CAN AN ORGANIZATION BE A SERIAL KILLER?

Well, if the FBI publishes it as true it must be so, eh?
Couple of reads about psychopaths, sociopaths, and serial killers.
I have stressed the importance of voters and taxpayers to have an accurate definition of the organizational model of the FBI to understand how their tax dime is spent. The voter and taxpayers is also the direct beneficiary of FBI agents behaviours. So for example if I say that FBI Director J Edgar Hoover and other FBI agents assisted in the assassination of President Kennedy and Martin Luther King when they challenged the Corporate-Military powers intent on gaining a foothill in Viet-Nam because of large oil reserves in the South China Sea
American voters and taxpayers were impacted by those actions on many levels.
If I was also to say that FBI Directors Louis Freeh and Robert Mueller participated in the creation and coverup of the 1993 1st World Trade Center bombing, Oklahoma City bombing and 911 to allow the US Corporate-Military powers to gain control of the last remaining reserves of oil in the Middle East American voters and taxpayers were effected by these actions especially with the passage of the Patriot Act.
For the last 20 years I have defined the FBI as a taxpayer funded crime family/death squad posing as a law enforcement agency. Please note local law enforcement is tied into this model along with all the other Federal Law Enforcement agencies. FBI agents have been engaging in death squad activities for American Corporations since they were created in 1920 when they took over these activities from the Pinkerton Detectives.
Corporations decided they wanted American taxpayers to fund the death squad activities. In the past the corporations had funded the Pinkertons.
The Pinkertons were guarding President Lincoln when he was shot.
What is a death squad?
A death squad is an armed military, police, insurgent, or terrorist squad that conducts extrajudicial killings, assassinations, and forced disappearances of persons as part of a war, insurgency or terror campaign. These killings are often conducted in ways meant to ensure the secrecy of the killers' identities, so as to avoid accountability.

Death squads are often, but not exclusively, associated with the violent political repression under dictatorships, totalitarian states and similar regimes. They typically have the tacit or express support of the state, as a whole or in part (see state terrorism). Death squads may comprise a secret police force, paramilitary group or official government units with members drawn from the military or the police. They may also be organized as vigilante groups.

Now I happen to believe the FBI is a perfect tool to teach American voters and taxpayers what happens when they hire bodyguards to protect them.
I suspect when voters and taxpayers take control of their criminal justice system and make changes based on their needs for safety including policing their own communities based on restorative justice the FBI will disappear.
If someone has a better idea I am all ears.

Oh by the way guess where the taxpayer funded corporate military
oil expedition is headed for today? Yep, back to the South China Seas.

Guardsman, peace-loving landlady are at odds over apartment rental
Vet outta here!
By Laurel J. Sweet
June 4, 2012

A National Guardsman who served in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay has sued a woman he tried to rent from, after she told him his war service and her peace activism presented a “conflict of interests” and suggested he seek housing elsewhere — though the Dorchester landlady insists his veteran status “would not impede his chances to rent from us.”

Sgt. Joel Morgan, 29, said the two-bedroom $1,220-a-month Savin Hill apartment that property owner Janice Roberts, 63, showed him in April was perfect. But he claims Roberts told him in an April 9 voicemail that renting to him would be a conflict, saying, “We are very adamant about our beliefs.”

“It just is not going to be comfortable for us without a doubt. It probably would be better for you to look for a place that is a little bit less politically active and controversial,” Roberts told Morgan, according to his complaint. The voicemail was played for the Herald during an interview with Morgan last week at the Boston office of his lawyer, Joseph L. Sulman.

“For her to do that to me, it was like a spit in the face,” Morgan said. “For what we have gone through overseas, to come home to our country and have people ... discriminate against us. ... It made me extremely insecure about being a soldier.”

Morgan filed suit last week in Suffolk Superior Court, accusing Roberts of violating a state law that prohibits landlords from refusing to rent to veterans.

“It’s illegal,” Sulman said, “but also just unconscionable. It’s something any American should be embarrassed about.”

What's the difference between sociopaths, psychopaths, serial killers, etc.?
October 21, 2008

Dear Straight Dope:

After watching one psychological thriller too many, I realized I had no idea what the real difference is between sociopaths, psychopaths, serial killers, and antisocial personalities. Some casual Internet research only yielded psychobabble. One Website mentioned that one percent of the population is psychopathic. Does this have anything to do with "natural born killers"? How many of our friends and neighbors will potentially hack us to bits with axes?

