In this case - the USG asked for a stay of the induction against US officials and their censorship meetings with tech companies.
There is a LOT in here but it basically goes step by step through the rationale for the injunction and why it needs to remain.
This quote at the end is telling
"It only prohibits something the Defendants have no legal right to do"

As usual his words are being twisted to support the "agenda" that he is a conspiracy theory nut, when actually quite often when you hear him in entirety, he makes a lot of sense. Its no secret that "Ancestry DNA" is owned by a Chinese company, so his comments about targeted viruses unfortunately are NOT "out there".
The headline is misleading - RFK Junior didn’t say the vaccine was targeted, he said papers have been published indicating that they have been targeted. That’s a big difference. He’s being attacked heavily from the far left him as he has 20 percent of Democrats already on his side.
What is the point of this hit piece? What does the Post gain by discrediting Kennedy? Will you follow up with a story on the study that he was referring to?
We should all be concerned about the dangers of biological weapons. And that if they are deployed, intentionally or not, there will be a massive effort to cover it up.
It could be an attempt to discredit RFK because in the general election he could draw votes from the Republicans by running as a third candidate.
