"Ummm.." when used as a response in a discussion in order to tell the interlocutor how obviously wrong they are.

"...., no?" when used in lieu of "..., isn't/doesn't it?" etc. I know it's shorter and simpler, but it grates my third to last nerve.

I need to revisit "New." I don't mind this word at all, but do its modifiers: like; almost; etc. The same applies to "Used": barely; rarely; etc. If it is new, it's "New." If it's "almost" or "like new," or "barely" or "rarely used," it's been used, period!
