Covid Vaccine Adverse Reactions Poll

For those willing to participate. Anonymous, of course, though anyone is welcome to expound further in comments below.
The replies may help the 'vaccine hesitant', particularly those with jobs/livelihoods on the line -- like me -- to determine course of action.
Edit: would be interesting to know if adverse events were near-term (within a couple of weeks of so of the first or 2nd shot), or later term (after a few months post-'vaccination').
Also an open question as to the extent of overall health and natural immunity issues 6 months + after inoculation.
