I guarantee you there is a hell of a lot more people that are concerned about whether or not their children will have a decent job instead of all this gender stuff because the gender stuff only affects about 5% of the population and I am being generous at best by saying 5%. We are being trolled with this, I am being generous by using the word 'trolled'

I felt sorry for slomo because slomo is one of the smartest people that have ever posted here but he got shouted down by the usual suspect. I thought that was damn sad....

Hillary Clinton is thanking her “longtime friend” Debbie Wasserman Schultz after the Florida congresswoman’s decision to step down as chair of the Democratic National Committee. Clinton says that Wasserman Schultz will serve as honorary chair of her campaign’s 50-state program to help elect Democrats around the country.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee says she looks forward to campaigning with Wasserman Schultz in Florida “and helping her re-election bid.” Clinton responded after Wasserman Schultz agreed to step down as chair at the end of this week’s Democratic National Convention.

Hillary continues to spit in the face of Bernie supporters; as she brings Kaine into the VP slow (a stable, if moderate or right-of-center Democrat), and now immediately hires the woman who the Bernie campaign has been trying to oust for months, only after she is forced to resign as DNC. Protests are pretty weak today, but the Climate Justice march yesterday had about 3000 people. All the marches today are pretty granola and not very principled - everything I've seen is sort of centrist and delusional. But at least Wasserman-Schulz was booed off of the stage this morning. That's kind of surprising given how douchey all the establishment suits look walking around downtown.

I saw a small scuffle between a black lives matter protestor and a bootleg Westboro counterprotester, but it was way out of the public eye down at the actual convention site (counterintuitive, I know).

I have more hopes for tomorrow's black power march, I haven't seen much left presence other than my immediate friends.

Its only a big deal because the MEDIA says it is, or wants us to think it is. One sticks out, the other sticks in. Little boys and little girls exist. Its part of the human existence.
