OBITUARIES

Joseph T. Nolan
Posted Jul 28, 2016 at 2:01 AM

NEWTON - Father Joseph T. Nolan, a beloved priest and long-time teacher at Boston College, died on Monday, July 25, 2016, at his home in Newton, Massachusetts.
Father Nolan was a classic example of what the Catholic Church calls "a delayed vocation," having come to the priesthood after three years with the FBI, two years as an officer in the Navy, and pausing to pick up a graduate degree before finally heading to the seminary.
At his golden jubilee (the 50th anniversary of his entering the priesthood) in 2003, he faced the question of why he had shifted vocations. He said, "It was easier to get confessions." Many came to know Father Nolan during the three decades he preached at St. Ignatius Church on the Boston College campus. Around the country, many more knew him from seminars and courses he gave on liturgy and preaching, and from the newsletter he edited, “Good News.”
Father Nolan was born in Winthrop, Massachusetts, son of James L. and Lillian C. Nolan. He was educated in Winthrop public schools, and graduated from Boston College in 1942, where he won the coveted Fulton Medal for debating and was proud to have his name inscribed on a wall in the college’s iconic tower building, Gasson Hall.
Upon graduating from BC, Father Nolan went to work for the FBI doing fingerprint analysis, and was eventually assigned as a special agent to Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1944, the FBI "invited" many of its personnel to join the armed forces, and Father Nolan became an ensign in the Naval Reserve, sworn in at the FBI office. After boot camp, he was sent to communications school at Harvard, then overseas duty in Recife, Brazil, and Manila in the Philippines.
In his autobiography, Liturgical Journeys, he tells movingly of a chance meeting with his brother, James, a radio operator, on Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). His other brother, John, was in the 8th Air Force in the European theatre. After the war, Father Nolan returned to the FBI and was assigned to the New York office. He said later that New York enabled him to get in touch again with Dorothy Day and the Catholic Worker, and to date one of the workers

Defense Makes New Allegations Against Former Congressman Gary Condit in Chandra Levy Case

http://abcnews.go.com/US/defense-makes- ... d=39300558

May 23, 2016, 11:27 AM ET
WATCH New Allegations Ahead of Retrial in Chandra Levy Case
New allegations made by the defense in a new trial for the man accused of murdering Chandra Levy are raising questions about the disappearance of Levy, the FBI intern who vanished in May 2001 and whose remains were found the next year in Washington, D.C.,'s Rock Creek Park.

The Washington murder case ended the career of former California Congressman Gary Condit, who was at one point the primary suspect before police ruled him out despite his romantic link to Levy. Condit's alleged secret sex life is now in the spotlight after defense attorneys for Ingmar Guandique, the man sentenced to 60 years in prison for killing 24-year-old Levy, filed a new motion last week.

Guandique, an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, was convicted by a jury in 2010 based on a jailhouse confession to other inmates. However, his conviction was later set aside. Last year, prosecutors dropped their opposition to Guandique's attorneys' request for a new trial.

Guandique is facing a new trial this fall.

The new motion filed by Guandique's lawyers claims that "aggressive sex involving bondage" may have killed Levy.

When Levy's body was found in 2002 in Rock Creek Park, investigators found a pair of knotted tights nearby. Defense attorneys claim Condit may have used the tights to restrain Levy during a rough sex act gone wrong.

Condit's DNA was found at Levy's home, providing proof of the affair, but authorities ruled Condit out as a suspect after it came to light that a predator -- allegedly Guandique -- had been attacking female joggers in the park.

Condit was once a powerful Democrat on the U.S. House Intelligence Committee. He famously broke with his party over the Monica Lewinsky scandal, demanding that then-president Bill Clinton "come clean" about his affair with Lewinsky.

Condit has denied he had anything to do with Levy's murder. He returned to private life after losing to a primary challenger in 2002.

Levy's parents, Robert and Susan Levy, are split over the defense's efforts to reevaluate Condit's possible role in their daughter's murder.

"I think Condit was fooling around and doing that but it doesn't prove he was the murderer," Robert Levy told ABC News.

Susan Levy added, "Young women can be caught up in the web of predators or powerful people and you don't know what happened to them."

The defense motion claims that Condit had "a powerful motive to either kill and/or cover-up the circumstances of her death, whether her death was intentional or accidental."

Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Sines, prosecuting the Guandique case a second time, in court called the new motion, "a sensational, salacious and an effort to taint the jury pool."

Condit's civil attorney, L. Lin Wood, described the defense strategy from Guandique's lawyers as "reprehensible."

"Mr. Condit was long ago cleared by law enforcement in connection with her murder

Prosecutors drop murder charge against Chandra Levy’s accused killer

Updated: 3:18 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2016
D.C. prosecutors have dropped murder charges against Ingmar Guandique, the man previously convicted of the 2001 murder of Chandra Levy.
Citing “recent unforeseen developments” in their bid to retry Guandique, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District announced Thursday that it had moved to dismiss the case.
Without disclosing the specifics of the recent developments, prosecutors issued a statement Thursday that said, “The Office has concluded that it can no longer prove the murder case against Mr. Guandique beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Guandique was convicted of Levy’s murder in 2010 and sentenced to 60 years in prison. The D.C. Public Defenders Service pursued a new trial for the illegal Salvadoran immigrant after prosecutors disclosed in 2013 that a key witness in the case, jailhouse informant Armando Morales, had lied when he testified he had never previously provided information to law enforcement in other criminal cases.
Morales testified during the 2010 trial that Guandique had admitted

Officials with the Virginia State Police and FBI have confirmed there was "activity" at the Petersburg Police Department last weekend in connection to an investigation about money missing from the evidence room.
"There was activity at the Petersburg Police Department over the weekend in connection to the ongoing investigation being conducted by the Virginia State Police," Sgt. Stephan Vick said in an email.
In January, the state police launched an investigation after a request from Petersburg Commonwealth's Attorney Cassandra Conover amid allegations of corruptions and misdeeds by city police.
Last year, Petersburg police acknowledged that at least $13,356 in cash connected with three criminal cases disappeared from the evidence room. The Petersburg Public

Hot Gulf of Mexico Hurls Rain Bombs at Florida and the U.S. Gulf Coast
Rain bomb. It’s a new kind of severe rainstorm that’s capable of overwhelming a city’s flood-handling capabilities in just an hour or two. Of generating 2-inch-plus per hour rainfall events in odd places and at unexpected times. A type of severe storm that’s been enabled by all the added heat and atmospheric moisture loading resulting from human-forced climate change.

*****

(High levels of atmospheric water vapor over the northeastern Gulf of Mexico is fueling the potential for severe, damaging and life-threatening rainfall events across the Gulf Coast this week even as numerous severe flood events occur across the globe. Image source: Earth Nullschool.)

