No, my problem with him is he led the field in calling for a halt to pursuing the 9/11 issue - straight fact - and today he seems to encourage people to disengage from political activity when he advises that the wisest amongst us should be "building life boats."

I don't care how hard-nosed an investigator you are, if you figure you can't prosecute a case regarding 9/11, that doesn't mean you have even the slightest excuse to leave the 9/11 issue in the past, much less encourage others to let it go. Ruppert has no moral or ethical grounds for abandoning the pursuit of 9/11 truth, yet he has abandoned it. And that just happens to be what the security state wants all people questioning 9/11 to do - to abandon their questioning. It may just be a coincidence.

Bingo, and beautifully put. There's also the fact that Ruppert is a narc. Mac you've been here longer than I have so I hope I don't have to explain what a narc is. You don't have to look far.

He may have 'abandoned 9/11 truth' but he stands by and promotes his book, Crossing the Rubicon, which is still today - dated as it is - a very definitive and convincing argument for 9/11 truth, in my opinion. I see where you are coming from I think (regarding pushing peak oil memes vs. 9/11 truth memes), but I think he is either sincere or genuinely crazy, or both.

Either way, considering the weight of what he's talking about, is all right with me, although obviously I'd rather he not be crazy (because that says something about me).
