Re: Marshall's Office

Note- Heneghan has previously stated that Fitxgerald is running no less than 5 possibly 6 SECRET grand jurys involved in the Plame affair. Flocco's article deals with a supposed Chicago grand jury that is the one that is involved with the wider far reaching aspects, and that Judge Leftkow sits as an ex-parte in the Chicago case...

partial transcript from 8/3 Floyd report: part one

Richard Palmquist=RP
Tom Heneghan=TH
Jeremy Floyd= JF

(Palmquist{owner of truthradio} breaks in to broadcast at appx 5:20 PST)

RP- Yeah Tom, Richard Palmquist here. I seldom break into your program here Jeremy, but, about an hour and ten minutes ago Diane Burley testified that she phoned the US Attorney's office in Chicago seeking verification of the Tom Flocco article about the grand jury's indictments of president Bush & vice president Cheney. She said that the attorney Generals.. uhh.. yeah the Federal attorney generals office in Chicago, High official there... indicates there is no such indictment...

TH- Let me ask you a question, Richard?

RP- I'd like to hear you're comment on this,

TH- well let me ask you this..

RP- I think there are some people listening now who had heard her say that? I'd like to hear your response...

TH- Well ...the indictments haven't been issued yet, they haven't been released yet...who did she talk to?

RP- well she talked to a high official in the, ahh , US attorneys office.

TH- well....that...US..attorney's office...cannot at this point.. release the indictments until the business of the Grand jury is finished. So, for him to admit there had been indictments..at this point

RP- well no wait, the the.. Tom's article puts it in the past tense...Have_been_indicted. That's English language "past tense"
TH- Has_been_indicted, I have it on good source close to the investigation that the "True Bills" have been issued. That the Grand Jury foreman has issued the indictments of Bush & Cheney. And that all it takes now , is for Mr Fitzgerald to publicly announce the indictments.
So for her to call somebody close to the US attorney's office and, ASK, at this point, If they had been indicted...Without Mr Fitzgerald actually making the announcement, I'm not surprised, at this point, that there would be denials of the "indictments Forthcoming", until they actually are produced. I'm just reporting to you based on what I know, and the evidence I'm aware of, and the people I have talked to...That these indictments ARE done, and ARE going to be presented to the American people, In a VERY short period of time.

RP- Well, would you say, from the stand point of your source of the information, That if there is no such indictment, that it can be demontrated that the US attorney has more authority than the US Grandy Jury?

TH- at this point I'm not going to comment on...on what the US attorney is going to do...because he was not the individual that Ms Burley talked to...

RP- No, obviously she didn't talk to the US attorney in Chicago...but she did talk to...

TH- she talked to a representative of the US attorney's office, Which is a general Office, which is invovled in various cases besides the Grand jury investigating the Valerie Plame' leak. So to ask him, a representative...Do you remember the name of the individual Ms Burley talked to?

RP- Uh...I think she'll be calling Jeremy or Stew shortly.

TH- well, I would like to talk to her right on the air, and ask her who she talked to, because I can tell you this , knowing what I know about court procedure and judicial procedure. It is not a surprise that an individual in that office would deny, at this point, that any indictments had been issued...since probably the individual that she had talked to is not familiar with the grand Jury procedure that Mr Fitzgerald is involved in anyway.

JF- we'll have to pick it up on the other side... don't go away

(Break)

There is nothing new in Szymanski's article -- it's the same recycled load of crap from Heneghan, bouncing around the Web.

Fitzgeral indicting Bush and Cheney for involvement in 9/11? Give me a fucking break. Not in a million years.

"No comment" means precisely that and nothing more. Powell testified, and the Prosecutor's office won't comment on his testimony. So what? It's an ongoing investigation, so it's no surprise the Prosecutor's office isn't talking.

If there are indictments, it will be about the Plame outing and NOT 9/11 or Mena, Arkansas. Heneghen is full of shit, and the same silly story is getting recycled with no new information added to it.

Can you say: Bollocks?

Postby jonny » Fri Aug 05, 2005 2:58 am

because this whole story and thread is obviously a load of them.

Utter bollocks.

And if you think about it, the very tenets of our (meaning approximately the average RI visitor) over arching thesis mean it can't be true because if Fitzgerald was within a million miles of some kind of sweeping and stunning indictment he'd be dead already.

I don't even rate our chances of seeing Rove get his comeuppance. These bastards are playing for keeps. And the sad fact is that this country is largely fucked because most people still can't acknowledge that. Even the liberals can't acknowledge it. They can see it - because we show them and Christ knows, it's fucking obvious enough anyway - but they can't allow themselves to really know it and internalize it because it would mean they had to come down off their pious little mountain of delusion for five fucking minutes and let their ego's take a pounding. And therein lies the rub... having spent their lives being the well-read ones, the ones in the know, the ones who share the knowledge, loan the books, point the way and play the sage they simply can't come to grips with the fact that they've been royally and completely fucked by events. They had the world in a shoe box and guess what? 'Turns out the world was somewhere else completely. All that smugness means nothing now but by God they're gonna hang on to it as long as they can.

Grand Jury

Postby antiaristo » Fri Aug 05, 2005 6:01 am

The Grand Jury concept is something new to me. So I found the CS blog cited by Ono to be very helpful in many respects.
One part in particular was the concept of the runaway Grand Jury. I've read my Grisham, so now I know where he got that idea from. But the point I got from CS is that tha Grand Jury itself is far more powerful than the Special Prosecutor. Once a Grand Jury gets the bit between its teeth, the Special Prosecutor becomes almost superfluous to the process. I don't know that this has happened, but it is mighty encouraging.
Think about the judges' reaction to those missing eight pages - "The prosecutors submission decides the matter". Now think about how a jury of ordinary citizens might react. Tell someone inside the Beltway about a scandal, they'll yawn. Put those same facts before ordinary people and they are horrified. And a Grand Jury can do just about anything.
THEY DON?T NEED PATRICK FITZGERALD ANYMORE.

So ProfessorPan and other skeptics, I say don't be so sure. If Fitzgerald has given the jurors the facts about the whole shitty charade since Mena, they might well have decided THEY have the power and THEY will save America.

In short, perhaps we are weighing Fitzgerald too heavy and the Grand Jurors too light? Certainly if anyone is au fait with this I'd greatly appreciate a masterclass. Cos if anybody's going to save America it sure ain't Congress!

Grand Jury

Postby OnoI812 » Fri Aug 05, 2005 5:04 pm

Anti- thank you for seeing and articulatiing the bigger picture here. I know there are many here who want to see this not be true., and inject negativity into the debate..

For all of Skolnick , Flocco and Heneghan's many faults.
I hardly see them making a rookie mistake like making a claim of a Chicago grand jury if there weren't one.

after all, Shermy claims to be the most successful court reformer in the US ...do you think he'd let something that stupid slip by?

The simple fact is ... the grand jury does matter more than Fitzgerald...

so since the C&D crew are a sketchy source...

How about Ruppert and Madsen?

Based upon recent developments, it appears that long-standing plans and preparations leading to indictments and impeachment of Bush, Cheney and even some senior cabinet members have been accelerated.

Isn't that the same thing that the C&D crew are saying?

www.fromthewilderness.com...detat.html
