I'm pretty sure this movie started with the title. That was the whole concept. It probably should have been more comedic, like the title. Might have done better.

It did basically start as a title to which the studios bought the rights. Wikipedia says:

The project began development in 1997, when Universal Pictures and DreamWorks bought film rights to a concept pitched by Rosenberg, former president at Malibu Comics, which he described as a graphic novel in development.

I could swear I heard about it a few years before that, because a friend of mine wrote a script with the very same name only to find that the Big Guys were already doing it. But my memory's not that great as to the exact year but I'm pretty sure it was well before I moved away from LA the first time which was 1993.

Fran Drescher believes she was abducted by aliens

Hell, maybe she was.
And if she was, they must have tossed her back our way.
("Why?" would not be part of the mystery.)

I wonder if it was aliens that adjusted her voice box to sound through her sinuses and adnoids.

Hmm. Well now, that's a thought — up till now, I'd just assumed Satan did that.

The timing doesn't negate sunny's point, just the opposite in fact - with nothing but a title and a formulaic concept, the details can be adjusted to fit psyops requirements ie
Code: Select all
<insert-suicide bomber="sacrilized" location="nursery"> or <insert-mengele alien="eye injury" intent="revenge"> etc

sunny wrote:Hmm, sorry Nordic to use your comment to make this point; I know you'll hate it. But maybe, just may this is partially how HMW's keyword hijacking theory could work. As in, there must be what? tens of thousands of scripts on file? Scripts on every conceivable subject. In development limbo until it needs to be deployed for psyops. Not that the writers themselves are complicit, necessarily, just that the execs have access to all this pre-written MATERIAL that can be plucked from the files, tweaked just so and fast tracked onto the screen just in time to coincide with a needed distraction for covert actions/information releases etc etc that are planned well in advance.

Just a theory.

If the Psyoperators were THAT brilliant, they would actually make a movie that people would want to see, rather than one that tanked.

Quite a lot of people here seem to have seen it. I mean, I pirated it, but if it was about psyoping me rather than fleecing me, that wouldn't matter would it?

Hugh's paranoid delusional theories seem to have infected this place like a cholera outbreak and for largely the same reasons -- an uncontrolled explosion of infected shit.

Why this pisses me off is because it distracts from, and belittles, the study of the very real, and very pervasive, infestation of propaganda and mind-fuckery in our elite-controlled culture.

In other words, a true bullshit artist/propagandist/psyoperator couldn't do a better job than Huge does.

Huge has managed to derail yet another thread, and he hasn't even posted in it.

I doubt that anyone in Hugh's tiny little audience is unaware of the existence of the more mundane forms of everyday cultural conditioning/social engineering propaganda or considers it silly by association. I don't think it's anything to get that upset about. Certainly not to go on an endless spittle spewing fest about.

This isn't about KWH, Nordic, it's about the similarities between an American "war", an American film, and the apparently common American experience of abduction scenarios, and how the three might be related psychologically and parapsychologically.

Anyway, I didn't mean to derail your thread, which has been fascinating. Carry on.
