No problem. I am here to serve.

And what was it you learned?

How many warnings do I get altogether?

I'll say it again, I'm not trolling. If you don't like my comments,
don't read them. Or compare and contrast with the other comments
on here and apply suspensions equally.

You are now trying to get banned in order to shore up the impression that this is a harsh and oppressive place.

It is laughably transparent.

I think I'll ask if I can be a mod again.

That'd be the icing on the cake, huh?

Something of personal interest to me that I'm not at liberty to share. But I very much doubt that it would mean as much to you as it does to me, fwiw.

Actually, you don't get any more. If your next post here isn't an apology to Canadian_watcher and compared2what?, then I expect you either to not post here at all, or you're gone.

I know, I know - life's not fair, and the mods don't like you. I'm just failing to see the value-added. If you need me to help you to fall on your sword, so be it, I will. But that's not the way it's best accomplished.

What?

No apology to me is necessary, praeclarus-a-poster-who.

But thank you, b. Now REPENT!

I don't need an apology either. I haven't even been reading his posts. I love the ignore function.

These threads, I'm telling you. They always end up being about you, barracuda.

Fucker.

Something like that cat fight a few pages back, you mean?

I am commenting on the topic of "the topic". Seems relevant.

Now then, I need to piggyback the following onto this post since it might
be my last. Otherwise I'd reply directly to barracuda.

@barracuda: Apologize for what? You are failing to the see the value
add because there is no value add. Same as all the rest of the non-value
add drivel in here. But you take sides, which makes you a pathetic and
cowardly moderator. If you want to play moderator all of a sudden,
moderate everybody, or moderate nobody more-or-less like you've
been doing forever. In short, go fuck yourself.

So, for those who might have missed it, long about page 132 there was this really beautiful healing moment between a number of folks... please revisit or visit it if you haven't already.

.........

When long intact systems undergo change, there usually follows a period of contentious adjustment.

.........

I want to correct what I think are some misconceptions. Maddy left not because of this thread specifically but because of what the thread exposed and represented, and she had already been gone because of it long before the thread, that is misogyny, the rampant misogyny expressed by a significant portion of the male posters to this board. She is not alone.

Wow, there must be a cut-off limit on how many "someone posted this already" warnings there can be, because I missed the last two pages before the above.

Or maybe it was the second nap.
