A 10-day discrepancy to the time of death seems too big a mistake for even a forensic pathologist.

What if there's more than the one victim? I know police have linked the parts to the torso, but last I heard they were still awaiting DNA confirmation.

That is certainly possible and we will find out in the coming days I would hope.


I will say right now at this point all I see here is a sociopath serial killer who first killed kittens and moved on to humans and he used the internet to promote and create his sick little drama. I dont see much more here than that, however, one reason I posted what I found here after I saw that Jeff started the thread about the foot was because I knew the people at this forum would reject the obvious and look more deeply and I wont discount the fact that it all looks very strange and there may be more here than meets the eye, people more intelligent than me will hopefully get to the bottom of it if that is the case.

Ask yourself what evidence you have for any of this. Do you know that he was the kitten killer? If so, how? How are you certain of it? Are you sure he was a porn actor? How have you become certain of that? Are you sure it is he himself who set up all those blog sites, youtube IDs, created that swastika .gif, put his name onto a blank "make me heal.com" plastic surgery site, commented here, there and everywhere under different IDs? What proof do you have of those things? Seems to me that those are all suspicions with no evidence to back them up.

Earlier in the thread I posted that odd "What's My Line" video. Did he make that? it's pretty sophisticated from what I can see. If he did make that, why? If he didn't, who did?

If I were on a jury at this moment (having not seen either the kitten videos or the alleged murder video) I could not come close to convicting this guy. I certainly can't prove he made any sock puppet accounts no matter how many times he's accused of doing so. I can't prove that he did anything other than deny his alleged affair with Homolka and audition for a reality show. Those are literally the only two things I know for 95% certain about this guy.

I agree with all of that, it should be looked further in to and evidence should be found to support any and all allegations, I would never jump to any conclusions with a persons freedom at stake otherwise. And that is what I was hoping for in posting it here. All I am saying is that at first look, it just looks like a sick and very damaged person who has finally went the full mile and did what he has probably dreamed about for years but I know as well as anyone that what we see at first look isnt always what is really there.

I am absolutely open to any and all ideas and I dont think anyone should be criticized for offering them no matter how far out there they may be.

I've been meaning to ask what others make of what that US attorney who claims to have called many police departments said. Perhaps someone who has been to best gore can enlighten me as to why the attorney would have been so sure of some things. Here's his quote:

"“I told them there was a video online of the murder, and the murder had likely taken place in Canada. And that the perpetrator was certainly a Canadian, certainly from Toronto,” Roger Renville said. “His name was Luka Magnotta. And somebody needed to look at this.”"

I don't understand how he could have known anything for certain from the video?

I have to wonder if anyone confirms any of these things before they print them. Here's something from the National Post:

It quoted Mr. Magnotta’s website as lamenting that “blacks get their own countries, Chinese get their own countries … however if white people want their own countries then we are denied that right.”

A photo of a shirtless Mr. Magnotta accompanied the post, which has now been taken down. A second and final post by reddragon1 the following day made derogatory comments about Jews. Stormfront is run by former Ku Klux Klan leader Don Black.

The blog Anti-Racist Canada, which found the Stormfront posts, reported Thursday that it would be sending them “to the appropriate authorities” and said it suspected reddragon1 to be Mr. Magnotta himself

"im not talking to ANY doctors, I understand you were raped and I hope they keep you in the hospital for good" ??????? Where the hell did this attitude come from? After everything I have done for her I thought she would be there for me.. but she screwed me at the one time I was the weakest...this is what she LOVES to do... humiliate people and make them feel inferior to her because she is the devil...she has such a horrible life she needs to drag everyone down with her. So I told her , that if she made me stay in the trauma word alone for another few days I would NEVER speak to her again... she said "i dont care" and I hung up. My boss phoned the hospital and DEMANDED I be released , I was being victimized again because they locked me in a room with no windows and I was alone. So they drew up papers and I was released 2 hours later. I am suing the hospital now. I have not spoken to my mother since and she is trying to turn the rest of my family against me. I really can relate to ALL of you. Some people are so manipulateive its hard to describe them because people will think YOUR the crazy one.....NO NO NO....my MOTHER is the crazy one and she is truly messed up beyond words.

I am now married and my new family agrees with me, NEVER NEVER NEVER speak to ANY of my relatives...I hate them all and they use me only for money. I left the country and am never going back. They have no way of contacting me and I wish them all happiness but they are the kinds of people that will DESTROY you if you associate with them. I hope all of you find happiness. Just because we are related to people, doesnt mean we have to associate with them... WHY?? If they are evil and dont have your best interests at heart...then SCREW THEM!!!!!!! My name is Luka Magnotta and this is my nightmare.
Well this is a hard story to write for the wounds are still very fresh . Don't think they will ever be healed ..


I made a big mistake a few years ago, you see..while my father is a very nice person..he also has a horriable dark side. He is an alcohalic and prescription drug abusier and pill addict.
For days he would take overdoses of pills and fall asleep in the bathtub, My stepmother Joanne and I would try and try to help him...but it was no use. He would fall down stairs drunk and would have to be rushed away in ambulances constantly...he even broke his rib, and on one occasion he broke his leg and arm because he was so self medicated he fell into a ditch at 2am and almost frooze to death...luckily a neighbour of his was able to save him.

He would sleep 23hours out of the day and ended up gaining an enormous amount of weight. So my stepmother got really tired of being alone. She would always call me for support on the phone and we would talk all night long...she would call me for help and advice when she wouldnt know what to do.

So slowly I began comming over to my parants house and spending time with her...while my father was still asleep on the sofa.
She would offer me drinks and we would sit up all night watching movies like Basic Instinct and Point of No Return.

One night she didnt want to watch movies with me..she wanted to take things further...She started to speak about sex and she told me it was very hot in her place..so she took her top off. Then without warning she kissed me. I personally was shocked and didnt know what to expect? All I could think of AND SEE was my father ..laying right there next to us passed out and drunk.

Joanne still wanted to go further so we took eachothers clothing off and began to kiss and have sex. This kept going on for months. I know what you may be thinking if your reading this..but im NOT sick...sometimes things just happen and you cant control them.
Joanne and I would spend our time at the Metro zoo..we even had sex next to the wolfs chages. Very erotic. We would have sex at her mother place while her mom was at work. Then Joanne said she wanted to leave my father and marry me! I was very confused and didnt know what to do. So I tryed to back her off a bit. We continued to have relations at my parants place for a few more weeks and then I told her I found someone else. I still feel very bad, and my father doesnt know. Everytime I look at him I feel guilty and dont know what to say.

He has gotten help and is not an alcohalic anylonger...thank god and him and Joanne are back with one another.They are happy and we all go on trips to the beach. Joanne still flirts with me and we see each other naked..but other then that...noone knows.

Was I wrong to have sex with her? Even though my father couldnt fullfil her needs and she was lonely and depressed?
I feel like I was helping everyone and doing my father a favour.

I thinks its best he doesnt know about our affair? Or randevouz as I like to call it.

From what I have read there was a mattress COVER that was covered in blood that the police took with them. What you are seeing is the box spring or mattress without that blood soaked cover. I will try and get some links to document that it is a good question.