Lately, due in large part to an atmosphere and ocean surface that’s about 1.2 degrees Celsius hotter than 1880s values and related added atmospheric moisture, the powerful, damaging, and life-threatening rain bombs have been going off hard and heavy across the globe. Last week, Ellicott City was hit, killing one and generating damage that will likely take years to repair. Yesterday, about 21 people lost their lives in a freak flood that dumped 20 inches of rain over part of Macedonia. In Sudan on Saturday, the Nile reached its highest levels in 100 years as thousands of homes were destroyed and more than 75 people lost their lives. In Karachi, Pakistan this weekend, 50 percent of the city is without power and ten people have lost their lives due to flooding. In India over the past two weeks, more than one million people have been displaced and 100 killed in devastating floods. And now, a very hot Gulf of Mexico appears to be hurling a number of similarly powerful storms at the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Severe Gulf Rainstorms Begin

There’s a hell of a lot of heat and moisture available to fuel storms over the Gulf of Mexico right now. And this region where ocean surfaces exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit (running from 30 to 33 C, or 1 to 3 C above average) over a broad swath is just now starting to toss

Two more alleged victims have come forward to accuse a former Syracuse cop of sexually abusing them while he was on the job — while a third revealed to the Daily News harrowing details of her alleged encounter with the disgraced officer.

The department booted Thompson in December 2015 after the rogue cop pleaded guilty to official misconduct, a misdemeanor. Under the arrangement with Syracuse District Attorney William J. Fitzpatrick, the disgraced officer ducked any jail time and was instead sentenced to three years' probation.

The recent ambush attacks on police officers across the country marks the deadliest period of terrorist attacks against law enforcement since 9-11. While news of attacks and threats against police officers grows, so will the response from the community and companies such as solveacrime.com. "The men and women of law enforcement are the heart of our communities and nation. They quite literally stand between us and chaos, without them, our way of life will cease to exist, therefore, any effort that protects our law enforcement professionals from acts of terrorism is welcomed," said John Walker, member of the Solveacrime.com law enforcement council. Sharkhunters HOW MAIL!

RENSE RADIO - As we have reported, the server at Rense Radio had fizzled and we had to input the codes to listen to all our radio shows.  This is complete and all our radio shows on Rense Radio are available again.  Go to www.sharkhunters.com then click on NEWS.  All our radio programs are there for your enjoyment.

POLISH GOLD TRAIN - As you will remember a few years ago a couple guys in Europe, one a German and the other a Pole, claimed to have discovered a train filled with gold in a sealed tunnel in Poland.  They swore it was true, they had the Polish Government convinced but we said at the time that this was going to be a fake bubble that would soon burst.  Sure enough - the bubble did burst and the world realized that this was just a hoax.
Now some people claim to have found another trail filled with gold and again we say - this is going to be another phony story that will quickly burst when they dig and find nothing.

EMAILS RESUMED - We have been quiet most of the week because Harry has been out of town visiting.....someone and talking about.......something - we cannot go into the details, but we are back on the air and we will quickly catch up with the 115 emails waiting here.  Thanks for your patience.

BALTIC ABOUT TO BOIL - One of our S.E.I.G. Agents has Intel that Russia will be poking a stick in the eye of NATO by the Baltic States shortly & since the Royal Navy is almost totally shut down and the USA military will probably not be sent.....the Baltic will soon be boiling.

KTB #281 - Will be sent to Members over this week-end.  If you are a Member, make sure that you have cleared your emailbox to receive it.  If you are not a Member - why waste time.  Join now and get all the news as it happens as well as history you cannot find anywhere else.

HIMMLER's DIARIES - It was reported a short while ago by the Lamestream Media that the diaries of Heinrich Himmler were just discovered and various passages were revealed.  We said at that time that this all smelled like another hoax like the scandal of the Hitler Diaries of many years ago.  Former British agent Hugh Trevor-Roper declared the Hitler diaries were indeed genuine; then a short time later it was discovered that the ink used in those diaries was not even invented until many years AFTER the end of the war.  And so Hugh Trevor-Roper had egg on his face and looked really foolish.  Remember too that he is the one who stated absolutely and definitely that Hitler killed himself in the Berlin Bunker and now we find that he was wrong on that as well.
After our report a week or so ago, we have been flooded with emails about this topic and all of them were in agreement - all believe this is another hoax.  We shall see, but we believe this will by yet another fancy story with absolutely NO basis in fact.....another hoax.

U-BOAT WAR IN PICTURES - That is the title of our newest book and this series will become THE source for information on all the U-Boats in the war.  The manuscript is in the final phase before we send it to the printing company but soon we will release full information on this book.

HITLER in ARGENTINA - Watch for a MAJOR announcement regarding our Best Selling book about the escape of Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun, Martin Bormann and thousands of others to the southern hemisphere - primarily Argentina.

Response to 50 GOP National Security Officials Opposing Donald Trump
Catherine, News & Commentary on August 6, 2016 at 1:08 am ·
Ladies & Gentlemen:
Your statement regarding Donald Trump’s character, values and experience leaves me deeply concerned. Clearly, the Presidency of the United States is not an entry-level position. However, the disassociation of the Republican establishment from reality and from respect for the most basic human rights of the American people has left many Republicans with no other choice but a brash outsider.
The Clinton Administration “missed” $4 trillion, engineered a housing bubble that grew into trillions of dollars in mortgage fraud and instituted private slave labor camps that skyrocketed the US to the most imprisoned population in the world. The George W. Bush presidency spent $4 trillion for Middle Eastern Wars and outsourced our nuclear laboratory and weapons infrastructure to a private business controlled by a private family whose management was described by a senior Lawrence Livermore employee as a combination of “the worst aspects of the Department of Motor Vehicles and Goldman Sachs.” The Obama Administration finished us off with $27 trillion of bailouts and participation in a global quantitative easing that is debasing our retirement savings.
This was the result of the leadership of one or more people you consider to have the “character, values and experience” to be President of the United States. Why would we want more of that?

The life expectancy of a woman my age without a high school degree has fallen by five years since 1990.
Our children are being targeted by heavy vaccine schedules; current predictions are that 1 out of every 2 American children will be autistic by 2030.
Mandates for health care insurance we do not want and common core testing that is destroying our children’s education are dictated by Washington.
State efforts to ensure transparency regarding the quality of food we eat are overruled by Washington.
NBC ran a perfectly serious news spot recently arguing that we should microchip our children, as if they were livestock.
The homeownership rate is now at its lowest point since 1965.
The employment statistics are completely cooked.
Our children are overwhelmed with student debt issued under conditions of entrapment and predatory lending approved and financed by Washington.
Your profound disassociation from the pain within America is inexplicable. What you consider to be reasonable and respectable is psychopathy. Donald Trump’s popularity comes from his willingness to have a forthright conversation about what is happening and what needs to be done to make America great again.
The “debt growth model” is over. There is no more cheap money to fund false realities and unproductive behavior – whether by the general population or the establishment. Breaking this trance of disassociation between reality and the official narrative is an essential first step to practical solutions. Trump is the only person proposing to break the trance.
If you want to provide an alternative to Donald Trump, you must break the trance – yours included.
Sincerely Yours,
Catherine Austin Fitts

America Nuked on 9/11: Compliments of the CIA, the Neocons in the DoD & the Mossad

http://jamesfetzer.blogspot.com/2016/08 ... f-cia.html [read more than is here at the link]

If you want to know the WHO, the HOW and the WHY of 9/11, this book provides the answers. In 28 extensive, thorough and detailed studies, 14 authors contribute their expertise on different aspects of 9/11 to resolve the issues decisively. 9/11 was brought to us compliments of the CIA, the neocons in the Department of Defense and the Mossad in order to justify the transformation of U.S. foreign policy from one in which we never attacked any nation that had not attacked us first to one in which we became the greatest aggressor nation in the world, launching a series of invasions intended to take out seven governments over the next five years , as Wesley Clark, former Commanding General of NATO, has explained. It hasn’t played out that way, but not for lack of trying.

