This is a short film that explains really well what I have been looking at.

I would imagine that the patents revert to the heirs, unless there was some specific agreement among the holders, which would be a red flag of immense proportions. And, anyway, in most cases corporate patents are actually owned by the corporation in question--I worked at a plant that generated many patents, and all of them were covered by an employment agreement that gave all patent rights to the corporation, so one could list the patents on one's curriculum vitae, but could not profit from them. And you really haven't presented much (any?) of a scenario by which the hijacking could have been carried out by those concerned.

"Follow the money" doesn't abrogate your need to actually analyze the facts of the matter, many of which are in dispute and reside among an entire sea of misinformation and innuendo.

Thanks for the vid link Lucky.

Haven't finished it yet ... It mentions Intellihub.com as being another Austinites site, which I'd suspected and, though I often find some good leads there much of the content seems a bit too speculative, I'm yet again finding some interesting tid bits such as those I'm posting below...

Partner of MH370 passenger acuses governments of cover up on BBC

In a BBC interview, the partner of missing passenger says that the MH370 flight was stolen and taken to an undisclosed location, due to the number of high-profile passengers aboard with ties to defense contractors.
By John Vibes

MALAYSIA (INTELLIHUB) — Sarah Bajc, a 48-year-old American teacher recently appeared on BBC News to discuss the disappearance of her partner Phillip Wood.

Phillip Wood is one of the 277 passengers aboard the missing Malaysian flight. Sarah Bajc is among a large number of friends of family members who don’t believe official reports that the plane crashed and killed everyone inside.

The many governments involved in this investigation are not putting forward any evidence to the theories that they are suggesting, and to make matters even more confusing, the apparent evidence continues to change by the day.

During her interview on the BBC, Sarah Bajc not only said that the governments involved in the investigation were intentionally misleading the world, but she also called attention to the suspicious number of high-profile people aboard the plane, many of whom had connections with defense contractors.

As we reported earlier this week, there were at least 20 passengers on the plane who were “extremely talented and valuable” employees of Freescale Semiconductor Ltd., a Rothschild front group currently researching highly sensitive technology.

During the interview Sarah Bajc also said that there is no evidence that the plane crashed at all. She believes that the plane was stolen and taken somewhere, in order to kidnap the high-profile people who were on it.

Calls for more "security." Too well spoken. Too unemotional. More 9/11 imagery. Another conspiracy scenario that starts out with certain assumptions taken directly from unsupported consensus reality. These folks remind me of the guys who think that "Jesus" was a UFO alien, without ever dealing with the lack of evidence for that very "Jesus." :wallhead:

All of the above notwithstanding, I liked the thoughts of 82_28 a while back that somebody knows something, whlist the rest of the 99 percent of us are all clutching at straws, spreading conspiracy theories and whatever.

LB,

Someone I spoke to this evening ( ex military) told me that its pretty clear to him at least that this plane has not crashed.

Im agnostic either way. But somebody does know something.

if there was some sort of hijacking involved, it seems likely the perps had a fairly good cell-phone jammer on board. Otherwise as soon as it got near a cell site, the phones would talk to it. It seems the authorities have said nothing about cell towers seeing or not seeing any of the phones.
By 1964 there were 1.5 million mobile phone users in the US

There was a good discussion of this at PPRUNE. It turns out that sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.

Re: Malaysia Airlines plane missing over Vietnam

Postby Lord Balto » Sun Mar 30, 2014 5:04 pm

Quoted without comment

This from the Pilots for 9/11 Truth Forum:

Malaysia Airlines Flight 370: China demands satellite data used to conclude Boeing 777 crashed into ocean.

Don't ask me why China would be making such a demand when I have given the matter much thought, and I have my doubts about how such satellite data, if it exists at all, could be utilized in determining the route taken by Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 and its final disposition in the South Indian Ocean.

The satellite data in question comes from a company by the name of Inmarsat which supposedly performed a brand new analysis of satellite data which included comparison of seven, just seven hourly "pings" from the MH370 Boeing 777 with "pings" from other Boeing 777s supposedly on similar routes.

The reason that I say "if it [the satellite data] exists at all" is because I doubt that such "pings" are normally logged. They would have to be logged in order to be analyzed later.

Pings are just, from what I understand, an "are-you-there?" message, or, from the other end, a "yes-I-am" message, hardly worth logging, and, as I've stated in another thread entitled "Pings" in the Debate subforum, I don't think that any real identification is made until a conversation starts up between satellite and craft.

According to the following articles, analysis of the Doppler effect on these seven pings by Inmarsat was done: http://www.businessinsider.com/how-sate ... ane-2014-3 and http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/03/2 ... 23664.html .

