well and in any case, pace Arcadia, it would be spelt "wiener" (from the german being pronounced "weener" if not "veener") not "weiner" (which would in german be pronounced "whiner" - a further indignity to the poor hound by way of transliteration)

so a "wiener dog" is just a dog from Wien (Vienna), a Viennese pup, with all the elegance and breeding (sorry) that implies

better now?

Etheric implants are whole 'nother subject. These are other-dimensional but still put on/in someone without their permission. Therefore, wrong.

Whether or not these can be detected by analog or digital means, I can't say for sure. But one of my boys is very good at seeing them. Sea salt is the first line of defense for the little etheric buggers. --MaryK