You will discover here that the most prominent 9/11 organization, A&E911, has been running a limited hangout focusing on the use of Nano-thermite, an incendiary, which has long since been demonstrated to be incapable of blowing the Twin Towers apart from the top down. While Richard Gage, Kevin Ryan and others acknowledge that other explosives may have been used, they refuse to explain what those could possibly be. Although their studies were based upon dust samples obtained from an apartment in the vicinity of Ground Zero, they deliberately ignore the far more extensive results of the U.S. Geological Survey’s dust studies, which reveal the presence of elements that would not have been there had this not been a nuclear event.

Moreover, the Journal for 9/11 Studies perpetuates the charade by publishing articles intended to perpetrate the false belief that a Boeing 757 hit the Pentagon. Because the Pentagon is our nation’s military command-and-control center, it was this event that justified declaring a “War on Terror”. But the proof that no plane hit the Pentagon is overwhelming and compelling. In fact, as surprising as it may seem, none of the official “9/11 aircraft” actually crashed on 9/11, as evidence from the “crash sites” and research by Pilots for 9/11 Truth has established. The public was conned by resorting to a series of sophisticated fabrications, reinforced by the major media. This book demonstrates we have lost our way and are now no better than a third world, banana republic.

The contributors include some of the best students and scholars of 9/11:

An Aeronautical Engineer graduated from a major university with a Bachelor’s degree (with Honors) in Aeronautical Engineering with a major in aerodynamics. A qualified pilot and co-designer of two experimental aircraft, he has been engaged in aviation for over four decades. Many online debates about a “Boeing 757” at the Pentagon confuse the aerodynamic phenomenon known as Wake Turbulence (caused mainly by Induced Drag) with Ground Effect (caused as a reaction to downwash). Arguments that dispute the official account of a Boeing 757 approaching the Pentagon at 400 mph and taking out a series of lampposts are shown to be well-founded in their conclusion but in need to technical corrections to the explanations that have been advanced in their support, where a Boeing 757 at 400 mph could not have come closer than about 100 feet of the ground.

Joshua Blakeney, a journalist and writer based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, earned a BA (with distinction) in Sociology from Lethbridge. As a grad student, he received The Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship. His research on the Origins of the Global War on Terror became national news in Canada, when certain neoconservatives took issue with his chosen line of academic enquiry. He published Japan Bites Back: Documents Contextualizing Pearl Harbor (2015) based upon archival research he conducted at The National Diet Library in Tokyo, Japan. He has published in GlobalResearch.ca, The American Herald Tribune, Voltairenet.org, Coldtype.net, The Canadian Dimension, The Canadian Charger and The Information Clearing House. He recently started blogging about Japanese History.

Dennis Cimino, who has extensive engineering and support experience with military electronics, predominantly U.S. Navy Combat Systems, was the Navy’s top EMI troubleshooter before he went to work for Raytheon in the 1980s. He has collaborated with Jim Fetzer on many articles about “false flag” attacks, including (with regard to Sandy Hook), “The Nexus of Tyranny: The Strategy behind Tucson, Aurora and Sandy Hook” (30 January 2013), “Sent worldwide, Shannon Hicks’ ‘iconic’ photo was faked” (18 July 2014), and “Sandy Hook, Stephen Sedensky, William Shanley and the Elaborate Hoax” (28 July 2014). He has also published extensively on various aspects of 9/11. His articles on the Pentagon, for example, include “The ‘official account’ of the Pentagon is a fantasy” (2012), “9/11: A World Swirling in a Volcano of Lies” (14 February 2014) and “Reflections on the Pentagon: A Photographic Review” (16 August 2014), and “Limited Hangouts: Kevin Ryan, A&E911 and The Journal of 9/11 Studies” (with Jim Fetzer, 14 August 2014).

Jim Fetzer earned his Ph.D. in the history and the philosophy of science. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer, he has published widely on the theoretical foundations of scientific knowledge, computer science, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and evolution and mentality. McKnight Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota Duluth, he has also conducted extensive research into the assassination of JFK, the events of 9/11 and the plane crash that killed Sen. Paul Wellstone. The founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, his latest books include The Place of Probability in Science (with Ellery Eells, 2010), And I Suppose We Didn’t go to the Moon, either? (2015), Nobody Died at Sandy Hook (2015) and And Nobody Died in Boston, either (2016), which was his 32nd. He also hosts the two-hour video show, “The Real Deal”, on Media Broadcasting Center M/W/F from 8-10 PM/ET and “The Raw Deal” on renseradio.com T/Th from 8-9 PM/ET.

Don Fox has done extensive research on the role of mini-nukes by Dr. Ed Ward and on work by The Anonymous Physicist on the towers and has formulated an account of how it was done and why there is more to this story relative to very low-yield thermonuclear devices. His articles include “Mystery Solved: The WTC was Nuked on 9/11” and “Mini Neutron Bombs: A Major Piece of the 9/11 Puzzle (with Clare Kuehn, Jeff Prager, Jim Viken, Dr. Ed Ward and Dennis Cimino). Don Fox has been among the most successful in conveying the results of this complex and technical research in a fashion that makes it easily accessible to a wide audience. See, for example, “2 + 2 = Israel Nuked the WTC on 9/11” and “Rainbow in the Dark: Powerful Proof of 9/11 Nukes”. He maintains a blog at https://donaldfox.wordpress.com.

T. Mark Hightower earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University and over 30 years of engineering experience. He has worked in the chemical industry, the space program and the environmental field. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), and the American Water Works Association (AWWA). He became a “born again” conspiracy theorist in January 2004 after stumbling upon Peter Meyer’s Serendipity web site and learning that controlled demolition was a more likely explanation for the destruction of the Twin Towers than the official government story. He is a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, a petition signer at Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, and a member of Pilots for 9/11 Truth. His 9/11 research is done as an exercise of his Constitutional rights as a private citizen, and in no way represents his employers or the professional societies in which he holds membership. He recently retired after 25 years with NASA.

Nicholas Kollerstrom, Ph.D., has two history of science degrees, one from Cambridge 1968, plus a Ph.D. from London, 1995. An honorary member of staff of UCL for 11 years, he was in 1999 elected as a Member of the New York Academy of Sciences. A Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, he has several dozen articles on the history of astronomy in academic journals. His book, Terror on the Tube (3rd edition, 2011), establishes that the accused Islamic youth were innocent of the 2005 London bombings. Breaking the Spell: The Holocaust, Myth and Reality (2014), demonstrates that the official narrative of WWII cannot be sustained. He contributed four chapters to And I suppose we didn’t go to the moon, either? His latest book, The Life and Death of Paul McCartney 1942-66: A Very English Mystery (2015), has recently appeared.

