Personally, I would think that performing (mock) anilingus on someone is more of a sub thing than a dom thing.
Also, Cyrus does not come from an oppressor culture. She comes from po' white trash.

There was, for the most part, a swell of opinions that countered that the most important issue to come out of the VMAs was that of black appropriation, and not of anything related to sex. Off the top of my head, tumblr users "knowledgeequalsblackpower," "alienswithankhs," "racismschool," "strugglingtobeheard," "teamocorazon," "blackmanonthemoon," "blackfoxx," etc. wrote about Cyrus's appropriation of black culture at the VMAs, and the racism of the VMAs in general, at length starting on Sunday at that site. I've seen similar critiques coming out of that community saying the same thing for months now leading up to this. It's only been a couple of days, and I'm on vacation, so I haven't really been able to talk to my friends (though I do know one of the listed above) but I get the impression from the Internet that they are none too impressed by the race appropriation on display at the VMAs.
Cyrus comes from a rich, famous family and her culture oppresses black people.