— Gideon W.

Gfactor responds:

Well, I think after the first one you've pretty much seen your limit, but these are strange days. Let's see if we can at least get the terminology for these dangerous types straightened out.

The first thing to understand is that you're mixing up different types of terms here. "Serial killer" isn't a specific mental disorder but rather refers to a pattern of killing defined by statute — specifically, 28 U.S.C. § 540B (link), which authorizes the FBI to investigate such crimes:

Serial killings.— The term “serial killings” means a series of three or more killings, not less than one of which was committed within the United States, having common characteristics such as to suggest the reasonable possibility that the crimes were committed by the same actor or actors.

In a similar vein, I found a 1998 report (link) that categorizes homicides by number of victims, number of locations, number of events, and whether there was a cooling off period between killings. Single, double, triple, and mass murders are all killings that involve one location, one event, and no cooling off period (mass murder is the catch-all for murders with four or more victims). Spree murders involve more than one victim and more than one location, without a cooling off period. Serial killings involve multiple killings, events, and locations, plus a cooling off period between killings.

The other terms you mention are psychiatric diagnoses or constructs used by criminologists attempting to predict or explain criminal behavior. The only one currently an official psychiatric diagnosis is antisocial personality disorder (APD). This term replaced "sociopath" and only applies if (link):

A. There is a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since age 15 years, as indicated by three (or more) of the following:

(1) failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest
(2) deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure
(3) impulsivity or failure to plan ahead
(4) irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults
(5) reckless disregard for safety of self or others
(6) consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations
(7) lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another

B. The individual is at least age 18 years.

C. There is evidence of Conduct Disorder with onset before age 15 years.

D. The occurrence of antisocial behavior is not exclusively during the course of Schizophrenia or a Manic Episode.

A 2005 study published in The Journal of Clinical Pyschiatry (link) found that about 3.6% of Americans will be diagnosed with APD sometime during their lives. Of course, not everyone with APD is a serial killer, for which I guess we should be grateful, and not all serial killers have APD.

Though not listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the official catalogue of mental illness, "psychopath" continues to be used by some criminologists. Gennaro Vito and his colleagues in their textbook on criminology note that the term was coined in 1845 (link). Canadian psychologist Robert Hare has revived the term to describe the criminal personality. He created a psychological scale that purports to measure psychopathy. His checklist requires a trained interviewer to rate a subject on:

Factor 1: "Aggressive narcissism"

Glibness/superficial charm
Grandiose sense of self-worth
Pathological lying
Cunning/manipulative
Lack of remorse or guilt
Shallow affect
Callous/lack of empathy
Failure to accept responsibility for own actions
Promiscuous sexual behavior

Factor 2: "Socially deviant lifestyle"

Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom
Parasitic lifestyle
Poor behavioral control
Lack of realistic, long-term goals
Impulsivity
Irresponsibility
Juvenile delinquency
Early behavior problems
Many short-term marital relationships
Revocation of conditional release

Traits not correlated with either factor

Many short-term marital relationships
Criminal versatility

High School dropout manages to kill a couple hundred women and children while throwing in a occasional rape. Mr Sempi Fi has now been transformed into Mr serial killer.
Mr high school dropout/serial killer now begins to experience extreme depression from his actions. Mental Wealth workers call it Post Traumatic
Stress Syndrome. But the only people who experience traumatic stress in Iraq are the Iraqi women being raped by Semper Fi's before they shot and killed them.
Good thing serial killer/high school dropout has never read the research
of Ian Stevenson MD whose groundbreaking study of 3,000 children who remember previous lives provides the science for the existence of reincarnation. see
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/obituar ... enson.html

What this means for high school dropout is that he will be coming back
again for another life . Of course so will the people he murdered , so for practical purposes he has another couple hundred lives he has to live getting "wacked" by the life forms he semper fi'd.

The difference this time is the raped and murdered have had some time to ponder while they wait for him to pass over, how they will "do" Mr Semper Fi- the high school drop out serial killer.

Mr high school dropout comes back from Iraq out of work unless he re-enlists. There are not to many job openings for serial killers until he lands a job working with his be all you can be buddies at the local police department or the FBI.
