Jack Ryan (FBI agent)
John C. Ryan (born 19 June 1938) is a former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent and police officer.[1] He had been an FBI agent between 1966 and 1987 before being fired for refusing to investigate nonviolent activists.[2] He lost his job in September 1987 ten months short of retirement.[1] He was thus ineligible for a full pension.[3] In a report by the LA Times, he stated his belief that the Bureau could reinstate him to a position which would not conflict with his personal beliefs that U.S. involvement in Central America is "violent, illegal and immoral."[4]
He was also a critic of COINTELPRO.[

A world-class remote viewer, Joseph McMoneagle, offered to work with me in my particle-physics research program. I readily consented, as I thought that he might be able to see neutrinos, resolve particles' features at nuclear distances, and see into higher dimensions. Conference April 13th-15th 2023 Memphis


On April 13th-15th, the JFK Historical Group, in collaboration with Project JFK, will be hosting a conference at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Memphis in Memphis, TN. entitled Declassifying the Political Murders of the 1960’s. A Reexamination of American History. This conference will be focusing on the controversies associating with the assassinations of JFK, MLK, RFK and Medger Evers. Presentations will be focused on new revelations associated with each of these assassinations, as well as recently declassified documents associated with the JFK assassination coming from the National Archives. The conference will include a tour of the National Civil Rights Museum located at the site of MLKs assassination by the museum’s historian, Ryan Jones. The conference will begin on Thursday evening the 13th with presentations which will continue through Saturday evening with a keynote presentation by Dr. John Newman, who will be discussing his upcoming book on the MLK murder. The conference will wrap up on Sunday morning with small group discussions with some of our speakers. Police sexual misconduct is often considered a hidden crime that routinely goes
unreported. The current study provides an empirical data on cases of sex-related police crime at law enforcement agencies across the United States. The study identifies and describes incidents where sworn law enforcement officers were arrested for one or more sex-related crimes through a quantitative content analysis of published newspaper articles and court records. The primary news information source was the Google News search engine using 48 automated Google Alerts. Data are analyzed on 548 arrest cases in the years 2005-2007 of 398 officers employed by 328 nonfederal law enforcement agencies located in 265 counties and independent cities in 43 states and the District of Columbia. Findings indicate that police sexual misconduct includes serious forms of sex-related crime and that victims of sex-related police crime are typically younger than 18 years of age.

Terrence Brooks Norman (born April 30, 1949) was a Kent State University student allegedly involved in the Kent State shootings.
Norman was a junior at the University when soldiers from the Ohio National Guard killed four students and wounded others during a May 4, 1970 protest. Norman was present at the protest and was photographing the demonstrators for both the campus police and the FBI, a fact that was initially denied by both agencies but later confirmed.
After the shooting, Sylvester Del Corso, the Ohio National Guard’s top general, released a public statement claiming that Norman had admitted firing four shots at the demonstrators in self-defense. He later backed off from that statement.
There were several reasons why Norman was suspected of starting the tragedy:
* Norman was the only person on campus other than a Guardsman known to have been armed with a weapon;
* The Guard continued to insist that a single shot of unknown origin preceded the 13-second volley of gunfire; and
* There had been a previous and never-fully-explained incident on Blanket Hill in which Norman drew his gun and pointed it at students. Norman had scuffled with some fellow students and reportedly drawn his gun before being chased by several men across the campus to the campus police and National Guard. One of his pursuers, graduate student Harold Reid, yelled, “Stop that man! He has a gun.”

Folks who just want to let the criminals go should applaud the federal Department of Justice's decision not to prosecute any of the federal officials involved in the fatal shootings of Vicki and Sammy Weaver, in Ruby Ridge, Idaho. Folks who like seeing the innocent and the guilty prosecuted simultaneously, though, should enjoy the decision of the Boundary County, Idaho, prosecutor to bring charges against both Lon Horiuchi (who killed Vicki Weaver) and against Kevin Harris (who has already been tried and acquitted for defending himself against an attack by federal agents).
Unfortunately, the decisions of both the federal and state prosecutors mean that several of the criminals at Ruby Ridge will never be charged with anything.

WHAT DOES THE HISTORY OF SEX look like without evidence of sexual identities or proof that sex acts occurred? And how might an analysis of gossip, rumors, and perhaps even lies about sex help us to write politi cal history? Answers to these questions might begin with a story about J.
Edgar Hoover told by society divorcee Susan Rosenstiel, a story that was bought and paid for by tabloid journalist Anthony Summers three decades after it allegedly occurred.
In 1958 the bisexual millionaire distiller and philanthropist Lewis Solon
Rosenstiel asked Susan, his fourth wife, if--having been previously married to another bisexual man for nine vears- she had ever seen "a homosexual orgy." Although she had once surprised her sixty-eight-year-old husband in bed with his attorney, Roy Cohn, Susan told Summers that she had never before been invited to view sex between men. With her consent the couple went one day not long after this odd question to Manhattan's Plaza Hotel.
Cohn, a former aide to Senator Joseph McCarthy and a Republican power broker, met them at the door. As she and her husband entered the suite, Susan said, she recognized a third man: J. Edgar Hoover, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), whom she had met previously at her New York City Upper East Side townhouse. Hoover, Lewis had explained, gave him access to influential politicians; he returned these favors, in part, by paying the director's gambling debts

