I have hesitated to mention this, but on one of the previous rampages, I saw "Active Shooter" PSAs go up in my work environment the evening before a very high profile event occurred. It may be coincidence, but it definitely left an impression.

So, for that matter, could the fucking FBI. But I bet all that info is now under lock-and-key, "for reasons of national security", just like Oswald's tax returns and the radar records of Dag Hammarskjöld's plane crash.

The response by lawyers and law enforcement experts on CNN was one of shock as they believed potential evidence in the massacre - which has now been labelled a terrorist attack by the FBI - or leads to other suspects, may have been lost due to journalists being allowed into the apartment.

I'm thinking a bigger problem might be the fact that they botched this one so bad that it was obvious to a lot of people and it calls a lot of the previous incidents into question which might make the PTB feel a little bit nervous and desperate. I don't like the thought of those people feeling nervous and desperate because that could be a problem.

Hm. Could be what all the sloppiness was about. To see just who and how many would raise questions. And even though I saw people who normally wouldn't have swallowed this raise questions and go "WTF?" It sure ain't anything approaching a level of concern to the perps. Especially considering it seems nobody here at RI noticed this! (Although it just occurred to me that this is perhaps because I and those I know who have gone "WTF" live here in SoCal where it occurred.
