I think that's probably true, but then... Australian aborigines, who evolved in a hot climate, are generally shorter in height than Nordic people, who evolved in a cold one... And the limbs of both, so far as I've noticed, are pretty much proportionate to their height. I haven't started measuring their penises, but it's probably only a matter of time. Inquiring minds must know.
I'm see what C2W meant, though. These kind of physiological comparisons, even of individuals rather than groups, could go down a very bad road, very quickly. In fact, they just did...

Yeah, it doesn't really work, does it, either as an identifier of wrongdoers, or as a root cause of their evil, or as anything else, really. Sorry Stephen. The other two examples I had, who were involved in far more evil domestic operations in Northern Ireland and on the mainland, were probably just homosexuals in a time when (honest to God) people believed that men became gay simply because they had small dicks. In fact, that belief lasted right into the Eighties. I used to have a book (admittedly, it was written by a journalist for The Sun) about the serial killer Dennis Nilsen, which boldly stated that he turned to homosexuality for that very reason. 1986! And it was a qualified psychologist who'd explained this to the author (or so he claimed).
Uh... where was I? Oh, aye. Big penises. I reckon they're probably alright, on the whole, and that most of their owners are okay too.
