The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office has stopped answering Fox 25's questions about how an unidentified DNA profile from the Oklahoma City Bombing was shelved for nearly two decades. The ME's office says the decision to stop commenting is because this DNA profile is now the subject of an "open, active investigation."
One former state leader who led investigations into the bombing say it's long past time to identify that unknown person. "For me it is not that surprising because originally the charges were filed against McVeigh, Nichols and 'others unknown,'" said Former state representative Charles Key.
Key is the author of "The Final Report" which included the findings of the Oklahoma City Bombing Investigation Committee. "We got called names like 'conspiracy theorists' and things like that," Key said of his investigation, "And we never got answers to the questions

Roughly 500,000 Americans, who were not previous users, got HCQ scripts in March and April--at the time 1 M cases were diagnosed

The CDC has just released information, in its MMWR Weekly Report, on the prescribing of hydroxychloroquine in March and April in the US.

Approximately 500,000 prescriptions dispensed by retail pharmacies were "new," or dispensed to persons who had not received a previous prescription of the medication in the prior 12 months. These are presumed to have been in response to Covid-19.

By April 30, there were 1,075,000 confirmed or probable Covid cases in the US.

CDC's report has not examined how many of those receiving HCQ also tested positive for Covid. 

Nonetheless, it appears that a considerable number of Americans and their physicians saw value in using the drug to prevent or treat Covid, especially compared to the number of total known cases.  Where are their voices now?  Did the medication help?  Hurt?  

The rest of the country is dying to know.

Useless FDA and CDC admit Covid antibody tests are worthless. Why have they approved them? Why are we paying for them?

I have been meaning to update the information on Covid-19 testing, since it has been such a confusing subject. This post will only cover antibody (aka serology) tests.  And most of the post will be direct quotes from the FDA and CDC websites, because you would probably not believe me if I simply paraphrased the information.  So here is my synthesis, followed by direct quotes from the agencies.

Boiled down, what FDA and CDC say is: 
1.   The presence of antibodies does not mean you have had Covid.  
2.   The test might be positive due to a cross reaction with antibodies from a cold you had.  
3.   Even if you have antibodies and did have Covid, they don't tell us whether or not you are immune.
4.   Even if you are immune today, you may not be immune tomorrow--who knows?
5.   You may have had Covid and have no antibodies
6.   Antibody tests are meaningless for individuals, but might give us useful information at the population level.
7.   Regardless of the result, you still need to wear masks and socially distance.
8.   In a population where less than 5% have had Covid, over 50% of positive results will be false positives.

Yet CDC admits that reinfection is rare.  There are only 3 documented cases of reinfection in the US, so there must be good immunity after infection for most people.  

Bottom line:  why are we doing these tests?  Why hasn't FDA rescinded its emergency approval, since in the majority of the US, most positive results are false positives? And why don't we have better tests? T-cell immunity is probably more accurate, but there are no commercially available T-cell tests for the public. Why are we still measuring antibodies that cross-react with those for the common cold?  Is this another way the federal government is keeping us confused and locked down?

Here are the direct quotes:

FDA:  
"...COVID-19 antibody tests can help identify people who may have been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus or have recovered from the COVID-19 infection." 

At this time, researchers do not know whether the presence of antibodies means that you are immune to the coronavirus in the future; or if you are immune, how long it will last."

CDC:  
"...additional data are needed before modifying public health recommendations based on serologic [antibody] test results, including decisions on discontinuing physical distancing and using personal protective equipment. 

...Although serologic tests should not be used at this time to determine if an individual is immune, these tests can help determine the proportion of a population previously infected with SARS-CoV-2

...Recurrence of COVID-19 illness appears to be very uncommon

...However, it remains uncertain to what degree and for how long individuals with antibodies (neutralizing or total) are protected against reinfection with SARS-CoV-2 

...FDA now requires commercially marketed serologic tests to receive Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)external icon
...in a population where the prevalence is 5%, a test with 90% sensitivity and 95% specificity will yield a positive predictive value of 49%. In other words, less than half of those testing positive will truly have antibodies. 

...pending additional data, the presence of antibodies cannot be equated with an individual’s immunity from SARS-CoV-2 infection.

...Some tests may exhibit cross-reactivity with other coronaviruses, such as those that cause the common cold. This could result in false-positive test results. Some persons may not develop detectable antibodies after coronavirus infection.