Doppler effect "is the change in frequency of a wave (or other periodic event) for an observer moving relative to its source... if the source of waves is moving away from the observer, each wave is emitted from a position farther from the observer than the previous wave, so the arrival time between successive waves is increased, reducing the frequency." from Wikipedia.

To analyze this Doppler effect, not only do pings have to be logged, but they have to be precisely time-stamped probably right down to the millisecond, and you have to ask why would such precision be logged if pings are sent out hourly. Also, for ACARS, this data supposedly is sent in packets on a delayed basis (on the order of one-half hour or more), and, with this being the case, time-stamping such information down to milliseconds becomes quite irrelevant and totally unnecessary.

I know for a fact that the Mac Performa 600 that I used to have would not do time stamping with its ClarisWorks spreadsheet program down to the tenth-of-a-second like I once wanted it to do for an application, let alone down to the hundredth or thousandth of a second. (Note: that Mac used a long bit string, that is, a big binary number to hold both date AND time in its internal clock. There was a similar setup in the IBM 360 mainframe computer.)

I could be wrong about things. I am really not an expert about satellite communications, but I still have my doubts about the validity of things coming out of Inmarsat and Britain's Air Accidents Investigation Branch.

Can the United States get the Brits to cooperate in a scam regarding the final routing and disposition of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370? Well, the U.S. secured the cooperation of the Brits in conducting the two fraudulent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

P.M.

And later:

It doesn't look like the Chinese demand for satellite data will be satisfied.

The Malaysians are claiming that there is "sealed evidence" regarding flight MH370.

For the news report, click here.

A critic of the Sandy Hook massacre hoax and of the school's demolition said that "they are destroying evidence that there is no evidence."

Along similar lines, it seems that the Malaysians are hiding the evidence that there is no evidence (at least no valid evidence.)

P.M.

The pieces to the Malaysia Airlines Mystery are starting to fall into place – where they end up, nobody knows…

It has recently emerged that an American IBM employee working in Beijing, Philip Wood was aboard Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 and his partner has been on national TV discussing her hopes that he is still alive.

What was not released publicly is the breaking news was that Wood was able to secret his smartphone between his butt cheeks, while he texted that the plane was hijacked, as reported by Jim Freestone
(http://www.jimstonefreelance.com/1395192158752.jpg)

While blindfolded with one of those newfangled bags that are locked around your head and are not removable, he allegedly claimed to be in a prison cell, in a location unknown to him and he said that he believed he had been drugged – but he was still able to activate his smartphone, using voice commands to send that message plus this photograph: (http://www.jimstonefreelance.com/1395192158752.jpg),

Image
which reveals the GPS coordinates for Wood’s whereabouts to be the Joint RAF-USAF base at Diego Garcia, in the Indian Ocean - the same base from which most sorties have been made during the illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Although Freestone claims that counterintelligence trolls have asserted that that this person does not exist, his LinkedIn account has been located (http://cn.linkedin.com/pub/philip-wood/3/a46/4a9) and his profile picture matches photos posted by his fiancee to Facebook, which are visible with a simple Google image search.

As to the motives behind this apparent hijacking, the following is a translation from an article by Alfredo Jalife-Rahme, from the Mexican news site, La Jornada (http://www.jornada.unam.mx/2014/03/30/politica/014o1pol):

'Under the Microscope: Blackstone and Jacob Rothschild, Beneficiaries of the Disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines Plane'

"In the post-Crimea tripolar, geostrategic world of the US, Russia and China, it is becoming to test the West's [Criminal Mainstream Media’s] overwhelming disinformational news campaigns, against reports from the Russian government’s almost indispensible multimedia website, Russia Today (see pages published on 3/22/14)

"As often happens in mysterious accidents, the unusual disappearance of flight MH 370 Malaysia Airlines, whose various explanations have been wholly unsatisfactory to anyone, leading to endless speculation, some, rather wild and disturbing.

"While waging a war against sanctions by the United States and the European Union against Vladimir Putin, Russia Today published the following patent for a semiconductor, approved by U.S. patent Office:

"The patent was shared among five principal holders, owning 20 percent each: Freescale Semiconductor Company, located in Austin, Texas, with the other four holders being Chinese nationals employed by this Texas Corporation, all hailing from the Chinese city of Suzhou and all of whom were aboard the plane, along with 16 other employees of this same company.

"The Russian site says that if any patent holder dies, the other owners would share equally the dividends of the deceased, provided that there would be no dispute in his will.

