This came in after the Atzmon thread which nearly destroyed the board.

I'm not urging a revival of the Atzmon food fight, as I don't think that's likely to be very productive at all.

I didn't realise that was the specific reason. looking at the thread I thought it was about generally provocative material in the region of race and culture.
Don't know much about this Atzmon character so I'm unlikely to fall foul of this rule.

It was based on a leadership cult – that has been common. It opposed the values of the French revolution. Its propaganda was nationalistic and inegalitarian. Thanks for posting this citation. I'm sure I read it before but the details get kinda fuzzy sometimes. Links are always helpful, since I've seen quotes sometimes taken out of context.
