Just cut 10% of your military budget and voila! There's your money.

In the real world of make-believe accounting, cutting a % of the mil budget will only result in having to borrow less - which is uncapped, anyway. The US is so overdrawn on it's credit card, no one dares call in the loans. Not least, because they have the military to fuck up anyone who does.
It's all pretty circular in nature.

Dammit. I was hoping it was a compliment along the lines of "being able to hold multiple world-views at once and then collapsing it down to the correct one after processing". Oh well. :)
