Dr. Salla

Postby Hugh Manatee Wins » Fri Feb 29, 2008 6:21 pm

Dr. Salla, the credibility prop for "Clay and Shawn's UN-UFO revelations", is a serious academic advising the Anglo-American empire on its memetic engineering towards global dominance.

Written before 9/11, Dr. Salla's book called
'The Hero's Journey: Toward a Second American Century' (nice framing!)
describes the psychohistory of America as a conquering nation complete with Hegelean dynamics.

http://www.amazon.com/Journey-Toward-Second-American-Century/dp/0275973735/ref=sr_
1_1/002-3841574-9968069?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1192996484&sr=8-1

So Dr. Salla's UFO website is a not just a disinfo decoy. It is part of the intellectual enzyme meant to encourage GLOBAL thinking, a large memetic McGuffin.

Review
Based on a Hegelean conception of the state as a morally evolving, self-conscious political entity, Salla applies Joseph Campbell's theory of the hero's journey to analyze US foreign policy from 1764 to the present.

You're close, HoL.

The United Nations is staffed by each country's spooks and military.

Global warming resource crises destabilizing global politics no doubt has the expert behavioral scientists and memetic engineers meeting to figure out how to 'bed-side manner' the planet's varied belief systems to deal with what is ahead.

That's what the CIA did after WWII for Americans and now the UN, long an instrument of NATO, is doing the same thing due to global warming.

UFOs have always been a McGuffin, a device used as a carrier wave for the real narrative intents.

I'd boil down the strategy to-
"If you don't want the masses storming the castle with pitchforks and torches, keep them confused and looking elsewhere. Preferrably...UP."

I think someone once said that religion was the opiate of the masses.
Can't remember who. :P

They pointed out that the “unambiguous showing up” of extraterrestrial life – sitting over major cities

This has been my prediction of the ultimate NWO trump card, to raise the bar in global conscious impact and tv viewership of a single event past 9/11 or OJ's verdict...

large UFO craft hovering above major cities like in "Signs", and a declaration that we must all unite into a one world government to fight "this galactic threat". Just like Gorby, Reagan, Mcarthur, Kissinger, etc have said

However, this article is fake...as is apparent from the opening sentences

StarmanSkye wrote:I'm skeptical. The most obvious clue there's a big element of contrivance and duplicity here is the deeply-flawed, absurd claim that Hindus, with a long, rich tradition including a pantheon of Gods would be unable to accept and deal with an ET first-contact -- it sure struck me as improbable, with the 'wink' giveaway feel Jeff suggested. And too -- these 'talks' being with the UN and US military ... which are among the most discreditted, undemocratic, non-representative, criminal organizations responsible for perpetrating some of the last half-centuries' most egregious abuses of power, misery and death. IOW: This 'leak' has many elements of a global psyop intended to bamboozle a world audience with a predisposed susceptability to propaganda. As not a few threads on this forum have discussed.

IF this discussion happened at the UN, it ups the stakes of who's involved and why in spreading a portentious predictive-warning with potentially large consequences -- quite apart from questions re: ET contact being true.

Well the US government, millitary and UN does have "channellers", as did the British monarchy way back when and still does.

But yeah, this is a total disinfo article

Hugh Manatee Wins wrote:Haw haw. "Clay and Shawn Pickering."
Ever heard of Clay Shaw? The only man prosecuted for the murder of JFK?

This is just viral marketing disinfo using KEYWORD HIJACKING related to this year's 45th anniversary of the CIA murder of JFK.

Im going to have to agree with you, the first thing I saw in that article was "clay shaw". Too obvious

Also Hindu not accepting of UFO's? Gimme a break.

Still, the elites have talked about how an "alien" percieved threat would "unite the world"

Not only is this article bunk, but the whole "aliens from another planet" thing is also bunk from start to finish, it seems to me.

At the same time, many of those who have had "the contact experience" are experiencing something very real, in my opinion—just not little "astronauts from another planet."

In fact, there seems to have been a great effort made to convince people that those things they have seen and otherwise experienced are, in fact, "aliens."

They aren't.

But convincing people that they are seems very useful to "somebody."

Hey, Hugh.

I'll admit upfront that I know next to nothing about "keyword hijacking," but since Martin Cannon wrote a fairly popular book called "The Controllers," which alleges that "alien" abductions are really a screen for very human abuses, mightn't the use of the same term here be a deliberate means of obfuscating the very thesis of that book?

Clay and Shawn Pickering are real-live human beings living in New York City, and I met them at a couple of the 9/11 disinformation festivals run by Les Jamieson since his hijacking of St. Mark's Church as a venue.

Nice guys in person. Don't want to say anything bad about them. Wouldn't buy anything they claim.

The story as printed is absurd on its face. Pretty much every aspect, including the bizarre take on Hinduism, the one current major religion that would welcome a new zoo of tentacled space beings into its rich cosmology without a blink.

Anyway, the world ends in 2012, right?

Hugh:

You've really got to start thinking twice. Talk about hijacking - what purpose does it serve to reproduce the entire post with the names Clay and Shawn in giant point? That's a lot to scroll through.

If there was a story about a grandson of Clay Shaw's, and his name was Clay Shaw III, and he was pimping Prozac or Scientology, would that also qualify as keyword hijacking?

Not surprised they're real humans at all. Love to know how they got those names-
drivers license, birth certificate, parents' intent. No matter.