...Serologic testing by itself should not be used to establish the presence or absence of SARS-CoV-2 infection or reinfection."

Abstract
This essay analyzes right-wing activism in Maine’s law enforcement community in relation to the state’s prisoners’ rights movement during the early 1970s. Viewing violent political repression as central to the decline of the radical prisoners’ rights organization, Statewide Correctional Alliance for Reform (SCAR), I argue that vigilante activity and police attacks on prison activists, including Portland Police Officer Edward Foster’s botched attempt to organize a police “death squad” to assassinate local ex-convicts during the summer of 1974, should be understood as the work of a right-wing social movement in 1970s Maine that included activist prison guards, police officers, law enforcement officials, and their supporters. Although most Maine law enforcement agents would never have publicly condoned politically motivated arrests or vigilantism, the above were united in their embrace of a conservative ideology associated with Nixon-era law-and-order politics. Whether acting legally as grassroots community organizers or extralegally as vigilantes, these activists justified their deeds as necessary remedies to a criminal justice system they perceived as “soft on crime.”
This right-wing activism was successful. The destruction of the local prisoners’ rights movement left conservatives and law enforcement agents virtually uncontested in their ability to set the terms of public discussion regarding the role of prisons in Maine and U.S. society. Thus, in Maine and beyond, state and paramilitary violence were central to the rise of law-and-order politics and the prison-industrial complex, and today’s widespread acceptance of mass incarceration as “an inevitable and permanent feature” of America’s social landscape.

It’s not like I’m not sympathetic to the notion that elections can be stolen. It’s just that the people talking about it are such fucking parvenus.
All week on FOX Sean Hannity said he just wanted to see an honest election where every vote gets counted. Sounds reasonable.
Except, Sean, respectfully: why start now?

Election fraud is like herpes. It’s been around a long time.
Allegations of election fraud have been around forever. Election rigging is an open secret: Everybody knows about it. Donald Trump has been holding it as a trump card since last Spring.  Even you know about it,  Sean. I mean, you’ve been around, right? This isn’t your first rodeo.
Election companies like Dominion Voting Systems have been steeped in graft, scandal and corruption since Dwight David Eisenhower was in knee pants.
Most people like to think their sacred vote is being cast and tabulated under the watchful eye of guys in white lab coats with pocket protectors.
Some of us—maybe you and me, Sean— understand it’s not really like that.  We can face things straight up.
I mean, you’re not—perish the thought—like Chuck fucking Todd, are you? At least you don’t have those ridiculous hair plugs that look like they trying to wriggle their way off his scalp.
NBC Political Director Todd made it perfectly clear in 2016 that he doesn’t give a rat’s ass who owns the companies that counted the  votes, as long as they were mostly for Hillary. But that’s another story.
So, Sean, let me help you redeem the American mainstream media. Because I could use a little revenge. So I’m going to give you the shot. What you do with it is totally on you. Who knows? Something may come of it.
Because when it comes to election fraud, I have the same goal Gary Webb did about CIA drug trafficking. He told me that he just wanted to able to say that he’d helped to drag the dead body out from underneath the bed just a few more inches.
Take my word for it. You need the help! Because Rudy Guiliani has already lost sight of the reservation he wasn’t really on to begin with.
OMG Rudy! Who told you about SMARTMATIC?

And then when I turned on FOX there was some batshit crazy woman lawyer—you know the one I’m talking about, Sean? And she was dishing about the long-range plans by Hugo Chavez and Dominion Voting Systems to subvert democracy in America!
Sean, I hate to tell you, but…Hugo Chavez is already dead. Still dead, just like Franco.
So even if he was a Communist, there’s no need to go kill him again.
Besides, when I tell you the real story of SMARTMATIC, which is vastly more entertaining than anything you’ll hear from Rudy, you won’t go down that ridiculous dry hole.
 
No vote fraud? Be of good cheer! There’s election fraud.
But first things first: There’s no such thing as voter fraud. Maybe a handful of amateurs. Because the retail worth of voter fraud, with 150 million people casting ballots is NADA.  But don’t be discouraged. Because there is plenty of election fraud. Wholesale fraud is  pretty lucrative.

