The Webb article makes a strong case in outlining Mega but doesn't link them to 9/11, or mention it at all, unless you mean indirectly via Promis, with Ruppert providing some context for that. Ruppert's book doesn't talk about Mega that I remember, but is more in line with my own thinking of a plot grown within what I would call the Bush mob, what Trento called the "Rogue CIA," i.e. the post-seventies, Bush-plus-Team-B, Reagan-era-forward covert ops generation oriented around the guidance of Cheney-Rumsfeld, COG, PNAC, et al. Or, as a big banner that always got reactions at demos in New York in the early years read, "The Bush Regime Engineered 9/11." I thought David Boies was a lesson in cognitive dissonance. First he lists the reasons why it is practically inconceivable that Epstein killed himself and then he goes on to say that it is impossible that he didn't kill himself.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad waded into the conspiracy theories around Jeffery Epstein's suicide, saying the financier and convicted sex offender was murdered as part of a Western plot to eliminate high-profile people who knew too much.

Speaking to Russia's state-run Rossiya-24 station Thursday, Assad commented on the death of Syria Civil Defense co-founder James Le Mesurier, who died Monday after an apparent fall from his Istanbul apartment. Assad and his supporters have repeatedly alleged that Le Mesurier's organization, commonly known as the White Helmets, were not a rescue group but militant operatives working on behalf of his foes, including the United States and the United Kingdom, which he speculated—without providing evidence—may have been behind a spat of apparent assassinations.

"American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was killed several weeks ago, they said he had committed suicide in jail. However, he was killed because he knew a lot of vital secrets connected with very important people in the British and American regimes, and possibly in other countries as well," Assad told the outlet, as translated by the state-run Tass Russian News Agency.

"And now the main founder of the White Helmets has been killed, he was an officer and he had worked his whole life with NATO in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Iraq and Lebanon," he added. "Both of us know that they [representatives of the White Helmets] are naturally part of Al-Qaeda. I believe that these people, as well as the previously liquidated [Osama] bin Laden and [ISIS leader Abu Bakr] al-Baghdadi had been killed chiefly because they knew major secrets. They turned into a burden once they had played out their roles. A dire need to do away with them surfaced after they had fulfilled their roles."

Bin Laden and Baghdadi were killed by Special Operations Forces in May 2011 and October of this year, respectively. While Le Mesurier's death is still being investigated by Turkish authorities, the New York City medical examiner ruled that Epstein's death in August was a suicide—a decision that has done little to dissuade an array of alternative theories as to his demise.

Epstein was known for navigating elite social circles that included the likes of President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton and various celebrities as he assumed a number of successive positions in the world of banking and finance. He was first convicted in 2008 of procuring underage prostitutes, but only served just over a year plus house arrest before authorities say the registered sex offender continued to engage in illicit sexual activity with minors.

He was again arrested in July and, later that same month, Epstein was found in his Manhattan's Metropolitan Correctional Center cell with injuries on his neck following an apparent suicide attempt that prompted the facility to place him on a special watch. After it was lifted, the watch should have mandated check-ups every half-hour. However, Epstein was found dead amid what Attorney General William Barrs called "serious irregularities" at the center in which he was being held.

The suspicious circumstances surrounding Epstein's death have since been a highly-debated topic and the subject of countless tongue-in-cheek Internet memes proliferated by individuals from all walks of society. On Wednesday, Republican Representative Paul Gosar of Arizona appeared to weigh in by spelling "Epstein didn't kill himself" using the first letter of a string of 23 otherwise unrelated tweets.

Le Mesurier's death has also prompted talks of conspiracy. Just three days before he was found dead, the Russian Foreign Ministry—an ally of the Syrian government—cited spokesperson Maria Zakharova as calling Le Mesurier "a former agent of Britain's MI6, who has been spotted all around the world, including in the #Balkans and the #MiddleEast." It alleged he had "connections to terrorist groups were reported back during his mission in #Kosovo."

While Le Mesurier did serve in the British Army from 1990 to 2000, there has been no public record of him working with the U.K.'s Secret Intelligence Service. The White Helmets—the subject of an Academy Award-winning 2016 documentary—have long defended their record as rescue workers who "operate in the most dangerous place on earth and have saved more than 100,000 lives over the past five years," doing so "regardless of their religion or politics."

