After the end of the Soviet Union there is no need for the American fleet to remain there any longer.

Africa and Europe cooperate together now. The long historic battle ended with the defeat of the colonial Europe in light of this the World Mathaba is a world fact on world stage, and it is looking for reasons to stay on... We should not declare the end of it. We must find a new role for it. It should carry on we must see if it is good and beneficial for us. If it has a role to play internationally we must support it and encourage it. We must make full analysis, and find a role for our Mathaba to maintain world peace, security, progress and freedom.
