The lie being that she was rescued from her Iraqi captors rather than doctors who were treating her.

An Army Ranger who was on his 14th deployment to a combat zone -- and was part of the team that rescued Private Jessica Lynch from her Iraqi captors in 2003 -- has been killed in Afghanistan.

Soldier in Afghanistan killed during 14th deployment:

He was even a member of the team that helped rescue Pvt. Jessica Lynch from insurgents in Iraq in 2003, according to ABC News.

ABC News now says he did not take part in the 'rescue'.

There's also this:

A male nurse who helped rescue soldier Jessica Lynch from Iraq in 2003 was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery against hospital patients in Florida.

It doesn't have to be true; they just have to repeat it often enough, because they're the only really audible voice around. This is why the press, and especially TV stations, are among the first targets in any real insurrection that aspires to actual effectiveness.

Not that I'm suggesting it might be a good idea for Occupy Wall Street to diversify into Occupy CNN, Occupy BBC and Occupy FOX. Hell, no. No way. Not in the slightest. Heaven forfend.

Man, I would REALLY like to know what percentage of Americans know the Jesicca Lynch 'rescue' was bogus & contrived.

But I'd guess, the major media promoting this discreditted 'rescue' is presumably seeking by-stealth to exploit a general lack of well-informed confidence in some segment of the public who have weak memories or otherwise aren't even minimally knowledgeable about current events.

Its SO damn pathetic.
