^^^Anybody know the English translation of what's written on the child's drawing of the stork carrying a baby? Googled altern sagt er uns...something: he tells us old..?

Not Altern (to become old) but Eltern = parents.

From the picture it is unclear (at least to me) what "parents" are expected to tell "us" (their children, perhaps?) "in time" (i.e., before it's too late; or, possibly, at an early enough age so that it makes a presumably good difference). It is also not clear if this is even meant as a single sentence. It could be three key words/phrases he listed over a longer time while talking about different things.

It paints an intriguing and enigmatic picture of a horrific, successful predator of children; I'd also wondered who his 'audience' was--colleagues, children, foster parents? If he had an audience, since he's 'speaking' to the camera. (Yes, I can read it as "Parents: tell it to us in time.") Guess we'll never know.
