OK, thanks to those of you who've already purchased the book and in so doing helped me iron out a couple of further teething problems.

Thanks also to a couple of Riggies who's minds ive used briefly within the text. 8-bit, from whom ive borrowed a couple of his 9/11 anomalous facts from an earlier thread, and SFnate for a really spicy quote wrt to the nature of our reality. Both have of course been duly credited, and the endnotes therefore contain a couple of references to this forum in them.

Finally, Ive turned one of the pages into a kind of blog. One entry thus far, Who really won?,