"With the four Chinese patent-holders, now missing and/or killed, this now leaves 100 percent ownership of the patent in the hands of the Texas-based Freescale Semiconductor Company, which, in turn, is partially owned the controversial Blackstone Group, a New York-based Private Equity-Investment Banking firm, owned by Israeli-British banker Jacob Rothschild (http://actualidad.rt.com/actualidad/vie ... on-malasio).

"...What is also intriguing, that among the 239 passengers, 20 passengers were employees of the Pentagon, in addition to the fact that four of the passengers were using dubious passports [not two, as widely reported].

"Beyond the inevitable guesses, what is relevant is that these 20 Pentagon employees were likely well-versed in the art of electronic warfare, such as the avoidance of detection by military radar systems (http://www.examiner.com/article/malaysi ... passengers ).

Curious, as well is that 20 of the missing passengers aboard flight 370 are employees of Freescale Semiconductor, 12 being natives of Malaysia and 8 from China.

Freescale Semiconductor boasts that its products have applications in communications on the battlefield, avionics, missile guidance, electronic warfare and identification of friend or foe.

The controversial Texan company, one of the first semiconductor companies in the world, began as a division of Motorola, which then split, to be acquired in 2006 by Blackstone, the Carlyle Group and TPG Sovereign Capital.

Carlyle Group holds the title of dynastic nepotism of Bush family members and cronies, Frank Carlucci (former National Security Sdviser and former Pentagon Secretary) and former British Prime Minister John Major. (http://www.muckety.com/Carlyle-Group/5000357.muckety).

TPG Capital is a powerful investment firm based in Fort Worth, Texas chaired by Israeli-American, David Bonderman, whose extravagant excesses include paying US$7M to the Rolling Stones to celebrate his 60th birthday, in 2002.

Freescale Semiconductor specializes in electronic warfare and stealth “cloaking technology," using strategies based on radar electronic countermeasures (ECM ): 1) radar interference; 2) changes in the objectives and; 3) the change in power air properties.

According to The Daily Beast, an Israeli attack on Iran would go further than air strikes and would probably deploy an electronic war against Iran's entire electrical system; the Internet, cellular network, and emergency frequencies for firemen and policemen.

The Daily Beast asserts that Israel has developed a weapon capable of mimicking the maintenance of cellular signal, which effectively stops the transmissions (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2 ... rfare.html ).

[And that YouTube popstar, DAHBOO7 claims that the plane purported to be missing in this incident, per its tail number, was actually purchased by an Israeli firm and has been held in storage in Tel Aviv, according to the plane-tracking websites, http://www.planespotters.net and planelogger.com.

In the past decade, Israel has amassed a wide range of high-tech weapons that would allow a billionaire to jam, blind and deafen Tehran's defenses, in the event of a preemptive air strike.

Moreover, there is a new stealth technology that makes the aircraft invisible to radar and hidden from human eyes, the high-tech camouflage being based on electromagnetic fields, as discussed military.com:
(http://www.military.com/dailynews/2013/ ... -tech.html).

(http://www.foxnews.com/tech/2013/12/17/ ... aking-tech).

The powerful British military company BAE Systems (http://www.muckety.com/BAE-Systems-Inc/5009237.muckety) and linked to the NSA, DHS and the ominous Wilson Center (http://es.scribd .com/doc/190331938/l-Hamilton) owns the Swedish-founded Adaptiv Program, another firm specializing in cloaking technology which aims to hide the motor vehicles, boats and helicopters:

[http://www.baesystems.com/magazine/BAES_019786/adaptiv--a-cloak-of-invisibility?_afrLoop=230552703986000&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=null&baeSessionId=fwpyT51KF62lmyCRxH8SWPJ9xFZkHbTTMs2X2LR7fXpHv72pZlR8!758106277#%40%3F_afrWindowId%3Dnull%26baeSessionId%3DfwpyT51KF62lmyCRxH8SWPJ9xFZkHbTTMs2X2LR7fXpHv72pZlR8%2521758106277%26_afrLoop%3D230552703986000%26_afrWindowMode%3D0%26_adf.ctrl-state%3D13mmj9fe20_4]

Are the grim financial behemoths of the Blackstone Group, the Carlyle Group and TPG Capital behind the missing plane?

You may want to preface that with "Some yahoo claims that...." I'm afraid someone is confusing where this story came from, with where the phone was supposedly hidden.

Seriously, am I right in that there is absolutely no attribution as to where this story came from beyond some idiot with a web site who thinks he's a reporter? The questions, of course, are: Who received the supposed phone call? Was it his wife? Why has she not blabbed it to the media bigtime? Why would she tell some bozo with a website and not the N. Y. Times?

Sorry fellahs, but this is either a total prank or it's an intentional misdirection meant to make anyone with serious questions look like an idiot. I vote for the former.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG. I would welcome some serious information on this subject.
