Fake Deep Throat Dies. ONI Woodward Lies.

The ancient FBI guy who probably was NOT Watergate's 'Deep Throat' source for Naval Intelligence Officer Bob Woodward, Mark Felt...has died.

Mark Felt, Watergate's `Deep Throat,' dies at 95

Researchers like Jim Hougan cite reasons why Mark Felt couldn't be 'Deep Throat-
http://jimhougan.com/index2.html

Former FBI #2, Mark Felt, was convicted of criminal acts against the anti-war community in a Gestapo operation called COINTELPRO.
People like Martin Luther King Jr. and Fred Hampton were MURDERED by the FBI and framed up to be jailed for life etc.

So Felt was probably chosen to be exonerated back not too many years ago and then recently deified in 2005 as ONI Woodward's mythical source used really to stage a silent coup against Nixon back in 1973-74.

This fixed three problems:
> it recharged Woodward's mythical status as 'watchdog journalist' which covers for the mil-intel psyops program called Operation Mockingbird
> it recharged the myth of Watergate which covered for a coup
> it displaced Mark Felt's role in COINTELPRO and the USG's murder of Martin Luther King Jr.

Today the CIA media lies were repeated covering up ONI Bob Woodward's extremely high-level intelligence career running the Vietnam War from first a special 'floating Pentagon' ship and then the White House itself.

(Bob Woodward: top-secret Naval Intelligence Agent)

Today the lying CIA media called Woodward merely "a courier" as if he had dreads, tattoos, and a bike parked out on the White House lawn!

ONI Bob Woodward was an extremely elite intelligence briefer of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and thus knew more about the Vietnam War than Nixon or the officers he was briefing about it.

That's why ONI Woodward played point man when Nixon became persona non grata with all power factions and was character assassinated instead of being fired the way JFK was in Dealey Plaza-

I've long found the msm treatment of Woodward, as opposed to that of Bernstein, to be revealing. Anyone in the media can be made a tool in the short-term, but those who seem to act as tools in the long-term deserve special scrutiny. Woodward certainly appears to be a tool in recent years.

Agreed. Anyway, Deep Throat was GHW Bush.

Yet despite the worldwide renown earned by his code name in the three decades following the 1972 affair, Mr Felt himself was known to the public only for the last three years of his life.

Born on August 17, 1913, in Twin Falls, Idaho, Mr Felt graduated from the state's university in 1935.

Three years later, while attending night classes at George Washington University Law School, he married Audrey Robinson, a university friend. After receiving a law degree in 1940 and passing the bar exams, he took a job at the Federal Trade Commission.

However, within a year he was aiming for a different life: that of a special agent. He trained to join the FBI and, after his first posting, joined the Bureau's espionage section in Washington.

In 1971, after 30 years of service and at the age of 58, he was appointed the FBI's third-in-command, with the New York Times reporting that he was being manoeuvred into position to one day take over from J. Edgar Hoover, the Bureau's founding director.

Just a year later, by which time Mr Felt had moved up to second-in-command, came the event that would change his life. Five men were arrested for breaking into the Democratic party's National Committee HQ in the Watergate office complex in Washington, DC.

Mr Felt led the investigation into the burglary, examining whether the incident had been politically motivated. Soon after the inquiry commenced, it much later transpired, he told the Washington Post journalist Bob Woodward (who was working alongside Carl Bernstein) that Howard Hunt – a former CIA agent then working for the president, Richard Nixon, had been involved.

The explosive disclosure, and the newspaper report it fed, was to set in motion events that led to the resignation, in the face of almost certain impeachment, of Mr Nixon in 1974. By that time, Mr Felt - who had been suspected within the White House and fingered in a media report as the source - had retired from the FBI.

In the 1976 film adaptation of All The President's Men – Woodward and Bernstein's book on the scandal – Mr Felt was played by Hal Holbrook.

Ironically, in 1980, he was convicted – along with other FBI officials – of having authorised illegal break-ins. The raids had been carried out in the 1970s on the homes of suspected associates of the Weather Undergound – the domestic terrorist group of which William Ayers, infamously an associate of President-Elect Barack Obama in later years, was a member. Completing a weird symmetry, Mr Nixon even testified on Mr Felt's behalf.

Pardoned by the new president Ronald Reagan in 1981, over the following years Mr Felt, whose wife died in 1984, moved to California and suffered a stroke.

In 2005, Vanity Fair magazine published an online article finally outing Mr Felt as Deep Throat. The report was confirmed by Woodward and Bernstein. This November, the two reporters visited Mr Felt at home in California, the first time Bernstein had met him. Mr Felt died the following month.
