Cross Pollination of Boards, RI (265) and Prog. Ind. (325)

I posted this in the parlor where I am afraid it will not get enough views or responses, so I am reposting it here and hope folks will comment here:<br><br><!--EZCODE AUTOLINK START--><a href="http://p216.ezboard.com/frigorousintuitionfrm21.showMessage?topicID=18.topic">p216.ezboard.com/frigorou...D=18.topic</a><!--EZCODE AUTOLINK END--><br><br>What I am doing is having a little friendly competition and an effort to cross recruit from the two boards that I love and which have so much to offer.<br><br><br>I am also hoping that not only will people participate in both places and register, but that they will share their discoveries and discussions with links between the boards and urge others to join up to increase the numbers of both boards and network out exponentially.<br><br>Read the attached link and please comment here or there or at progressive independent where I am posting a similar thread in general discussion and will link 'em up.<br> <p></p><i></i>

At PI there are lots of comments on this thread there and people seem to be coming here and checking things out.<br><br>but I do hope folks will check in if they visit on this thread (or the other one) and REGISTER and let me know your thoughts on PI, RI and my posts over there on this topic/thread.<br><br>This is something I hope all RIers and PIers will do. Crosscheck and crossregister and get these boards both increased and with more input and wider thoughts.<br><br>Try it. Just a Friday night kickeroni for the peanut gallery.<br><br>So far PI is picking up action and registerers, but seems not too many. Certainly not as many as I'd hoped.<br><br>i think people have loyalties and like to stick with one or two boards.<br><br>For me these two boards , which have my favorite people running them, are like two forums and I like going back and forth.<br><br>Wish more would.<br><br>And would tell me so.<br><br>Damn glad for those who did. <p></p><i></i>

I have been going through some very difficult times and so have been hardpressed to concentrate or to get time to post - as I mentioned on the thread I posted at Progressive Independent.<br><br>But as I was coming a little out of my funk, trying to focus more on my work and income and future --- and reading a lot of early antifascist writings in particular - I felt the need to try and get some more cross-propagation of ideas and thoughts with these two boards.<br><br>I usually have lots to say - but lately little time to say them. <br><br>The idea, though, that there is a community or several of like-minded individuals and online activists helps me much.<br><br>Getting folks to cross pollinate these boards means a lot to me as well - so I do hope you will check out PI.<br><br>Thanks for asking. <p></p><i></i>