 
The quick skinny on Dominion
I know a thing or two about the company you’re interested in, Sean: Dominion Voting Systems.
Two days before the  Democratic primary in California in 2016, I wrote, “If the 2016 Democratic primary in California is rigged, it’s ‘‘the boys’ from one company—Sequoia Pacific nee Dominion Voting Systems–who’ll be charged with making it happen.”
The headline was “CALIFORNIA SIGALERT!”
“Be on lookout for late-model black SUV with illegally-tinted windows, and a million votes tied up in the trunk.”
So here’s the quick skinny: Founded in 2003 in Toronto, Dominion Voting Systems is privately owned. Meaning… it’s basically none of your business.
If pressed, Dominion will grudgingly tell you the company is managed by its management team (natch!), and owned by a New York-based private equity firm called Staple Street Capital Management.
In addition to Dominion, State Street own Six Flags, a self-storage company, an after-market electronic equipment company, and an essential oils manufacturer.

But there’s no need to worry about Staple Street Capital. Dominion is just “parked” there, in their blandly safe and anonymous hands.
I hope you weren’t expecting to discover Dominion’s true owner was really a company called Lucifer Holdings LLC. The last time an election company got caught with its hand in that particular “inconvenient owner” cookie jar was in 2004.
The presidential election that year was decided in Ohio, whose votes were counted by Diebold Industries, which just happened to be owned at the time by some ever-so-slightly-too-enthusiastic supporters of President George W. Bush.
It left a bad taste. So, what happened? Well, it’s curious. Maybe just a coincidence? Or maybe it’s just one of those things.
Because a few years later, a previously unknown private company in Toronto—Dominion Voting Systems, that’s your company, right, Sean?—stepped in and bought Sequoia Voting Systems. Incidentally, the company claims to be the oldest American election company, founded in 1898 in Jamestown, New York.
But because this is a “short history” of election fraud, I’ll try not to dwell on the company’s completely sordid past.
But it fills volumes.
 
But wait! There’s more!
Shortly after the Diebold acquisition, Dominion Voting Systems bought the assets of America’s third largest election company, Diebold in Ohio. George W Bush’s big backers back in 2004.
Wow. Dominion Voting Systems now owned the two dirtiest election companies in America. They’d stepped in the shit big-time. It’s almost like they did it on purpose.
Do you know what that means, Sean?
It means that America’s biggest election company, E S & S, Election Service & Software, of Omaha Nebraska—which has temporarily been keeping its nose clean—is perfectly positioned to step in and play the white knight.
And believe me:  E S & S is anything but a white knight.
E S & S is about to pick up Dominion’s biggest customers and juiciest contracts. Then the government—meaning, usually, the individual secretaries of state—will be able to say, “Boy we sure blew that election! But did I clean house?  Gimme four more years!”
See, what election services companies do—besides every so often fitfully count votes—is distribute the graft. Executives and managers from the largest American election service companies have been convicted of bribery and suborning public officials in more than a dozen states. There’s not an election company out there that hasn’t been convicted of enough felonies to make the most hardened criminal blush.
But, convicted felons, take heart! While a felony conviction may be enough to disqualify you from voting in places like Florida…Even multiple felony convictions in no way disqualifies you from counting the votes.
Is this a great country, or what!
 
A word is born
If it turns out there’s some kind of “cover-up” of the true ownership of Dominion Voting Systems, it would be pretty ironic.
That’s because the very word “cover-up” was first coined in a conversation involving a previous owner of Sequoia Pacific/Dominion Voting. His name was Louis Wolfson, and he was a convicted felon.
According to now-deceased New York Times wordsmith William Safire, the word “cover-up” was first used in a conversation between Wolfson and a man he’d been bribing, which, remember, is a key function of election companies, along with, you know, counting votes.
Felon Louis Wolfson didn’t coin the term. Instead, it was the man he’d been bribing who invented it, presumably at the instant of need, as he was getting pretty desperate.
His name was Abe Fortas, and he was a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
But not for long. Fortas became the first Supreme Court Justice ever removed from the Court, convicted of taking bribes, because the man he was talking with, Wolfson, was wearing a wire. 
At the time, Wolfson was— in criminal parlance— trying to ‘work off a beef.’
 
And this is where I came in
Thirty years later, Louis Wolfson’s company, now called Sequoia Pacific, was responsible for the Great Florida Vote Snafu. Remember hanging chad? These are those guys.
If FOX viewers today… knew that the election company counting a lot of their votes—Dominion Voting Systems—caused the Florida Vote Snafu in 2000, would viewers have less confidence in American elections?
Maybe. But remember that Sequoia Pacific/Dominion Voting Systems hanging chad put Republican George W. Bush in the White House. Waiting till your boy has lost before complaining about it smacks of rank hypocrisy.
 