     The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the most powerful and secretive agency in the United States today. Despite the bureau's influence over a broad terrain of American life, independent examinations of the "B," as special agents refer to it, have been rare. (In the sixties The Nation published a special issue on the bureau by Fred Cook, which became The FBI Nobody Knows.) No Congressional committee has mustered the political will and staff to carry out a comprehensive review. With the bureau's political power greater than at any time in its eighty-nine-year history, an examination of the questions of how well it is performing its crime-fighting mission and safeguarding civil liberties is overdue. Beyond the recent series of F.B.I. problems—the tragedy at Waco, the shootout at Ruby Ridge, the Atlanta Olympic Park bombing, the flawed investigations by its scientific lab—are there broader kinds of defects that demand attention? We asked David Burnham, a reporter who has specialized in law-enforcement issues for thirty years, to review the current state of the F.B.I. With research support from The Nation Institute's Investigative Fund, Burnham availed himself of an entirely new kind of information—internal administrative data maintained by the Justice Department, which tracks every instance an investigative agency like the F.B.I. refers a matter for prosecution and the ultimate disposition of these referrals. Data tapes containing this detailed information, from the mid-seventies to fiscal year 1996, were obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a research organization formed in 1989 by Burnham and Susan Long, a professor at Syracuse University. The FBI isn't supposed to use its most controversial spy tool to snoop on emails, texts, and other private communications of Americans or anyone located in the United States. However, that didn't stop the FBI from sometimes knowingly using its Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702 powers to conduct warrantless searches on US persons more than 280,000 times in 2020 and 2021, according to new disclosures. US Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) described the searches as  "shocking abuses."

From the 1960s to the early 2000s, the FBI crime laboratory used comparative lead bullet analysis to tie suspected criminals to crime scenes. At a certain point in time, the FBI had the only lab conducting such analysis. In 2004, research conducted by the National Academy of Sciences showed the “science” behind lead bullet analysis relied upon for nearly 40 years was extremely flawed and had no scientific basis or support. As a result, in 2005, the FBI stopped using these tests, and uncovering the flaws of this science led to the discovery of wrongful convictions.
Lead Bullet Analysis in Investigations
The theory behind lead bullet analysis was that bullets coming from the same box of ammunition would be coming from the same factory and would be manufactured at the same time, under similar conditions, and with the same lead composition present; all the bullets in a box, therefore, would have the same chemical makeup. Bullets from different boxes would have different lead compositions. The theory was that if a bullet from the crime scene had the same lead composition as a bullet from a box of bullets owned by a suspect, there was physical evidence linking the suspect to the crime scene.
What We Know Now
The conclusion of the National Academy of Sciences, after a thorough review of the state of the research, was that there was is no evidence to support the theories behind lead bullet analysis. Bullets from the same box may not necessarily have the same chemical makeup. Furthermore, bullets from different boxes – and different factories – may have the same chemical makeup. In addition, the FBI lab was overstating bullet matches even though there were differences in the measurements. This makes lead bullet analysis extremely unreliable, despite having been used for 40 years to convict many people. Analysis by the FBI lab was used as prosecution evidence in almost 2,500 cases.
In 2007, the Washington Post and CBS’ 60 Minutes collaborated on an investigative report examining the FBI’s use of the bullet lead analysis and their decision to stop using that method. The report found that the FBI first became concerned about the science after conducting a study in 1991, more than 20 years before they quit performing the tests. While the study supported the accuracy and reliability of the science, two warning signs stood out. First, the exact same lead composition was found in boxes of bullets manufactured months apart. Second, bullets in the same box often had different lead compositions. This meant that each box of bullets did not necessarily have a unique lead composition. The FBI now discredits any testimony where the analyst testified that all matching bullets had to have come from the same box.
In addition, the Post reported that a former FBI scientist began challenging the science. After retiring, the scientist conducted his own tests and found the science to be unreliable. He then began testifying as a defense expert where FBI bullet matching theory was being used.
The Life-Changing Consequences of Bad Science
The unfortunate consequence of unreliable science is its use to wrongfully convict innocent persons. During its review, the FBI uncovered several cases where convictions were tainted by expert testimony that lead analysis connected the defendant to the crime.
The history of bullet lead analysis shows how science must continually be the subject of research studies as to its reliability and accuracy. This is the only way to prevent wrongful

