It is obvious that the statement, "what does not destroy us, makes us stronger", is not true, but:

To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.
~ Friedrich Nietzsche

Also:

It is impossible to suffer without making someone pay for it; every complaint already contains revenge.
~ Friedrich Nietzsche

much love to you and your family.

Anecdotals:
One of the best things to take for this is serrapeptase. I have known folks avoid stints and statins etc by using this. serrapeptase.info

.

There he goes, one of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live and too rare to die.

Heartbeats.

Before all things reborn again
You learn the painful breath of time
Cold mourning stretches out your arms
To the mighty warmth of the golden sun
Seems all have gone insane for gold
All was created out of the night
We're all born from the burst of a star
The day you'll come to life you'll realize
Expanding force to life where you belong
And in the winter cold, with opened eyes
You'll find the strength to fight and stand upright
One day you'll walk the world and keep in mind
The heart you've been given in winter time
And through the bitter cold, with opened eyes
You'll find the strength to fight and stand upright

Gojira's video for 'Born In Winter' from the album, L'Enfant Sauvage.

Like someone commented about this song/video, it becomes, "very soothing, then becomes something enthralling". From one extreme to another and everywhere in between. Jeff's writing has resonated with me as only few have in that, it was unexpected, alien even, then comforting and progressive beyond reason. "What you don't know can't hurt them", indeed.

One night to be confused
One night to speed up truth
We had a promise made
Four hands and then away

Both under influence
We had divine scent
To know what to say
Mind is a razor blade

To call for hands of above
To lean on
Wouldn't be good enough
For me, no

One night of magic rush
The start a simple touch
One night to push and scream
And then relief

Ten days of perfect tunes
The colors red and blue
We had a promise made
We were in love

To call for hands of above
To lean on
Wouldn't be good enough
For me, no

To call for hands of above
To lean on
Wouldn't be good enough

And you, you knew the hands of the devil
And you, kept us awake with wolf teeth
Sharing different heartbeats
In one night

To call for hands of above
To lean on
Wouldn't be good enough
For me, no

To call for hands of above
To lean on
Wouldn't be good enough
For me, no

I was searching for something I read on reddit, in some sub, (I can't seem to find now, even though I'm pretty good at re-finding stuff that moves me). but It was this poetic story about sharing only so many heartbeats w/someone, whether it's merely passing some one you don't know on the street or someone you know intimately. We only ever share so many heartbeats in a lifetime w/someone, anyone. As science has pointed to, each of us only has so many heartbears in our DNA, and how metaphorically, we only really ever share tics of time as measured by our heartbeats with the other. in this time and in this space, that we know of. I know this isn't a eulogy, as others here have said, I know there is more from Jeff Wells, to come, I'm just happy I've been touched by his hospitality here, and his creation of R.I. in cyberspace or real life I'M GLAD WE SHARED heartbeats...

Godspeed.