Love to know what else they're up to. The Disclosure Project-New York is disinfo.

If innocently misguided then they're being used opportunistically
by this Dr. Salla.
HE'S a psy-operator and there could be another one feeding disinfo to Clay and Shawn so that Salla can then transmit the disinfo message referring to them very clumsily as "Clay and Shawn" a dozen times instead of writing "the Pickerings" like a normal person.

This visibility process is like a film projector's electric light bulb circuit where the brothers with the two keywords serve as the filiment between two pathways and thus get illuminated while they serve to project the false picture.

"The Controllers." Of course. I knew that was familiar.
A title-hijacking of Martin Cannon's good expose of the alien abduction hoax.

Hugh:

The purpose of the large font of "Clay and Shawn" plus one occurance of "Clay/Shawn" was to make it easy to just scan, not be re- read, in order to see the high incidence of the two keywords.

Hey- I always edit my posts with a razor blade to cut out chaff. Context.

If there was a story about a grandson of Clay Shaw's, and his name was Clay Shaw III, and he was pimping Prozac or Scientology, would that also qualify as keyword hijacking?

Dilution of mutual exclusivity (single object association in the brain) has an absolute value no matter the intent.
But many people with strategically useful names have had their careers greased for visibility to turn them into unwitting keyword hijacking tools.

Most commonly, actors have been cast in an appropriately themed movie based only on their name.

A women led a class action lawsuit against the CIA for being used in the MKULTRA mind control experiments and won in 1988 so a 1989 movie with Roy Scheider called 'Listen to Me' was made to discredit her using a college debating team plot as the device. The lead male student was played by Kirk Cameron.
Of course, the doctor in Canada running CIA experiments was named Dr Ewen Cameron.

This was also the movie that has someone holding a sign on the college campus that says "Join the Contras." Ah, Reagan-Bush crime days.

'Listen to Me' is an odd movie title, very awkward and suggestive of selfish 'teen-age angst.' Another negative framing device for the intended target. But there's another target.

http://historymatters.gmu.edu/d/6440

"Listen to me" seems a generic phrase but it is hijacked from one of Paul Robeson's most brilliant debates (get it?) with the House Committee on Un-American Activities (HUAC)
where he famously said "You are the un-Americans and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves." The audio is amazing to listen to. They had to adjourn the hearings because Robeson was tearing them up in public.

Bingo, Eldritch. Thanks for pointing out the -jacking I missed. 'The Controllers.'

That's all there is to keyword hijacking, "a deliberate means of obfuscating,"
by making a decoy for all the benefits that brings-dilution, diversion, confusion, grabbing search engine visibility, pre-biasing the brain, etc.

When I read this a few days ago on OpEdnews I felt suspicion when I read the Hindu thing and another when the official meme was promoted about OBL etc. No, don't consider 911. I did not catch the key revelation of the name Clay Shaw. Since I did not know that name. The use of 'controllers' made me feel uneasy. But I was doing my hour of web during that morning constitutional and spent no more time with it. Except I felt a sense of potential rescue... Everything is so crappy that I have a need to see some light. Rescue. Hey, aliens making us get our 'acts together'.... Any positive hope is a rush at about this time....

That feeling is precisely that which is designed to be associated with the disinfo examples above.

edit for clarity
But I found everything stated by everybody above to be really thought provoking. One of the most useful threads I've read in a while. Learned a bunch.

I agree 100%. I think this reality is too upsetting, so folks have to play mental gymnastics to say "well the universe is so vast...theres gotta be terrestrial planetary aliens out there somewhere"

"ok, maybe not...errr...maybe its government projects! or um, swamp gas!"

You know whats funny, the powers that be rolled up their sleeves in the mid to late 70's and said "ok, we'll bite...in light of Watergate, we'll try and get to the bottom of the truth of the 3 assassinations and of CIA black ops"...

and lo and behold, we got some MK Ultra white wash, and the same official story on the assassinations

OMG-CIA, all the way.

Postby Hugh Manatee Wins » Sat Mar 01, 2008 12:31 am

Watching a few YouTube minutes of these alleged 'Pickering brothers.' HAW HAW.

If the CIA isn't paying them, I'd be very surprised. What a sewer doth flow from their lips.

FIRST thing they mention is true, intelligence running drugs. But in a distorted way.
"The biggest drug dealers ever, George Bush and Bill Clinton."

Then it's off to the deep deep sewer to discredit this intel-drug connection.
IT'S LIKE SATIRE.

Or a repeat of Mel Gibson's 1997 movie, 'Conspiracy Theory.'

In less than 10 minutes they told us-
-Bill Clinton was Winton Rockefeller's son.
-William Cooper's 'Behold a Pale Horse' was real information.
-All the secret committee hearings of the 50s were about that darn UFO cover-up to protect the oil economy.
-There are alien ships that are alive and part of the alien piloting them.
-Bob Lazaz, David Adair, John Lear more good sources.
-Don't forget panspermia.
-Don't forget remote viewing.
-Don't forget ET's on the moon.
-And the slave base on the far side of the moon.

....I can't even keep up with the crap these guys are slinging. I can't watch a whole hour.

And they look like stoned FBI agents on the video.
Huge eyelids and straight out of the police academy appearances.

How do they keep straight faces? Probably the paychecks.

Now I doubt that "Clay and Shawn" are their names. No way.