Susan Lindauer covered Iraq and Libya at the United Nations, as a U.S. Intelligence Asset and back-door channel on anti-terrorism from 1993 to 2003. Most notoriously, in the summer of 2001, her team warned about a major terrorist attack involving airplane hijackings and a strike on the World Trade Center. Lindauer also campaigned heavily against the War in Iraq, and developed a comprehensive peace framework through her back-channel in the run up to War. Her book, Extreme Prejudice (2010), is the true story of what happened when she tried to disclose what she knew personally of Iraqi Pre-War Intelligence and the 9/11 warning to Congress and the American people. Her attempts to bring the truth to the public led to the nightmare of her arrest under the PATRIOT Act and her imprisonment without trial at the notorious prison inside Carswell AFB in Texas.

Mike Palecek lives in Saginaw, Minnesota, west of Duluth. A writer, he is a former federal prisoner for peace and the Iowa Democratic Party candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives, 5th District in the 2000 election, gaining 65,000 votes on an anti-war platform in a conservative district. A former award winning reporter, editor, publisher in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota. The small newspaper that Mike & Ruth Palecek owned and operated in Byron, Minnesota, won the MNA Newspaper of the Year Award in 1993. He co-hosts “The New American Dream” radio show and has published over a dozen books that offer fictional but insightful studies of the American character and the plight in which we lend ourselves in the world today. Mike is the founder of Moon Rock Books and the co-editor of this volume.

Jeff Prager, founder of an award winning magazine for senior citizens, set out in 2002 to prove that 19 Muslims had hijacked four airplanes and attacked us. After extensive investigation by 2005, he realized that the official narrative of 9/11 was false, sold his business, left the United States and began to conduct 9/11 research full-time. What he found astonished even himself, because the evidence that the Twin Towers had been destroyed by a sophisticated arrangement of very small nuclear devices became simply overwhelming. He subsequently published an extensive and detailed report about this research in 9/11 AMERICA NUKED! (2012), which is a 500-page book available to the public for free, in Part 1 and Part 2.

Mike Sparks is a graduate of Liberty University with a B.S. degree in History/Education. His last assignment in the U.S. Army Reserves was as a MOS 11A5P Airborne-qualified Infantry officer with the rank of 1LT promotable. He leads Military Intelligence Group [00]7 (aka MI7) focusing on how Commander Ian Fleming, creator of the fictional super-spy James Bond (Agent 007), is actually warning us in code of real organized evil entities. He is the editor and co-author of several military reform books, including Air-Mech-Strike: Asymmetric Maneuver Warfare for the 21st Century (2002) andAirborne Warfare: New Edition (2015), plus several books on American Cultural Reform; Racket Theory: Why Humans Embrace Problems instead of Solving Them (2006), Hive Theory: Why Humans Stay in Destructive Rackets(2015) and in the military/spy arena with James Bond is REAL: The Untold Story of the Political & Military Threats Ian Fleming Warned Us About (2011). Record Flooding in Southeast Louisiana May Get Worse
By: Bob Henson , 8:20 PM GMT on August 12, 2016

A devastating flood event was unfolding over southeast Louisiana on Friday, and conditions may get worse yet, as an extremely slow-moving center of low pressure is dumping colossal amounts of rain on the region. This sprawling, “stacked” low is carrying more water vapor than many tropical cyclones, and its slow motion is leading to persistent rains that could add up to all-time record totals in some places.

Multi-sensor analyses indicate that several areas in southeast Louisiana and southermost Mississippi racked up more than 6” of rain from 7:00 am CDT Thursday, August 11, to 7:00 am Friday (see Figure 1). More than 10” of rain was analyzed just northeast of Baton Rouge, the hardest-hit area thus far. In the 24 hours from 2:00 pm CDT Thursday to 2:00 pm Friday, Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport recorded a preliminary total of 8.49” of rain. Since records began in 1892, the city’s largest calendar day total is 11.99” (set on April 14, 1967), and the largest two-day calendar total is 14.03” (June 6-7, 2001). Given the very slow motion of the stacked low, these all-time records are conceivably within reach. A cooperative observer in Livingston, LA, reported 17.09” of rain from midnight to 3:00 pm CDT Friday. The state’s official 24-hour record is 22 inches, reported near Hackberry on August 28-29, 1962.

Figure 1. Multi-sensor rainfall analysis for the period from 7:00 am CDT Thursday, August 11, to 7:00 am Friday shows a gyre-like pattern of torrential rains spinning around a low in southern Mississippi. Image credit: NOAA/NWS Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service.

As the low edges westward over the next 24-48 hours, the zone of heaviest rain potential will shift toward west Louisiana and east Texas, but southeast Louisiana will remain under the gun for more downpours at least into early Saturday. The short-range HRRR model produces another 2”-6” of widespread rain over southeast Louisiana through Saturday morning, with localized totals of 8-12” not out of the question.

Figure 2. Enhanced infrared satellite image for the central Gulf Coast reveals the vast scope of the area of low pressure generating torrential rains in southeast Louisiana. Image credit: NOAA/NESDIS.

Severe flood threat for Baton Rouge area
Both flash flooding and river flooding threats are looming large for southeast Louisiana, where flash flood warnings were in place on Friday afternoon. Major flooding has already occurred throughout the day Friday, and a flash flood emergency (the most urgent type of flash flood warning) was in effect Friday afternoon for parts of Feliciana, West Feliciana, St. Helena, and East Baton Rouge parishes, which extend roughly from Baton Rouge northward. Water rescues and evacuations were under way in this region, according to the NWS. Even if the rains ease during the weekend, the area faces a major flood threat. The Tickfaw River at Montpelier, LA, hit a record crest of 22.75 feet at 1:30 pm CDT Friday, with several more feet expected this weekend. A number of other rivers across southeast Louisiana are projected to reach all-time crests, including the Amite River, where record levels of flooding can be expected to inundate many homes and roadways on the eastern side of the Baton Rouge metro area for an extended period.

Figure 3. Forecasts issued on Friday morning, August 12, 2016, were calling for an all-time record flood crest of 42.5 feet late Sunday on the Amite River at Denham Springs, just east of Baton Rouge, LA. The forecast keeps waters above the previous record of 41.5 feet (April 8, 1983) for a full 24 hours. These projections could be boosted further in light of the heavy rains persisting in the area on Friday. The last major crest in this region was 36.09 feet on March 13, 2016. Image credit: NOAA/NWS Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service.

Tropical cyclone or not? Does it matter?
Although this system does not qualify as a tropical cyclone--its center has remained just inland--the point is moot in terms of impact, as the torrential rains and flooding from this low could end up ranking among some of the more damaging tropical depressions and tropical storms on record. The low’s rainmaking power is a combination of its extremely slow motion and the astoundingly moist air mass feeding into it. The upper air sounding launched from Slidell, LA, at 12Z Friday (7:00 am CDT) showed that the atmosphere was carrying 2.85” of precipitable water (the amount of water in a column of air over a given point). This is the second-highest amount of water measured in any sounding since records began in the New Orleans area in 1948, and just 0.03” below the record of 2.88”. In Jackson, MS, only two other dates have seen more precipitable water than the 2.74” measured on Friday morning, with the record being just 0.02” higher (2.76”). These values may seem puzzlingly low compared to the amounts of rain occurring. This is because showers and thunderstorms can concentrate the amount of moisture present in the atmosphere throughout a region, so they can produce much higher local totals than the precipitable water values would suggest.

