The reality of the situation is that we have a one-party socialist system in the U.S
I would be interested in seeing this explained further and/or clarified. While I think you mean to confine the party system and elites within the category "socialist system" it may be misleading to characterize the greater American system which led to this state of affairs as "socialist." Not that you meant to, but I am not sure, thus my questioning here. I mean, I understand corporate welfare and all that, but I am not sure it is accurate to label this form of totalitarianism as socialist. While all systems have fallen into totalitarianism, I wonder which brand of totalitarianism best describes America? Would just like a little clarification if you have time. What is the relationship between the corporate-controlled party-and-elite system, and socialism for you? Wasn't our system based on the free market of ideas and candidates? How did it evolve into the rigged system we now see? Thanks, Gouda
