WHY WOULD THE POLICE NOT EVEN MENTION THAT STREET-LEVEL SHOOTER IN ANY OF THEIR PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS?

Presstitutes are certainly breaking out the heavy hyperbole for this. I've seen alternately, "Worst Tragedy in Dallas Since JFK Assassination" and "Deadliest Day for Police Since 9/11". Not one word about 7/7, except here.

Looks like Micah Xavier Johnson is confirmed to be an Army reservist and Afghanistan war veteran.

Three tramps. Doesn't happen too often, but yeah, I figure it's like Mac said, "This is too high above your paygrade." That kind of non-cooperation.

In case it vanishes: That video of the street-level shooter is attributed to "[@MATTHEWKEYSLIVE] VIDEO:KDFW"

A shorter version was posted by the BBC. Belated thanks to Grizzly for posting the full version here,

Why do the cops find that shooter unmentionable? Why are they giving us all this "four, or two, shooters in elevated positions" stuff? That shooter was right there on the street. He wasnt exactly hard to spot. But Chief Brown and the Dallas Police Dept have NOT ONCE mentioned him, not in the press conference, not on Twitter, not on Facebook, nowhere that I can find.

Goddammit, he chose to start shooting on an empty street beside a parked SUV with all its lights flashing! While wearing white pants!

Thanks for these quotes. I clicked the link and now all mention of other snipers, "elevated positions""to triangulate on these officers" has been completely scrubbed.

For what it's worth NPR did an interview about an hour ago with the video shooter (Matthew Keys?) He most certainly made mention of TWO shooters, but it is unclear if one of them as also the cop(?) that was snuck up on and gunned down from the white pants guy. A quick search didn't turn up an online version, but I'm assuming it will pop up shortly on the Dallas NPR affiliate.

Tennessee Highway Gunman Motivated by Police Shootings: Authorities

BRISTOL, Tenn. — A man accused of shooting indiscriminately at passing cars and police on a Tennessee highway told investigators he was angry about police violence against African-Americans, authorities said Friday.

One woman died and three others, including one police officer, were injured in the rampage.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said in a news release that initial conversations with the suspect, 37-year-old Lakeem Keon Scott, revealed he was troubled by several incidents across the U.S.

Scott, who is black, was wounded in the shootout with police, remains hospitalized and has not yet been charged. All those shot were white, police confirmed.

The announcement comes just hours after 12 officers were shot at a Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas by a man who police say declared he was angry about police shootings of black men and wanted to exterminate whites. Five of the officers died.

The shooting spree in Tennessee began around 2:20 a.m. Thursday.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation alleges Scott — armed with an assault rifle, a pistol and a large amount of ammunition — fired shots through the window of the Days Inn on Volunteer Parkway.

The front desk clerk, Deborah Watts, was struck and injured. Days Inn owner Kiran Patel said he awoke to the sound of gunfire. His wife called the front desk to see what happened, Watts answered and said she'd been shot. She remains in the hospital in serious but stable condition.

The gunman then turned his fire to cars passing on the highway, investigators say.

Newspaper carrier Jennifer Rooney, a 44-year-old mother of two, was on her way to pick up papers for the morning delivery when a bullet struck her. The Bristol Herald-Courier reported that her car careened over a median and crashed through a chain link fence.

David Whitman Davis was also injured by flying glass from the gunfire, the TBI said.

Three officers with the Bristol Tennessee Police Department arrived and confronted Scott, who fired on them.

Office Matthew Cousins was hit in the leg. He was treated for superficial injuries and released.

Scott was stuck by the officers returning fire. He remains in the hospital in serious but stable condition.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the investigation is ongoing as they work to understand the shooter's motive.

But MXJ wasn't gunned down, he was killed by a robot. So who's this guy?

ON EDIT: Nevermind, I was confused about who shot who. But white pants guy ain't the patsy.

The shameless bastards. History is being made fabricated while we watch.

The BBC also attribute that video to someone other than Matthew Keys: ("Credit: RANDY BIART")

Amateur video shows Dallas 'gunman'

Amateur video shows a person firing a semi-automatic rifle on the street in Dallas.

Five police officers have been shot dead by snipers at a protest in the city. Six more officers were injured in the shooting, some critically

I suppose it's possible that Randy Biart and Matthew Keys were filming separately but side-by-side.

Kinda what I was thinking. He hit his tipping point and wanted to make an impact. I have a feeling we'll be talking about "Micah X" for quite some time.

Although I can't get that cartoon out of my head with Hillary Bush, posted some pages back. It doesn't seem like too many are talking about the FBI and those emails today...

I think the video certainly looks authentic, Grizzly. The Dallas police really have to explain why they have NOT ONCE EVEN MENTIONED that there was at least one shooter firing an automatic rifle and killing policemen at street-level, under those colonnades, in full view of people in the building opposite. And who was filmed doing it.

Not one word from the police about it so far. Not one word from Chief Brown in his press conference, or anywhere else.

Hypothesis: Maybe those "elevated" "triangulating" shooters were distractions, a red herring? If they even existed. Maybe they are the three guys now mysteriously "not cooperating" with their interrogators.

-------------

Now I would like to know what colour pants Micah X(avier) was wearing when the police robot blew him up. I suspect they were not white. I suspect that White Pants Guy escaped in a black SUV.