Biography
David Burnham (1933- ) is an associate research professor at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication. He is also the co-founder/co-director of the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC). He became a reporter shortly after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in 1955. Burnham has worked for UPI, CBS, Newsweek, and is most famous for having worked at The New York Times as an investigative reporter from 1968 to 1986. He has gained decades of experience concentrating on federal enforcement and surveillance issues.
Burnham has written three books and penned numerous magazine articles. Burnham’s first book, The Rise of the Computer State, was published in 1984. His investigative book on the Internal Revenue Service, A Law unto Itself: Power, Politics and the IRS, was published in 1990. A third book, Above the Law: Secret Deals, Political Fixes, and Other Misadventures of the U.S. Department of Justice, was published in 1996.
Over the years, Burnham has received a number of professional honors including the George Polk Award for Community Service, Long Island University (1968); the Alicia Patterson Foundation Fellowship (1987); the Best Investigative Book of 1990, Investigative Reporters and Editors (1990); and the Rockefeller Foundation Fellowship, Bellagio, Italy (1992). In 2003, Burnham was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Humane Letters from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In 2006, he was inducted into the National Freedom of Information Act Hall of Fame.

A Law Unto Itself: Power, Politics and the IRS
Author David Burnham called the Internal Revenue Service "the single, most powerful instrument of social control in the United States." He examined the organization in his book A Law Unto Itself: Power, Politics, and the IRS. Burnham, a former journalist of the New York Times, compared the IRS to the New York Police Department, which he covered in the 1960s and 1970s. He compared the authority vested in a police officer to the authority of IRS agents. He stated that any organization with such authority delegated at low levels is subject to abuses and a prime candidate for poor management. A four-year project, Burnham's work was highly researched and documented. It covered the history of IRS from the Civil War era to the present.

Edgar Hoover as a moral and political monster without a single redeeming feature. In Summers's view, Hoover did great harm to uncountable individuals as well as to institutions and organizations, to civil rights and liberties, to democracy itself. That he was our top cop for half a century, and that during all that time neither Congress nor the contemporary media ever had the fortitude to investigate Hoover and the FBI, Summers regards as a national disgrace.

Emad A. Salem is an FBI informant, who was a key wit-
ness in the trial of Ramzi Yousef, Abdul Hakim Murad,
and Wali Khan Amin Shah, convicted in the World Trade
Center Bombing of February 26, 1993.
After the bombing, Salem stated that the FBI knew about
the bombing plot, and agreed to foil it by supplying fake
explosives to him. Salem taped his telephone conversa-
tions with FBI agents. Those tapes were provided to de-
fense lawyers, although they were not used in the trial.
In December 1993, James M. Fox, the head of the FBI’s
New York Office, denied that the FBI had any foreknowl-
edge of the attacks.

In one conversation Salem says to Anticev, "we was start already building the bomb which went off in the World Trade Center. It was built by supervision from the Bureau and the D.A. We was all informed about it and we knew that the bomb started to be built.

Lee Harvey Oswald was an FBI informant and the agency tried to cover it up.
 At our D.C. conference, researcher Larry Rivera discussed one of the most important document releases to come out so far. It is the sworn testimony given to the House Select Committee On Assassinations by a man named Orest Pena, a New Orleans bar owner, who also happened to be an FBI informant. In this extraordinary interview, Pena comes across as someone who wants to tell the truth but fears the repercussions of doing so.
    Pena was assigned to an FBI agent named Warren de Brueys, who visited Pena’s business on a regular basis in order to collect information. Although his English was far from perfect, Pena made some startling statements about de Brueys and his connections to Lee Harvey Oswald to the committee. He claimed “I was never paid a single penny. I thought I was doing good for the United States.”
   Pena saw a lot of things during his time as an informant from 1960 to 1963. He was aware of the fact de Brueys was meeting with Sergio Arcacha Smith and David (he referred to him as William) Ferrie, two well-known characters in the JFK assassination story. More importantly, he also saw Lee Harvey Oswald frequenting the same restaurant where members of the FBI (including de Brueys) and other government agencies spent time. Pena stated that Oswald interacted on occasion with some of the agents, including the aforementioned de Brueys. Pena stated on the record that he believed de Brueys followed Oswald to Dallas. Prior to the assassination, de Brueys came to Pena and informed him he was no longer needed as an informant because he (de Brueys) was heading to Dallas.

As Elze’s research shows, this is a multipronged attack, with synthetic foods also targeting pets and livestock. There is every indication that governments, corporations, and others are serious about establishing a tightly controlled food system that replaces real food and real meat with synthetic, pharma-inspired “alternatives.”
Our discussion—along with Elze’s masterful and comprehensive write-up of her findings on Pharma Food—constitute essential intelligence for anyone who eats and for anyone who wishes to keep eating real food. This knowledge is also essential for investors, whose ETFs and 401(k)s are likely to be financing synthetic food companies.
