I've tried reaching out to Vinson and Milligan as to who is on the list. No response yet, entirely understandable.

D.C. madam’s lawyer says her blackbook is already online
In News by Maggie Serota / April 1, 2016

Montgomery Blair Sibley says D.C. Madam's list of clients is already online

For all intents and purposes, former attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley, a failed presidential candidate and disbarred truther, could just be a crazy guy. However, he could also be a crazy guy who has the client list of the deceased “D.C. Madam” Deborah Jeane Palfrey.

Despite the fact that Sibley has been restricted by a gag order to not release the phone records of more than 800 Washington insiders who patronized Palfrey’s escort service, the former lawyer told U.S. News & World Report that he already uploaded the files to the internet.

Here’s where things get even crazier. According to Sibley, the files are triggered by a ticking 72-hour countdown clock. So, if something mysteriously “happens” to Sibley, the client records will auto-release to the internet and news outlets will supposedly receive a link to the file. Why would something “happen” to Sibley? Well, he claims that if the names in the records became public, it could seriously affect people connected to the 2016 election.

“There’s a link right now, that if you had, you would have access to the records,” Sibley said. “If I die, disappear, whatever, they will be out.”

This definitely sounds like a sane man and not someone who believes he’s living inside the script of the next “Mission Impossible” movie.

His methodology is similar to a tactic Wikileaks founder Julian Assange used in 2010.

“If you’re asking if I’m partnering with WikiLeaks, the answer is I’m not answering that,” said Sibley.

U.S. News and World Report then consulted an expert on just how feasible it is to set up a secret, undetectable website connected to a ticking clock.

“Wow, that sounds a little crazy,” said Matthew Green, a computer science professor at Johns Hopkins University. “I’m not sure if there are any services that do this reliably. You would have to cobble something together. Is the information safe sitting on four servers? I guess it depends on which four servers. Presumably, Google is safer than some random server sitting in a closet somewhere. But it doesn’t sound very safe to me.”

Crazy is the operative word.

Green did concede that if the files were hosted on Wikileaks, that would be considerably more secure.

“Wikileaks does have some security expertise, so it’s probably more secure against random hackers,” said Green. “On the other hand, Wikileaks has some fairly sophisticated adversaries, including nation states. So their server infrastructure has a much bigger target on it. But the real question is: if Wikileaks has the data, can you trust Wikileaks not to do anything with it?”

That is, assuming the file even exists at all. In any case, we hope Sibley is having fun living out his cloak and dagger fantasies.

This post will self-destruct in 30 seconds.

Ted Cruz Cheating Scandal Explodes! Presidential Hopeful Named In Murdered D.C. Madam’s Black Book, Investigators Charge
New bombshell is set to rock the Wisconsin primary.

Embattled White House candidate Ted Cruz‘s cheating scandal is set to explode wide-open, with fresh — and blockbuster — allegations that the married conservative senator was named in the black book of a notorious Washington D.C. madam who mysteriously died, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Montgomery Blair Sibley, a former lawyer for madam Deborah Palfrey, has filed a dramatic appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court for permission to publish her unconventional “black book,” which consists of some 15,000 pages of phone records and calls to clients, as well as their calls requesting the $300-an-hour services from her gaggle of beautiful hookers!

Sibley told The National ENQUIRER that “time is of the essence” to release the list because one or more of the phone numbers would provide bombshell information that is “relevant to voters before they cast their ballot.”

He currently is barred by a lower court order from releasing the records or naming names.

But Radar has learned The National ENQUIRER will this week report its findings of yet another exhaustive and investigative probe that will quote journalist detectives who claim the mystery candidate almost certainly “has to be Cruz.”

Investigator Wayne Madsen, who was on a team of reporters hired by Hustler Magazine’s boisterous owner Larry Flynt to investigate the madam, told The ENQUIRER that Cruz should be concerned!

“If Montgomery Sibley has what he says he has, it has to be Cruz,” he said in an interview — an advance copy of which was provided to Radar.

“Going on what I know about the other male candidates still in the race, it isn’t any of them, and Palfrey didn’t provide call boys, so it wasn’t Hillary.”

Before a restraining order was slapped on the records, Sibley said he supplied copies of the papers from three of the four boxes to Dan Moldea, another Washington investigative reporter who interviewed the madam for a possible book after she was busted for prostitution in 2006.

Moldea plodded through the records but only 815 of the numbers had names attached to them. Some had nothing to do with Palfrey’s business, and none were presidential candidates. Moldea did reportedly find the number of Senator David Vitter of Louisiana. Vitter later admitted to committing a “very serious sin.”

“There were hundreds and hundreds more pages, just with phone numbers,” Moldea told The ENQUIRER.

He reversed some of the numbers. “I’ve thrown (the list of) names in the shredder but I would remember if Bernie Sanders or Trump or John Kasich were in the list,” he said. “The only name I would not have recognized at the time was Cruz.”

Sibley had his law license suspended for three years in 2008 for being a “vexatious litigant.” But Moldea insisted, “If he has information, you’ve got to take him seriously. He was (Palfrey’s) best friend.”

The lawyer hand-delivered his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court in late March.

“The footnote to the pleading I filed … says this: If I do not get the right to file my request to modify the restraining order and if I do not get an expedited hearing, I’m going to publicly release those records and see what happens,” Sibley said after making the filing.

