..TL;DR, the device is not fit-for-purpose when used as an electronic voting system, however we feel it makes an excellent table top arcade system for playing classic video games.

Every prisoner had a cell to himself, with adequate washing facilities, which present‐day inmates of overcrowded prisons might envy. But they would not envy the prison regime, known as the ‘separate system’. It involved depriving a prisoner of all human contact; shutting him up in his cell except for brief exercise periods, masking his face, and forbidding him to speak. Nice, I just don't get this idea that it's either conspiracy, or just history. Isn't there another way of looking at it? Isn't this what I've been arguing about for weeks now? I guess I'm just wasting my time, playing games on the Internet, same as everyone else. Right?
Funny, that wasn't my experience at all. Not the before picture, or the after. I can understand what it is saying, of course, but nothing like that has ever happened to me. I feel bad that people actually end up in places like that. And I wonder what it is I did right to miss out on the sorry state of affairs depicted, or did I just get lucky. Or did they go wrong somewhere to end up there, or just get unlucky.