The New Orleans Times-Picayune is providing live updates on the situation in southeast Louisiana. Governor John Bel Edwards has declared a state

Communist agenda in U.S.
By JOHN HAWKS Herald Staff Writer  12 hrs ago  0
Communism is a threat in America today, Dennis Pratt said.

Pratt, a 32-year military veteran who spent time in the military’s intelligence department and Russian language school, is set to show the film “Agenda: Grinding America Down” from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m Aug. 22 at Neosho County Community College, 900 E. Logan St., Ottawa. The event is free and open to all, Pratt said, and is designed to educate the public.

The documentary purports to highlight the dangers of communism, and expose its root in American government.

To use its facilities, Neosho County Community College required Pratt to present the documentary through a non-profit organization, he said.

“The Republican [Central] Committee let me use their name, but we want to make it fully understandable that it is not their endorsement,” Pratt said.

According to Pratt, the documentary is based on “The Naked Communist,” a 1958 book penned by a former FBI agent, U. S. author and political theorist W. Cleon Skousen.

“The book is based in all facts,” Pratt said. The documentary is a two-part series according to its website, a http://www.agendadocumentary.com/

“We’re only going to show one first, and see what kind of interest we have to show the second one,” Pratt said, adding the film won first prize at the 2010 San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival.

The film is produced by Curtis Bowers, one time Idaho congressman who gained state and national attention and criticism for a 2008 opinion column to the Idaho Press-Tribune. In the column, Bowers claimed to have attended a 1992 Communist Party USA gathering at the University of California, Berkeley, and detailed their alleged plan to “take down America” via destruction of the family unit, eliminating profit potential from business and use of the “homosexual movement” to undermine American culture and religion.

Former female agent sues FBI claiming sexual harassment, discrimination
FBI agents were loafing on the job or not coming to work, lawsuit says

Denver Post file Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey gestures while speaking during a press conference at the conclusion of a visit to the Denver FBI Field Office on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 in Denver, Colorado.
BAugust 19, 2016 at 8:20 am
Inappropriate sexual remarks became so commonplace within the FBI ranks of a special drug task force that male agents would often joke about how many zeroes would be on a lawsuit after particularly rancid remarks.

Danielle Marks identified FBI Director James Comey as a defendant in the federal civil lawsuit filed Thursday on her behalf by Denver attorneys Charlotte Sweeney and Kaitlyn Wright.

Marks is asking to be reinstated as an FBI agent, and seeking back pay, compensatory damages and attorneys fees in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Denver.

Marks became a FBI agent in 2010 and worked as a drug and gang officer in Baltimore, where she received “successful,” and “excellent” marks. She transferred to Denver in 2013, where she joined the MGTF, which is made up of Denver and Aurora police officers and federal agents.

Marks said she notified supervisors as early as September of 2013 that fellow male agents refused to assist her with surveillance on her case even though it was the only open case in the office, the lawsuit says. She named three agents who “behaved inappropriately and made repeated sexual comments around Ms. Marks and other female employees.”

On 20 occasions, the agents failed to attend their surveillance shifts for her wiretap case. The only explanation she would receive is that they were “unavailable.” Agents would ask female agents to expose their breasts or allow them to perform sex acts on them, the lawsuit says.

In fact, the only FBI agents on the task force who had active cases were Marks and two other female agents. The male agents explained they were working a case that had closed in 2013. The male agents failed to come to work on days they were scheduled to work, the lawsuit says.

Although her supervisor assured Marks that he would speak with the three FBI agents about the harassment and failure to work with her, but the agents’ behavior only got worse. They often made derogatory remarks about female FBI agents, including that they shouldn’t be in the FBI. Once, a FBI agent on the unit said he hoped another female agent would quit and “stay home in the kitchen.”

The agents would make lewd jokes about how one of the male agents was having an affair with a female prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Meantime, a supervisory agent was having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a female FBI agent, including openly sharing a hotel room during a work conference, the lawsuit says. The supervisor helped the woman get a position as secretary to Special Agent in Charge Thomas Ravanelle, who oversaw the Denver office and recently was transferred to the inspection division at the agency’s headquarters.

Agents would make sexually inappropriate remarks, look at Marks and the other female agent in the unit and say, “I wonder how many zeroes will be at the end of that lawsuit check.” It became so common that they would make a sexual comment and say, “Uh oh, add another zero.”

Marks was routinely ex

FBI Agent Art Gonzales’ Girlfriend Marries Other Agent After Shooting
by 2Paragraphs in Culture | August 19, 2016

FBI Agent Arthur “Art” Gonzales shot his estranged wife Julie Gonzales, 42, in his Strafford, Virginia home in 2013. They were going through a divorce. After an argument, Gonzales says his wife came at him with a knife and in self-defense he shot her four times in the chest. During the police investigation, it was discovered that Gonzales was having a sexual relationship with a fellow FBI employee, a young woman named Cara Kast. One day prior to the shooting, Art Gonzales found provocative photos of Kast with another FBI agent based in Indianapolis. Gonzales’ supervisor, Doug Merel, insists the shooting of Julie Gonzales had nothing to do with Art's obsession with Cara Kast and everything to do with the knife Art says

Cadre of Special Agent Candidates Gather in D.C
Recruiting Event Supports FBI Commitment to a Diverse Workforce

Candidates line up at a recruiting event in Washington, D.C. for qualified special agent candidates of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds.

“I want to ensure diversity is a part of the DNA of the FBI...until it becomes who we are.”

So said FBI Director James B. Comey earlier this week at a Bureau-sponsored gathering in Washington, D.C. for qualified special agent candidates of varied racial and ethnic backgrounds. During the Diversity Agent Recruitment event for aspiring agents, Comey told participants that diversity is a priority within the Bureau because a diverse workforce is a strong workforce.

The August 17 information session was designed for highly qualified, diverse applicants from the Washington, D.C. metro area, but drew hundreds of applicants from around the country as well. Participants learned firsthand about the skills and competencies required to become agents. They also had the opportunity to speak with current FBI agents who shared their own on-the-job experiences.

In addition to Comey and other FBI personnel, the event featured a keynote speech from retired former FBI Executive Director Mike Mason, who encouraged applicants to see past any possible mistrust or misgivings about joining law enforcement and follow their passion to serve. “Never give up,” Mason said. “Be the person you know you are.”

This week’s event was one component of the FBI’s overall commitment to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce in order to connect with the communities we serve. More informational sessions and outreach events are planned for cities and college campuses throughout the country.

“I want to ensure diversity is a part of the DNA of the FBI."

WASHINGTON – Nearly 100 years after a politically motivated criminal conviction on federal mail fraud charges – and on what would have been his 129th birthday – the descendants of Jamaican-born Black activist Marcus Garvey and members of Congress are pushing for his legal exoneration.

Garvey is well-known within the worldwide African Diaspora for developing and advocating a Pan-African philosophy known as “Garveyism” that sought to empower people of African descent.

Young activist
Marcus Mosiah Garvey began his activism when he left Jamaica at the age of 23. He traveled to England, but later returned to Jamaica to found the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) in 1914. He came to the United States in 1916 and he organized the UNIA’s New York division the following year.

