pretty rare track. For some perspective, only two hurricanes in recorded history have moved from the southwestern Gulf of Mexico toward Florida's Gulf Coast (1888 and1859). Both were in October.”

Its strength has led to calls for a new designation of a ‘category 6’ to be made specially for Milton’s behavior. Yet, at the time of this writing, the ebb and flow of Milton’s behavior has let to now-downgraded category 4 designation.

Milton’s rare behavior preceded by Helene’s upward turn of destruction into the interior of the Southern United States have many speculating if weather modification was involved.

Corporate media, in true knee-jerk fashion, raced to call anyone suggesting such technology exists a ‘conspiracy theorist.’

What’s not found in any of corporate media’s reporting is the actual evidence of weather modification going back nearly 80 years.

Project Cirrus was the first attempt to modify a hurricane in October of 1947. This is now the 4th strongest hurricane ever recorded by pressure on this side of the world…This hurricane is nearing the mathematical limit of what Earth's atmosphere over this ocean water can produce.”

Florida meteorologist Jason Dunning wrote,

“Milton is taking a pretty rare track. For some perspective, only two hurricanes in recorded history have moved from the southwestern Gulf of Mexico toward Florida's Gulf Coast (1888 and1859). Both were in October.”

There could be something in all this but you need to do the maths then see if HAARP's output increases in an appropriate way at the required time. They have figures available on its energy use and output and they vary wildly. Ok ... they used to have this stuff available. The internet is a very different place these days.

Hurricane strength is driven by hot oceans but the oceans are warming. Nearly a decade ago i went to Fiji, which is where my dad is from. It was the coldest winter in memory. People were importing and buying jackets. It was also the dryest winter in decades.

However the water was really hot. It was insane. It was hotter in the ocean than on the beach when we went swimming. In Fiji. That's rare, I'd never experienced it there before (or anywhere to be honest. Water holes sure, because its a small pool of water and the sun can heat it. Not the ocean tho.)

Six months later Cyclone Winston (look it up) tore Fiji apart. Not that surprising when I thought back to how hot the water was in JUly 2015.

Despite what people with an agenda will tell you the ocean is getting hotter.

But its also theoretically possible to use a facility like HAARP to heat the water in front of a tropical depression and drive it to cyclone strength. But the data will be there to show this. Ocean water temps, energy temps and output from the facility in Alaska, localised changes to weather in Alaska and on whatever the energy is transmitted.

You might find evidence, or you might not. If it happened some evidence will be there. I'd be looking for localised, extreme increases in temps in the water and in the upper atmosphere about halfway between the coast and Alaska, as well as weird aerial weather phenomena around that halfway point.

But you might not find this stuff.
