I named my city ratrace. After you max out wind and solar and hydro mass transit is only 75% powered, commercial buildings are 25% powered, vehicles have no power, factories are 87% powered, office buildings are 75% powered and airplanes have no power and you are left with biomass, coal, natural gas and petroleum as options to bring ratrace up to full speed.
