Hey now. Some episodes of the TV series had some really good sci-fi in them. Season 3 is a waste and some episodes of 1 and 2 were just dopey (no pun intended). The "Holly Don't" episode remains kinda trippy. The series also introduced kids to concepts like closed universes, etc. Skip watching the dumb movie remake and re-watch seasons 1 and 2.

FYI: NBC has stopped special coverage and has now gone to the Trump reality show.