“If they want to hold me in contempt of court for violating an order they will not give me a hearing on, I think they lose the right to enforce that order.”

By not promptly scheduling a hearing, he charged, the courts are “letting people vote blindly.”

He told The ENQUIRER, “The essence of what we are talking about is people have something to hide and a judiciary that is actively working to maintain the current state of affairs through outright criminal methods.”

Sibley previously represented Palfrey when she was busted in 2006 for prostitution. During the investigation, U.S. Senator David Vitter, a Republican from Louisiana, was outed as one her clients.

On May 2, 2008, 52-year-old Palfrey was found dead with braided twine around her neck in her mother’s shed in Tarpon Springs, Florida, according to the Medical Examiner’s report obtained by The ENQUIRER.

The report indicates that she had bruises on her lower legs, right knee, right forearm and upper arm — but her death was ruled a suicide. Sibley said he suspects foul play, however.

The ENQUIRER is due to hit newsstands nationwide on Wednesday, its publisher told Radar.

Washington Sweats Over 'DC Madam' Prostitution List
A new court filing reveals 174 entities that called the DC Madam.

Washington DC, DC

Washington Sweats Over 'DC Madam' Prostitution List
WASHINGTON, D.C. — You may find forgiveness for anybody at the Archdiocese of Washington who on Monday found himself sweating — forgive us, too — like a hooker in church.

It seems that one of the longer-lasting sex scandals in the capital's long, scandalous history is very much alive and has been traced to the archdiocese, among several thousand other places.

On Monday, court papers linked an archdiocese telephone to Deborah Jeane Palfrey, aka "The D.C. Madam," the woman at the center of a sensational high-level prostitution case that has kept some of Washington's powerful elite on edge for more than a decade now.

More precisely, Palfrey's phone records and an attorney trying to make them public have caused all the anxiety.

A court filing Monday didn't name names of who called the Madam's number; the filing just listed where some of her presumed customers worked.

The case goes back to the early 2000s, when Palfrey was arrested for prostitution-related charges and Washington went abuzz — or lost its buzz — with the discovery that thousands of names and phone numbers of presumed were available.

Things got a lot more serious for all involved when a federal jury found Palfrey guilty in April 2008 of racketeering charges and she committed suicide before her sentencing. As a result, her defense team never shared a CD contained information on those who called her service.

Court orders have forbidden the woman's attorneys from releasing the names.

A court filing first obtained Monday by WTOP radio, though, lists the archdiocese and 173 other entities that had dialed Palfrey's service, Pamela Martin & Associates, between 2000 and 20006, when it serves as as the D.C. Madam's call center.

The court papers were filed by Palfrey's former attorney, the very Washington-named Montgomery Blair Sibley, who continues to fight for the right to release the full records, which he says are relevant to the upcoming presidential election. (He's never publicly said how.)

Sibley was granted permission to identify 5,902 telephone numbers back in 2007 that had contacted the escort service as he mounted his defense of Palfrey, who was facing racketeering charges.

He's been trying since February to remove a restraining order that prevents him from releasing full records.

The government agencies listed include the Department of Health and Human Services, FBI, General Services Administration, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Internal Revenue Service, National Drug Intelligence Center, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Information Systems Command, Department of Commerce, Department of State, U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Forest Service.

Others listed in the filing include the Archdiocese of Washington, Embassy of Japan, Bethlehem Steel, Constellation Energy/BGE, Hewlett-Packard, Johns Hopkins University, Washington Gas and several large law firms.

Louisiana Sen. David Vitter acknowledged that he was one of Palfrey's customers when the case was going on in 2007 after she released some of the phone records. However, a judge ordered Palfrey to stop distributing the records.

Sibley is trying to get himself released from the restraining order on the grounds that he has a First Amendment right to publication, and the information is in the public's interest.

Whatever. If he really wanted it out there, he could leak it. When the social order of Law and jurisprudence breaks down, one must become an outlaw. See Tom Robbins for the difference between an outlaw and a criminal...

Addendum

“The difference between a criminal and an outlaw is that while criminals frequently are victims, outlaws never are. Indeed, the first step toward becoming a true outlaw is the refusal to be victimized. All people who live subject to other people's laws are victims. People who break laws out of greed, frustration, or vengeance are victims. People who overturn laws in order to replace them with their own laws are victims. ( I am speaking here of revolutionaries.) We outlaws, however, live beyond the law. We don't merely live beyond the letter of the law-many businessmen, most politicians, and all cops do that-we live beyond the spirit of the law. In a sense, then, we live beyond society. Have we a common goal, that goal is to turn the tables on the 'nature' of society. When we succeed, we raise the exhilaration content of the universe. We even raise it a little bit when we fail.

When war turns whole populations into sleepwalkers, outlaws don't join forces with alarm clocks. Outlaws, like poets, rearrange the nightmare.

The trite mythos of the outlaw; the self-conscious romanticism of the outlaw; the black wardrobe of the outlaw; the fey smile of the outlaw; the tequila of the outlaw and the beans of the outlaw; respectable men sneer and say 'outlaw'; young women palpitate and say 'outlaw'. The outlaw boat sails against the flow; outlaws toilet where badgers toilet. All outlaws are photogenic. 'When freedom is outlawed, only outlaws will be free.' There are outlaw maps that lead to outlaw treasures. Unwilling to wait for mankind to improve, the outlaw lives as if that day were here. Outlaws are can openers in the supermarket of life.”
