A lot of negative projection there that is just untrue. My interest is any possible new agreements/policies is that they be across the board. I didn't put any specific thoughts out there in part because I don't want to manipulate the process unfairly in any way. As to an agenda ala "We absolutely should do this", I don't actually have that.

It was more a case of pre-emption than projection. :coolshades

alright here's my positive suggestions

stop inferring that people here are anti-semites so that solace can come in with the zingers

stop posting so many fascists threads...there's only about 20 people here...... you're flooding the market

then I for one will be able to rest in peace and no longer have a problem with you

now you tell me what you want me to do ...I'm already posting in the basement to avoid you ..I'm not sure what else you want from me

for the libertarian left and against the far right
Libertarian left eh? I would have have guessed; follower of Sabbatai Zevi or Trotsky before libertarian left.

You, AD are the person in the best position to change that.

One thing AD, your treatment of jakell is over the top. We all have different ways of addressing issues around the spreading of hate. Some prefer direct engagement and your isolationist stance is well reflected in how you treat the rest of the posters here at RI.

No discussion ; and to me that makes you a useless person.

(And it's fine if we disagree in our (hypothetical) discussions, because the most useful people are the ones that make us think.)

You talk about projection and treat a lot of us as being right-wingers, and that makes me wonder what is really behind your principles.

I'm going to go out of my "ignore" mode with slad for just a moment in hopes of tying up loose ends.

slad, as I've indicated before, I think of you as an individual here very, very rarely. If I post anti-fascist and/or anti-racist material here, there is no reason for you to take it personally, in the absence of something specifically naming you and/or responding directly to you.

Besides which, isn't promoting a conspiracy analysis that is anti-racist and anti-fascist at the core of what Rigourous Intuition is- and should be?

Also going out of my "ignore" mode with Sounder just for a second:

You are so deep into your right wing perspective that it conditions all you see. As stated before, Rigorous Intuition is- and should be- an anti-fascist board. So if my responses to jakell reflects those values, then I am in sync with with what Rigorous Intuition at core is, or at least still should be.

I'm not going to get into a big thing with you about that, but you are really "off" here, and I think you know it.

S'okay. He's a faintly ridiculous figure who didn't really cause me many problems, it took the intervention of a mod for him to gain any traction.

This said, he has made your board look less attractive to me (and to a few others I would think). I'm still reading as much as I did (ie, I'm present), just don't feel inclined to post much.

Thanks for the thought though

I'm sorry - what conspiracy analysis are you promoting here, AD?

And if you really care about board congeniality, why don't you take us all off ignore?

Like I said, no discussion. But if I were 'so far in it' then I wouldn't know, would I?

AD, you are simply wrong. My message for my whole time here is that ideology poisons the mind because ideas become devalued through a contrived need to conform to an ideology.

This cannot be construed by a logical thinking person as being 'right-wing'.

You keep calling me that, and really you are just calling yourself stupid.

So yeah, I see why you might not want to have any discussion .

Whooo, you are trolling extra-hard today, huh?
Yup.

The trolling is going off the charts the last few weeks. I'm taking this one personally, but trying not to blow a gasket over it.

People, the best way to handle a troll is to ignore it. RI has always sucked at that, in a really cute and sweet way, frustrating as it is.

Hmm- let's see: Supports the Hutaree Militia, hostile towards anthropogenic global warming discourse, fears the U.N. and is obsessed with many/most of the traditional bugaboos of the John Birch Society-type Right, etc, etc..

It may be that there are some people espousing a neither Left nor Right type of philosophy who really are off the map, but in my experience they generally lean strongly towards what I- and most people- would call the Right...

Way to derail your own thread topic. Any more pearls of wisdom before you retreat to the land of CopyPasta?
