George H. W. Bush and Aslam Adam

Postby jingofever » Thu Feb 15, 2007 7:26 pm

George H. W. Bush commuted the sentence of Aslam Adam, a Pakistani convicted of importing $1.5 million worth of heroin into our fair country. Here is a link to a Rolling Stone article. Adam's case seems juicier in light of Sibel Edmond's allegations. It should have been juicy enough when it happened but nobody reported on it much, and still it is difficult to find information.