The Big Fix 2000: Watch it on Amazon Prime
Twenty years ago I did a documentary called “The Big Fix 2000” on a subject that had never been covered before. Instead of profiling ways election machines can be hacked—there were already plenty of  documentaries about that—I decided to investigate the ownership of the two companies that—then and now—dominate the American election industry.
I traveled to Ireland to find the man whose election company made George W Bush America’s president.
His name was Dr. Michael Smurfit, Ireland’s richest multimillionaire. He got his start as a bagman for David Rockefeller, an Irish private detective told me. And he hung out at racetracks in Switzerland with Zurich currency speculators.
Election companies are owned by New Jersey Mobsters, by international gamblers, Zurich currency manipulators, Bahamian resort owners, and supra-national financiers.
Their companies have untraceable shareholders, and numbered bank accounts in Switzerland and the Channel Islands. Their corporate documents are often signed by fictitious nominees. And they are routinely involved in systemic bribery of public officials, like the Prime Minister of Ireland.
You’ve probably figured out that this is a ‘problem” that won’t get fixed anytime soon. And you’d be right.

Finally, that company Rudy Guiliani is going on about? SMARTMATIC?
Back in 2006, the U.S. government began an investigation of SMARTMATIC— which had been linked to the leftist government of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez—because they’d just bought Sequoia Pacific, a company which moves around a lot.
An American Congresswoman called into question the national security implications involved in the sale of an American election services company to a Venezuelan software firm, SMARTMATIC.
Of course, it wasn’t really Venezuelan. Not exactly, anyway…
SMARTMATIC was actually owned by a trust in Amsterdam. Not exactly, though…
Because the trust in Amsterdam was itself owned…by a company in the Netherlands Antilles, but not exactly…
Because the company in the Netherland Antilles was owned by a private foundation in Geneva, Switzerland.

What happens if something goes wrong after you receive a Covid vaccine?

The bottom line is that if you are injured by a vaccine or other "countermeasure" designated by the DHHS Secretary as intended for a pandemic or bioterrorism threat (Covid-19, Pandemic Flu, Anthrax, Smallpox) your options for receiving any financial benefit are very limited.
First, everyone involved with getting the vaccine to you has had their liability waived under the PREP Act.  This includes everyone from the government planners of the vaccine program down to the doctor, nurse or even pharmacy intern who injects you.  None can be sued in federal or state court, unless they wilfully tried to harm you.  And it is virtually impossible to show wilfull misconduct.
Congress did create a program to compensate some victims, but it is much less generous than the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). (And no one ever accused the NVICP of being generous.). It is called the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).
It is entirely administered within the Department of Health and Human Services, the same agency that sponsored the vaccine program.  There are no judges.  If you are dissatisfied with the decision, the only appeal is to DHHS, where your case is reviewed by different employees.  DHHS is the payor, too.  DHHS therefore essentially acts as the judge, jury, and defendant.  Unsurprisingly, only about 6% of people who applied to the program received any funds.
Unlike the NVICP, the CICP does not pay any attorney fees, expert witness fees or costs associated with filing a claim.  When I spoke to Dr. Caserta, the program's director, the maximum payout, even for a death or permanent disability, was $250,000 per person. Maybe it has gone up a little...but it is unlikely to be enough to replace lost income and medical expenses for those seriously injured.
Dr. Caserta told me it was also a "payor of last resort"--which meant that if the claimant had other sources of funds, such as from insurance policies, that CICP would only pay the difference up to $250,000.  In other words, if you had a disability policy that paid out $150,000, the most you could receive from the CICP would be $100,000.
The CICP has a one year statute of limitations.  This has been very tough on claimants, because most people are unaware the program exists, and therefore have been barred from filing because more than a year has elapsed since they were injured.
And there is another big problem with claims for injuries from Covid vaccines:  nobody knows exactly what the serious injuries are, nor how to identify them with certainty. DHHS is responsible for defining what types of injuries may be caused by each product.  Will they acknowledge that the injury you suffered could be caused by the vaccines they sponsored?  Will they do it in time for that one year statute of limitations?  Will they ever do it?
If you become injured after receiving a designated "countermeasure" vaccine, do not anticipate that you will get help from the government nor from the manufacturers.  Please inform yourself of the benefits and risks beforehand. 
The Congressional Research Service explains the way the system works in detail, focusing on the "sweeping" liability immunities that characterize the program, in a booklet published in September, titled, "The PREP Act and Covid-19: Limiting Liability for Medical Countermeasures"

How the CDC increased the number of reported Covid deaths and decreased the numbers of all other causes of deaths

1.  The CDC issued new guidance that required doctors who complete death certificates to list Covid-19 on the certificate if it contributed to or caused the death.  This was no different than what we did before.  We are supposed to list all contributory causes.

