This shit got me addicted to Twitter...no, not Louis Mensch, Rory, nobody takes her seriously...I just found out the other day her whole husband story...But I found myself giving a shit about what some Ann Coulter was tweeting about Delta...I need help...

One is a corruption, the other is a takeover. Intelligence is seeing connections and similarities, wisdom, though, is in seeing the differences.
This is why we can't have nice things.
Not wise. Not particularly intelligent.
No, no not misspoken at all.
But please, minime, enlighten us all further with how and why you disagree.
Which foreign super power do you think will best lead us?
And please expound on the benefits of overlooking differences for the sake of unity.
Share your intelligence.
And your wisdom.
Please, please teach us so we can all have the nice things.
Brekin,
No foreign superpower will best lead us. No local superpower will best lead us. No superpower will best lead us.
There are no benefits ultimately to overlooking differences for the sake of unity.
In your test above, all examples were different. Equation of any two identical apples, pencils, cups and dogs is an illusion--and a sign of ignorance at worst, a lack of discrimination at best. Classification is mental error. An act of convenience. An act of desperation. A mental disability.
But to the crux of the matter, and why I bolded it...
Intelligence is about intuiting connections and similarities. And intelligence is about seeing differences as well (and very much so). At once. Well, almost at once.
Indeed, one cannot be done without the other.
Wisdom is...
Should I go on?

And now, a musical interlude...
Over the mountain
Down in the valley
Lives a former talk-show host
Everybody knows his name
He says there's no doubt about it
It was the myth of fingerprints
I've seen them all and man
They're all the same
Well, the sun gets weary
And the sun goes down
Ever since the watermelon
And the lights come up
On the black pit town
Somebody says what's a better thing to do
Well, it's not just me
And it's not just you
This is all around the world
Out in the Indian Ocean somewhere
There's a former army post
Abandoned now just like the war
And there's no doubt about it
It was the myth of fingerprints
That's what that old army post was for

No. No need to go on.
I think you've shown us enough.
In my test: Do people really think there isno differencebetweenbeing ruled by domestic corrupt politiciansas comparedto foreign corrupt politicians? Yes, "the examples were different."
You seem to be implying (as much as I can gather after handling all your fruit, and parsing your classifying while espousing anti-classification) that there is no difference, or the differences aren't worth considering?
Being ruled by a corrupt native government is identical to being ruled by a foreign corrupt government? Or basically just as bad? As the differences are mostly negligible?
So you don't want the US ruled by the US, but you don't want it ruled either by China, nor Russia, nor India, Brazil, EU, etc. You want to opt out and take door number 3 instead. Which is? Ruled by a mediocre-power? New Zealand? Albania?
Everyone will just have to get use to living without nice things I guess.

I think you've shown us enough.
I'm sorry, you keep saying 'us'.
Is that the royal 'us' or the editorial 'us', because as far as I can tell you're here talking to yourself.

Yes, of course. The old door number 3. The middle way. That's me all over: I lead; I follow; I get the hell out of the way.
The superpowers can go fuck themselves. And of course they can fuck me too. So it goes.
I see that you have (and twice now) all but ignored my only real interest in our conversation: your inability to grasp the descriptions of intelligence and wisdom.
When you have that down, your obsession [meant in the most favorable aspect] will change.
I'm sorry, you keep saying 'us'.

Ha. Whatevs. Communication brekin down.

Okay. That's 3 posts in a row.
Wisdom. Intelligence.

Brekin, I hesitated to post this the other day when you kindly responded to my question about China. But I want to put it out there in a friendly way - if you take the same difference you're speculating here and apply it to various theories and understandings of 9/11 as being carried out by domestic/foreign agents in various rations, what happens? Were there people at the right end of 9/11 Truth (now MAGA types, maybe) who simply believed it must have been an inside job because american-made is always best?
What do you want?
You don't answer any of my specific questions - but want some intellectual nerf duel over "wisdom" and "intelligence"?
How about we talk about something equally inane and pointless like "What is art?" or "What is courage"?
I think there is a huge difference between rule by ones own government, and by a foreign government.
You don't.
I think that says more than enough regarding wisdom and intelligence.
I'm not really interested in more examples of such. (Or "tutoring"-"auditing" on such, thank you very much.)
I recognize your Wisdom and Intelligence attributes, Dungeon Master.
We just differ on the Range, mmkay?

Not sure I'm completely following. I could see MAGA types seeing both domestic and foreign treason/sabotage/infiltration/conspiracy.
Most I've encountered run the gamut of theories and don't really have a huge allegiance to "America" and the "government" - per se "as it is" but "as they think it should be in their highly personal narrative" and so roughly subscribe to the concept that (and one old regular poster seems to subscribe to this line of thought) "those native elite scoundrels collaborating/running foreign agents/powers responsible for 9/11 in the US military-industrial complex are finally out of office/on the run with Trump being elected".
But, sure I could see some type of nativist Ford commercial type thinking where only American craftsmanship could pull something like that off. Believing that home rule is better than foreign rule, though, I don't think contributes to any of the above.

You're the one who defined wisdom and intelligence.
You were wrong. No big deal.
I answered your specific questions. I never said there was no "huge difference between rule by one's own government, and by a foreign government". You were wrong. No big deal. How could I know? How could anyone know?
I do have a habit of spending my time thinking about things and people over which I have a measure of control [in its most favorable aspect], and then acting accordingly--present company excepted it seems.
Good luck choosing which superpower will have the privilege and honor of leading you.
As you were.