Garvey promoted the idea of Black people returning to Africa – but not all of them. Many would be “no good there,” he once wrote, according

Police State America has devised a new way to track dissidents or person’s of interest, they’re calling it Pay-By-Plate. Raytheon’s Pay-By-Plate system will allow police to hotlist motorists across the country.

What are vehicle “hotlists”?

Page 6, of the Cincinnati Police Dept.’s, “Success in Automated License Plate Recognition Technology” report, reveals what vehicle “hotlists” actually mean.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAn4rnhPlz0

The nature of the LPR collected from private sources tends to be stationary vehicles and/or vehicles entering into parking and/or other access controlled locations… providing law enforcement with detailed precise and targeted historical location information for vehicles of interest.

The Feds are storing innocent motorist’s personal data indefinitely

According to a Boston Globe article, ‘detailed precise’ toll transactions are being stored indefinitely by the MassDOT. The MassDOT claims, they don’t have any plans to use the information to ticket speeding motorists yet!

“My main concern is the long-term storage and the bulk collection gathering of data, 99.99 percent of the people whose information is being collected are totally innocent and have done nothing wrong. So why keep a dossier on them? ” Congressman Michael Capuano said.

Earlier this year, I warned everyone that Pay-By-Plate is really a nationwide tracking system created by DHS and private corporations.

AECOM Technology Corporation’s mission, is to direct or oversee AECOM national tolls projects and development efforts, and support the toll industry in its continual efforts to modernize, economize and increase public acceptance as tolls grow dramatically in North America…

To increase public acceptance of “national toll projects”? It doesn’t get any plainer than that!

Feds claim they’re only taking pictures of our license plates.

https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-skb9Tv_U40g/ ... BPlate.jpg

If you look closely at the above picture, you can see two surveillance cameras, one that takes a picture of the front of the vehicle, and one that’s aimed at the rear of the vehicle. Raytheon’s Vigilant Solutions, ‘ National Vehicle Location Service‘ cameras can identify drivers and passengers faces in “near real time”, flagging any ‘person of interest’.

Raytheon, admits they’re cameras use facial recognition

Founder Shawn Smith assembled an industry-leading team of almost one hundred video analytic experts to develop and bring to market what would quickly become the most comprehensive and advanced suite of LPR, facial recognition and public records data fusion and analytic products available. (Click here to find out more about Raytheon’s facial recognition program)

It should be noted that Raytheon, denies they’re pay-by-plate cameras use facial recognition cameras and claims motorists are protected under the ” Federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (FDPPA).

Can Raytheon be trusted?

The Electronic Privacy Foundation warns motorists that DMV’s have created 55 categories of invasive information on motorists, effectively nullifying the FDPPA.

Reasons, to doubt Raytheon’s story.

Three years ago, the Virginia Dept. of Motor Vehicles allowed the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) to secretly record vehicle identification number (VIN), age and sex information from the records of passing motorists.

IIHS compared this personal information against the facial photograph captured by the industry’s speed cameras to conclude that vehicles “packing more horsepower” drive faster than the posted speed limit.

And earlier this year, I warned everyone that San Francisco’s public transit agency was installing facial recognition cameras that can identify drivers and passengers through fog.

Judicial Watch: CIA, FBI Officials Advised Nixon to ‘Get Rid’ of Watergate Conspirators

August 30, 2016 | 4:02 PM EDT

– Top officials in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) advised President Richard Nixon to “get rid of the people involved in the [Watergate] cover-up, no matter how high,” according to a newly released CIA document obtained by Judicial Watch under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.
“This CIA Watergate report is an extraordinary historical document,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said. “Given it discloses direct CIA involvement in Watergate, it is no surprise it took 42 years and a Judicial Watch lawsuit to force its release.”
The de-classified document entitled “Working Draft – CIA Watergate History” compiled by the CIA’s Office of Inspector General in 1973 and 1974, also revealed that Eugenio Martinez - one of the Watergate burglars - was “actively being paid by the CIA at the time of the arrests on June 17, 1972” for breaking into the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee at the Watergate complex in Washington, D.C.
On Oct. 12, 1973, a request by the Watergate Special Prosecution Force Staff "to discuss CIA documentation relating to Martinez" was described in the document as "difficult for the Agency - the breaching of trust of an agent" and that "under no circumstances would the Agency give up all records relating to the Agency's relationship with Martinez."
“This means the CIA, at the time of the Watergate break-in, had ‘an agent’ planted on the break-in team,” the watchdog group noted. “The declaration by CIA lawyers of Mar

Forensic Fraud
Commencing in 1993, the NWC took on the daunting task of documenting forensic fraud and abuses in the world-renowned FBI crime lab. As a direct result of information disclosed by an FBI scientist, Dr. Frederic Whitehurst, the US Department of Justice issued an extensive report validating most of the whistleblower's claims.

As a result, the FBI agreed to unprecedented reforms including: outside accreditation of its crime lab, the appointment of an objective, independent scientist to oversee lab operations, and removal of various lab officials who had engaged in forensic misconduct.
After leading a successful six-year campaign to reform the FBI's Forensic Crime Lab, the NWC's Forensic Justice Project (FJP) commenced a review of misconduct in crime labs nationwide. The cases under review have impacted many potential wrongful convictions, have resulted in the review of thousands of cases, and have given freedom to wrongfully convicted defendants. In addition to reviewing misconduct at state crime labs, the FJP continues to monitor and expose problems within the FBI crime lab.

Washington (CNN) -- An FBI employee shared confidential information with his girlfriend, who was a news reporter, then later threatened to release a sex tape the two had made.
A supervisor watched pornographic videos in his office during work hours while "satisfying himself."
And an employee in a "leadership position" misused a government database to check on two friends who were exotic dancers and allowed them into an FBI office after hours.
These are among confidential summaries of FBI disciplinary reports obtained by CNN, which describe misconduct by agency supervisors, agen

FBI tactic in child porn sting under attack in Rockwood case

By Jamie Satterfield of the Knoxville News Sentinel

Update
When "teddybear555" logged onto The Playpen, a "dark web" child-pornography bulletin board, from a home in Rockwood last year, he had no idea his host was the FBI.

Neither did the tens of thousands of other users across the U.S. and the world who, in the two weeks the FBI played the role of child pornography purveying host, posted or swapped at least 48,000 images and 200 videos of the sexual abuse of children. The agency called the sting "Operation Pacifier." So far, more than 180 people have been arrested in the U.S., including Thomas Allan Scarbrough, a funeral director at Scarbrough Funeral Home in Rockwood.

But the FBI isn't drawing praise for its groundbreaking defeat of technology that affords anonymity to seekers of illicit goods on hidden websites. In court and out, the FBI is taking a beating, with judges across the nation, including in Knoxville, declaring constitutional violations and Internet privacy advocates crying foul.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Clifford Shirley has become the latest jurist to deem the FBI's search warrant process in its takeover of The Playpen server as an illegal search and a violation of federal rules of criminal procedure. He issued his opinion late last month in Scarbrough's case and joins at least six other federal judges in the nation to so rule.

But Shirley refused to toss out the evidence gleaned as a result of Operation Pacifier, ruli

Activists to FBI:Show
Us Your Warrant for Mass Hack of TorMail Users

September 6, 2016 // 07:05 AM EST
Mass hacking is now one of the FBI's established tactics for fighting crime on the dark web. In February 2015, the agency hit at least 4,000 computers all over the world in an attempt to identify visitors of a child pornography site.

