Yes I have read his stuff. Its inherent emphasis on increased trade requires corresponding expansion of transportation of infrastructures, airports, seaports, roads, rail-lines, pipelines, dams, electric grids, many of these are constructed in pristine landscapes, often on indigenous people’s lands. "Increased transport also uses drastically increased fossil fuels, adding to the problems of climate change, ozone depletion, and ocean, air, and soil pollution." There is a very big problem with the assertion quoted above. None of it is true. If the US, let alone the rest of the world, did not have airports, seaports, roads, rail-lines, pipelines, dams and electric grids, you would not be reading this, nor would there be too many goods in your local supermarket or mall. Nor is the world running out of so-called "fossil fuels." Moreover, world trade is generally seen as the best way to lift Third World nations out of their grinding poverty while increasing peaceful and fruitful relations between industrialized nations. More goods mean more money and more jobs everywhere in a world that has six billion mouths to feed every day. At the heart of the environmental—Green---movement have been people who are hardcore Marxists, haters of Capitalism and the corporations and countless small businesses that sustain it. Their problem, however, is that Communism doesn’t work. It has a record of having enslaved and killed millions of people who fell under its control.

thank you, Col Quisp as I read your reply, it occurred to me that one could also easily say that the Rothschild's are actually German! The original and true name is BAUER, which is not very hebrew, but very German ! The first steps onto the political and financial stage were also done in Germany! IMO, They are powerful beyond comparison, fully fascist and in monetary terms it really does'nt matter which ethnicity or heritage one has-- money has no nationality or heritage! All elements of power deserve contempt, scrutiny and our suspicion! Power corrupts, absolute power.....you know the quote. Why would it not be justified to shine light on the dealings of this clan? If you want to debunk any of the historical points Icke makes, please do post links/documents, etc to prove your point (we all are here to learn) 3. you posted a piece where Icke is attacked for having a 'small industry' and his various books, videos, speaking engagements . My question is: if it's evil for him to make money, why defend the multibillionaires Rothschilds who mostly profit from WARS? Whos the real fascist here? at the risk of getting you upset again: for your own good, please try to distance your own identity from the Rothschild's , they are bad news! can't help but think that someone's having a good snicker over all of this. as we go at it in the pens, and they just tick another item off the list. and why? is it because our knowledge is lacking? semite? jew? reptile? are they? are you? how much do you know about and/or comprehend the construction and continuity of ethnicity and dna? how much do you know about and/or comprehend the construction and continuity of language? and how much can or would you deny the knowledge and/or comprehension of another? history/mythology is replete with animal forms and curious discursives. as examples, try getting your head around the 'Prophecies of Merlin' and Plato's 'Cratylus'. Icke is just another book on the shelf. read it and be done. each must necessarily test the hypothesis of self, necessarily to the folly, or not, of self.

Argh Argh Argh, and Something about Rothschilds and Reptiles ... Does anybody expect such a 'comment' to be read, let alone reasonably discussed? Dream On, lak; A Lot of people 'believe' in shape-shifting and a whole buncha other stuff, which in terms of High Strange have been surpassed on this board. It's been abundantly asserted that that's to be expected on this discussion board, it comes with the territory. There could be a perfectly sound, reasonable-according-to-the-principles of physics and psychology and chemistry explanation for things that we yet lack the proper vocabulary and mental models for. The Bible makes many claims that many otherwise intelligent people believe are outrageous -- including the many 'forms' Satan can and does take. I don't know what the deal with Reptoids are, or if there's any compelling, rational explanation for 'em. I put such things in the 'interesting and bizarre, not proven (possibly, not proveable according to our 'modern' science', yet-of-ever); Like I don't esp. 'believe' in vast underground military bases where humans and aliens cooperate doing nefarious, wierd shit -- tho the existence of extensive US underground military complexes has been put into the public record. As far as that goes, there are a lot of things that 'fringe-thinkers' like many folks on this board who have established the truth of things to their high standards, which their neighbors and community members don't know anything about -- To me, Rigorous Intuition means asking hard questions and looking hard for answers which meet demanding criteria, looking beneath the surface of conventional agenda-driven explanations to find facts and principles which more-comprehensively refer to the history and agenda of parapolitics according to such issues as Who Benefits and Following the Money, analyzing means, motive and opportunity, and how seemingly disparate events are associated. Obviously, it's not inappropriate to call-somebody on a controversial issue of fact or something outrageous, but such can be much better done with respect and civil courtesy. That doesn't mean ya gave to agree with someone. There's quite a few beliefs here I don't share. There's probably a wide range of contexts that the 'issue' of Reptile Humanoids can be discussed, similiar to discussion of Yeti and other 'fantastical' creatures, re: anthropology, mythico-beliefs, folktales, spirituality, enlightened states of 'seeing' ... There was a quite fascinating discussion here (a coupla months ago) re: the kinds of trans-dimensional or alternative-world visions in many spiritual traditions including by such 'modern' visionary-seekers as Terrence McKenna -- The certain universality of certain 'insectoid' and reptile-like 'beings' possessed of great wisdom or other powerful force or aura, which in their way are every bit as wierd and unbelieveable as the existence of Reptile-humanoids. So by all means, lets discuss and shed greater light and deconstruct and ask pointed questions, but Hey!, let's get-off the kick of telling people off for even suggesting strange stuff. Do I need to remind anybody what should be apparant, that among some circles even suggesting the 911, Madrid, Bologna, OKC, Bali and London bombings are anything BUT the evil bad-guy terrorist plots the officials swear they are, is the worst form of treason and heresy possible. And too -- who's to say what aspects of Individual-created-reality might actually become 'visible' to some extent to passive observers? There's evidence for remote-viewing and people able to 'cause' things to happen which they are not directly a part of -- there's a LOT of things which can't be easily explained. That was the point of Dawkin's observation on another thread. UFO's seem to be this kind of phenomenon that we can't definitely explain -- part of it may be psychosocial manifestations -- that's hardly less-wierd than Reptile- Humanoids, eh? One of the things I esp. like and value about this forum is the attitude of constriuctive engagement and tolerance, extending from participants' graciousness, mutually-supporting respect and civil courtesy. IMHO, that's the highest form of respecting this forum and the people here that I can imagine. My two-cents, natch. I remember watching Icke state matter of factly that dubya was going to be the next president, a full year before Bush even entered the race. His Reptilian theories are offputting, but he does put on one of the most entertaining shows. I'm more ambivalent about him than anything else, but I don't see a reason to hate him. He does share valuable information. He's a lot like Alex Jones that way.
