It's my pleasure... Isn't it funny that I had to dig out The Wikileaks Files book and transcribe the Bolivia chapter because it is not safe to directly quote from the cables?

This has got to be one of the most important political events of 2019-20, yet it has been heavily downplayed (for glaringly obvious reasons.)

Morale's party just won the election. Even the right-wing coup-makers conceded. I guess the question now is does the US also concede or turn up the heat? It must really smart to bungle two coups back to back.