2.  Without fanfare, CDC acknowledged on another webpage (below) that even if Covid was NOT listed by the doctor as the underlying cause of death, or the proximate cause of death, as long as it was listed as one of the causes or contributors, it would be coded as the cause of death

This almost unnoticeable sleight-of-hand by CDC was performed like a magician's trick.  CDC misdirected us to focus on how death certificates were to be completed (which did not change) while CDC quietly changed the way deaths would be attributed. But only for Covid. Pretty clever.
This could well be the explanation for why Dr. Briand at JHU found that reported deaths from all other causes are considerably down this year, in an amount that approximates the number of reported deaths from Covid.

The NSA shut down its bulk phone records collection -- authorized under Section 215 -- after it became apparent it wasn't worth the effort. Reforms put in place by the USA Freedom Act prevented the agency from collecting it all and sorting it out later. Instead, it had to approach telcos with actual targeted requests and only haul away responsive records. The NSA somehow still managed to overcollect records, putting it in violation of the law. The NSA hinted the program had outlived its usefulness anyway, suggesting it had far better collections available under other authorities that it would rather not subject to greater scrutiny.
But this didn't end the government's bulk records collections. It just ended the phone metadata program. The NSA still collects other records in bulk, including banking records and, oddly, books checked out by library patrons. The broad authority of Section 215 could be read to allow the government collect other records, like email metadata and internet activity. Reasoning that people voluntarily create records of their internet use by using third-party services to surf the web, the government hinted it could sweep these up just as easily as it had swept up call records.
The government's attempt to collect internet history under this authority ran into some friction earlier this year when the Senate voted to block this collection. Senator Ron Wyden directly asked the director of national intelligence (DNI) to inform the Senate whether or not agencies under its purview had gathered internet use records under this authority. He received this answer.
In a Nov. 6 letter to Mr. Wyden, John Ratcliffe, the intelligence director, wrote that Section 215 was not used to gather internet search terms, and that none of the 61 orders issued last year under that law by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court involved collection of “web browsing” records.

Follow the Money to California's draconian vaccine mandates

California has some of the most stringent vaccine mandate laws in the United States.  Why is that?  At first, it seemed that draconian vaccination laws were introduced in response to a measles outbreak that began in Disneyland in 2014.  But then later, long after the measles threat had evaporated, California's vaccine mandate was made even stricter.  It came as a shock. California's mandate-imposing Senator Pan, himself a pediatrician, had promised this would never occur.
While everyone is familiar with Big Pharma's lobby and campaign contributions to politicians in Washington, few understood that Pharma gave more than twice as much money to politicians and party committees at the state level as they gave at the federal level. Perhaps it should have come as no surprise; after all, the practice of medicine is regulated at the state level.  For example, fraud committed by Big Pharma opioid companies is being litigated at the state level. Vaccine mandates are voted in or out at the state level.  Some healthcare price controls are too.
How much money are we talking about?  During the twenty years from January 1, 1999 through December 31, 2018, the pharmaceutical and health products industry spent $877 million dollars on contributions to state candidates and party committees.
Of this amount, $399 Million, or 45.5% went to candidates and committees in California.  The other 54.5% went to the other 49 states and the District of Columbia.
Candidates for state office face legal limits on what they can accept from each donor.  But in many states, California and Ohio included, ballot measure committees are not subject to contribution limits.  A whopping 75.4% of the money Pharma spent on state candidates and committees nationwide went to ballot measure committees.
Only two states received contributions of over $50 million dollars in total during the entire twenty-year period:  California and Ohio.  Ohio received $74 million total, and California $399 million.
Now I am rethinking the California legislature's votes to impose extremely strict vaccine mandates on its citizens.  Had Big Pharma already purchased California's electoral machinery?  Was the industry just wringing more profit from its investment in the Golden State?