But questions remain about another FBI operation from 2013, in which the agency may have hacked users of a dark web email service called TorMail even if they weren’t suspects of a crime. Now, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is trying to unseal the court docket sheet containing the search warrant used to deploy malware against users of the service. If the ACLU were then to get access to the warrant itself, it may reveal the true scale of the FBI’s controversial hacking campaign.

TorMail was a site based on Freedom Hosting, a web host that provided easy-to-set-up Tor hidden services. In 2013, the FBI seized Freedom Hosting; according to media reports at the time, anyone visiting a Freedom Hosting site was met with a “Down for Maintenance” message. Researchers soon found that that page contained malicious code designed to de-anonymise users

Atty: Says Comey’s ‘God Complex’ Drove Him To Shield Hillary Clinton From Justice

Washington12
A former senior federal prosecutor says FBI Director James Comey’s decision to recommend that Justice Department prosecutors not to pursue charges against Hillary Clinton regarding her handling of sensitive electronic correspondence flowed from Comey’s own inflated ego and view of his role in history.
Comey’s reputation inside the Department of Justice was that he was a very black-and-white thinker, which is why the FBI director’s July 5 recommendation to DOJ prosecutors not to prosecute Clinton was such a shock, says Joseph E. diGenova, who served as President Ronald W. Reagan’s U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. During his four-year tenure, diGenova prosecuted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard and many officials inside the administration of Washington’s Mayor Marion Barry

“This is what I call ‘a legacy or epitaph decision,’ he was not going to be remembered as the person, who had stopped the first female nominee from a major party from running for president,” diGenova said. “It is as simple as that. He made a political positio

The mayor says he is bound by state law to conceal Officer Daniel Pantaleo’s record before Garner’s death — and he will surely say that he is similarly barred from revealing any punishment

Boston’s police commissioner, union spar over body cameras

Police Commissioner William Evans testifies Tuesday during the body camera hearing at Suffolk Superior Court. —Jessica Rinaldi / The Boston Globe
BOSTON (AP) — Boston’s police commissioner squared off in court Tuesday with the leader of the city’s largest police union over a plan to have 100 officers wear body cameras, as lawyers for each side accused the other of having “unclean hands” in a long-simmering dispute over police accountability.

A pilot program was scheduled to start last week. But after no officers volunteered, Commissioner William Evans ordered 100 officers to wear the cameras. That prompted the Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association to ask a judge to issue an injunction to halt the program until a new agreement can be negotiated.

Union President Patrick Rose testified Tuesday that the city violated its agreement with the u

Forty-Caliber Disclosure
September 8, 2016Uncategorized“contact”, advanced energy systems, artificial intelligence, black budgets, breakaway civilization, deep state, extra-terrestrials, financial fraud, genetic engineering, militarization, Presidential comments, secret space program, transhumanism, underground, warfare
Forty-Caliber Disclosure

Recently in response to the events stemming from the high density of naval ships inside an extremely strategic narrow chokepoint, I flippantly re-linked to a long piece I’d written on wargaming but it’s Part Two of that opus that has just come back into focus.

The day before, I’d finished reading Richard Dolan’s short introductory overview The Secret Space Program and Breakaway Civilization.

Writing, like war-gaming, is a strong and effective approach to thinking. War-gaming allows you to try a tactic or a strategy using a method that will do no harm. No one dies; pieces get put back into the box. I’ve saved as many of the pieces as I could from all those war-games I used to play; I’m an INTP, according to the test that the shrink insisted I take, and being an INTP means that I pack away “stuff” on the chance that it will be of some value again. It will be of value very soon as the large empty table in the family room next to my office will become the playground of my kindertotten who just discovered Monopoly, one of whom has re-written the rules of Checkers (with the help of his cousin) such that “king me” has been extended into “Ace me” and “Joker me”.

A Joker is a stack of three checkers topped by a pawn. These guys are naturally deeply into free play already; imagine what will happen when they discover John Boyd. But I digressed…

Writing allows you to work something out on paper too, and if it doesn’t work, you simply crumple the paper up or delete and grab a clean screen.

Blogging is like writing. It allows you to gather a lot of information about what’s going on in the world out there and see if you can make something of it.

A lot of people have been trained and taught that one shouldn’t put writing or blog entries out into the world that haven’t been perfected, proven, polished. Many of us from our own places of perspective, education, training, and self-image tell ourselves and each other that that written output over there is incorrect, lacks critical thinking, or is [insert here you favorite form of pejorative dismissal].

But writing and blogging can be a place where outlandish new ideas are put out into the social milieu in a way that enables further correction, re-construction, more game-playing, re-writing. They get other people to think and say “No, that’s not right because…” or maybe “that might be right; here’s another piece of confirmatory data” or, better yet, “that analysis needs to be re-jumbled and it will tell you this”.

People often don’t know what to make of what I say. People have not known what to make of me since I was a toddler. I’m used to it.

Such may have been the case when I expounded on topics that have received widespread attention, the topics of Jade Helm ( http://www.thesullenbell.com/2015/06/16 ... -politics/ ), the militarization of American police agencies, and the extensive work being done by DARPA ( http://www.thesullenbell.com/2016/08/20 ... evolution/) focused on the development of a SuperSoldier and other radically-ramped-up enhancement of human capacities and capabilities. See the latest study on physical and cyber Terminators, weapons that do not have a human in the loop. “… Machines and computers can process much more data much more quickly than can humans, ‘enabling the U.S. to act inside an adversary’s operations cycle.’…” AI meets the OODA Loop.

Add to this the widespread multi-agency governmental acquisition of hundreds of millions of hollow-point forty-caliber ammunition.

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government ... -on-terror

Are those hundreds of millions forty-caliber hollow-point rounds intended for the forthcoming Earth-based war with extra-terrestrials?

Extra-terrestrials? Aliens? You don’t mean to say that you believe in aliens now, do you?

I’ve always been agnostic. I’ve never seen one, nor a unidentified flying anything. But some pretty smart people are suggesting that the topic deserves our attention.

“When investigating financial fraud you encounter a force field that protects it across the board. It’s a matter of policy, it’s built into the structure. It has had an enormous support from a lot of people.”

Catherine Austin Fitts, Secret Space Program conference 2014

https://secretspaceprogram.org/media/ca ... n-fitts-4/

Here’s a very long (almost four hours) videotape presentation by Steven M. Greer, M.D., founder of The Disclosure Project, on the deep state and extra-terrestrials. It was filmed at the “workshop held on Nov 21, 2015 in Washington DC. This expose includes: how secrecy is maintained; lists of bases and corporations involved; documents; how the black budget is funded; the connection between drug running and the secret gov’t , how these unacknowledged special access projects work and much more. He discuses disclosure, ufo sightings, EBEs, CIA, NSA, FBI, NSA first contact and more.”

It’s almost four hours long. It’s been left on autoplay; look down to the right for what’s beyond Greer.

Elizabeth Warren To FBI: I Can Think Of Some Other Investigations You Should Release
If the FBI is suddenly releasing information about investigations, Warren says, why not those investigations into the 2008 financial crisis?
09/15/2016 05:19 pm ET

Elizabeth Warren has some suggestions for what investigations the FBI should release next.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) wants to know why the FBI will publish records related to an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server, but not records related to the FBI’s investigation of bank executives during the 2008 financial crisis.

