The issue here is they dont have to read him his rights under public safety rule BUT if he still asks for a lawyer ON HIS OWN without being read his rights THEY CANNOT DENY him that, and they did, word got out to a judge that he was asking for lawyer and being denied and she went to hospital held a hearing in his room read him his rights and appointed him counsel, GOOD ON HER!!
Thank god we still have some honest judges in this country.