“The DOJ’s inability to obtain meaningful convictions or settlements in the vast majority of these [Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission] referrals ― let alone in any other cases involving senior Wall Street executives ― suggests that the Department failed to hold the individuals and companies most responsible for the financial crisis and the Great Recession accountable,” Warren wrote in her letter to the FBI on Thursday.

Warren noted that the FCIC referred 11 cases to the DOJ in which the commission found “serious indication of violation” of federal banking laws, implicating nine individuals in those violations. “Not one of these nine has gone to prison or been prosecuted for a criminal offense,” Warren said.

Those named by the FCIC include top executives of some of the largest banks in the country and some of the most politically connected men on Wall Street, including Robert Rubin, former Bill Clinton treasury secretary and Citigroup chairman.

Warren’s staff also found 14 corporations the FCIC referred to the DOJ that were never criminally prosecuted.

Warren said the FBI’s recent decision to release details of its Clinton probe gives the agency “clear precedent” for providing more information about the financial crisis ― noting that, typically, the FBI doesn’t release details of investigations when it doesn’t recommend prosecution.

But with FBI Director James Comey deciding to make previously undisclosed information available “in the interest of tra

FBI's Comey: Twitter fuels 'monster of a bias'
By LOUIS NELSON 09/14/16 05:11 PM EDT
FBI Director James Comey lamented on Wednesday the loss of public trust in government institutions like the one he runs and blamed “echo chambers” like Twitter for making his job more difficult.

“My children, again, discipline me not to go on Twitter because apparently people say bad things about me on Twitter. But things like Twitter offer us the opportunity only to encounter views consistent with our own, 24 hours a day,” Comey explained at a Center for Strategic and International Studies event Wednesday. “There’s an opportunity to feed that monster of a bias, that confirmation bias, all the time. So it accelerates that fractionalizing of our society, and it makes it much harder for people like me, like you, like the people in here, to speak reason to folks about our institution

Judge: FBI agent raised 'legitimate' ethics concerns in case

Thursday, September 15, 2016

BATON ROUGE, La.
An FBI agent in New Orleans raised legitimate concerns that the Justice Department is either "unable or unwilling" to self-police ethical lapses within its ranks, a federal judge said in a ruling Thursday.
U.S. District Judge Kurt Engelhardt refused to order the release of a 31-page letter that FBI Special Agent Michael Zummer wrote about his investigation of a former Louisiana district attorney accused of trading sex for leniency.
But the judge wrote that he shares Zummer's concerns about the Justice Department and found the agent's correspondence to be "particularly interesting (and troubling, to say the least)."
Last month, Engelhardt sentenced former St. Charles Parish District Attorney Harry Morel to three years in prison for obstructing

Gary Johnson Wants to Ignore Climate Change Because the Sun Will Destroy the Earth One Day
Attention, millennials

9. 22, 2016 6:00 AM

Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate for president, takes what he calls the "long-term view" of climate change. "In billions of years," he said in 2011, "the sun is going to actually grow and encompass the Earth, right? So global warming is in our future."

The former New Mexico governor did acknowledge that humans are making the world warmer in the near term, too—but he doesn't think the government should do much about it. In the same speech, he denounced "cap-and-trade taxation," said we "should be building new coal-fired plants," and argued that the "trillions" of dollars it would cost to combat climate change would be better spent on other priorities.

All of that makes Johnson's popularity among younger voters pretty surprising. Surveys have consistently found that millennials care deeply about climate change. A November 2015 ABC News/Washington Post poll, for example, found that 76 percent of 18- to-29-year-olds see global warming as a serious problem, and 64 percent want the federal government to do more to combat it. Nevertheless, a recent Quinnipiac poll found that Johnson is now running second among 18- to-34-year-old voters, just 2 percentage points behind Hillary Clinton.

"At a point in the very distant future, the sun will actually encompass the Earth. So global warming is something that's going to be inevitable."
Johnson's 2011 comments weren't an aberration. Over the past few years, he has spoken out repeatedly against environmental regulation. In a 2011 NPR interview, he instead called for a "free-market

A deputy public defender in Las Vegas who defied a judge's request that she not wear a "Black Lives Matter" pin in court has become the latest voice of protest in a national debate over police brutality and race relations.

Erika Ballou's protest comes two months after a black defense attorney in Ohio was arrested on a contempt of court charge for wearing a similar pin in a municipal courtroom

A U.S. lawmaker has introduced two bills to protect voting systems from hacking, amid fears that Russian cyber spies may be interfering with this year's presidential election.
Representative Hank Johnson, a Democrat serving Georgia, is proposing a moratorium on state purchases of electronic voting machines that don't produce a paper trail. His Election Integrity Act, introduced Wednesday, would also prohibit voting systems from being connected to the internet as a way to prevent online tampering.

Details of Investigations into Donald Trump

Vice News and an MIT doctoral student filed suit against the Secret Service on Tuesday in hopes of receiving documents about the agency’s investigation of Donald Trump and his campaign.

The news agency also filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI after Trump made two inflammatory statements about Hillary Clinton.

In two separate statements, Trump appeared to suggest violence against Clinton for her position on gun control – one that the Republican candidate has mischaracterize as an attempt to abolish the Second Amendment.

Trump also called on Russia to leak hacked documents of Clinton’s emails.

Vice News wrote:

VICE News and Shapiro submitted a FOIA request to the Secret Service August 18 for records pertaining to its investigation of Trump’s statements, and sought expedited processing. We asked for “disclosure of any and all records that mention or refer to the matter” and “any records compiled as part of any investigation into the referenced matter.” The Secret Service didn’t even acknowledge the request.

Nichols says bombing was FBI op
Detailed confession filed in S.L. about Oklahoma City plot

The only surviving convicted criminal in the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City is saying his co-conspirator, Timothy McVeigh, told him he was taking orders from a top FBI official in orchestrating the bombing.

A declaration from Terry Lynn Nichols, filed in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, has proven to be one of the most detailed confessions by Nichols to date about his involvement in the bombing as well as the involvement of others. However, one congressman who has investigated the bombings remains skeptical of Nichols' claims.

The declaration was filed as part of Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue's pending wrongful death suit against the government for the death of his brother in a federal corrections facility in Oklahoma City. Trentadue claims his brother was killed during an interrogation by FBI agents when agents mistook his brother for a suspect in the Oklahoma City bombing investigation.

The most shocking allegation in the 19-page signed declaration is Nichols' assertion that the whole bombing plot was an FBI operation and that McVeigh let slip during a bout of anger that he was taking instruction from former FBI official Larry Potts.

Potts was no stranger to anti-government confrontations, having been the lead FBI agent at Ruby Ridge in 1992, which led to the shooting death of Vicki Weaver, the wife of separatist Randy Weaver. Potts also was reportedly involved in the 51-day siege of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas in 1993, which resulted in a fire that killed 81 Branch Davidian followers.

Potts retired from the FBI under intense pressure and criticism for the cover-up of an order to allow agents to shoot anyone seen leaving the Weaver cabin at Ruby Ridge.