Moscow has also backed Damascus in dispelling claims that the Syrian military has used chemical weapons throughout the country's eight-year civil war against rebels and jihadis. Both governments have often alleged that the White Helmets staged such events as "false flag" attacks intended to draw U.S. and allied intervention against Assad.

Russia, who President Donald Trump thanked for allowing the U.S. to use Syrian airspace under Russian military control, has also cast some doubt as to Baghdadi's death, though his demise was announced by the group days later. In an interview late last month, Assad denied playing any role in the U.S. operation—considered illegal on Syrian territory—and called on the U.S. to reveal the militant leader's remains, which U.S. Central Command head General Kenneth McKenzie said were buried at sea, as were bin Laden's in 2011.

As you know, if we're talking "Rogue CIA" or "Bush Crime Family," we're talking an international matrix where the Mossad, and Zionist money, figures prominently as both an intermediary and an accomplice.

I'd start with MEGA member Max Fisher, a character in the mold of Sydney Korshak -- ubiquitously important, yet also rather invisible. His nexus spans from the Bronfmans to PNAC to the oil industry. Bronfman, of course, is a central force in MEGA and often cited as a founding member. Bronfman, along with Wexner, were also on the board of the Emet Group, created shortly before 9/11, which was founded by another MEGA stalwart, healthcare magnate Leonard Abramson. (Good ol' Lou Ranieri was also on board.)

Through Wexner, of course, we come to the Hollinger International nexus of Conrad Black, also full of primary conspirators like Kissinger and Perle. From here, the view gets so dizzying I have to keep myself from typing out another 10 paragraphs of connect the dots which you'll be dismissing as apophenia anyway, so let's cleave closer to my real case.

Now, of course, all of this activity doesn't implicate them in 9/11, but instead represents a broad imperative to keep control over US politics, and extirpate US state secrets, both intelligence gems and actual technology. I just assert that it's fucking impossible they were unaware of the 9/11 operation, at any stage, because of the access and control (and interests) that they had.

The leaders and fixers they were able to compromise were critical to the success of the 9/11 operation and subsequent coverup. I reject the notion this was an accidental blessing.

Without dismissing your map, I think there are reasons (other than a sexual blackmail ring) why a similar higher-level web can be spun around oil and/or Saudis, and no doubt another around finance/intel doings, such as might include Riggs Bank. And they overlap. But I expect the 9/11 op itself is never going to involve all potential beneficiaries and partners (in interest or ideology or community) directly in the foreplanning or foreknowledge. Rather, the broader ruling-class power centers, including the one you draw, can be relied upon to respond predictably when they see it happen, and also not to delve. It's like Christmas came early and they grab their gifts.

I have always expected the operation was as tight as it can possibly be kept, although some tentacles at the middle levels in operationally important nodes like UBLU or Alec Station or in the wargames planning are necessary and thus obvious. Of course it requires executive figures at the top giving an initial impetus and a greenlight when ready. It can't be risked as a "rogue" operation from the mid-level. I expect the operational executives to have names like Cheney and Rumsfeld, not Fisher or Bronfman. That doesn't render what you say irrelevant, or make your ideas of operational authorship impossible. Just very unlikely and much less parsimonious by comparison, in my view.

Advance consensus of everyone in the "international matrix" is neither necessary or possible, and said matrix has many centers and heads beyond the ones you focus on. Even the mother of all blackmail rings will not extend into every corner, and even if it does extend into this one, that doesn't show authorship.

As logical tops in the 9/11 operation (as opposed to something much larger we might call "the system" or "the empire" or "the blob,") I look to those with the most state-executive and military experience, perhaps including some who are known to have appointed themselves as the secret government (through COG planning) and to have expressed the unitary executive doctrine already in the 1980s, and who in 2001 happened to be, just then again, in official command of the state executive. The latter seems central to me, as the state executive has to both accommodate execution of the plot for it to work and is the entity that then responds in all the ways that count: by running the non-investigation, and the pre-planned post-9/11 wars (the main event), and the pre-planned post-9/11 innovations in government, propaganda, surveillance and repression.

A model of the operation proceeding from functions necessary to operational success points to these figures or others in the vicinity. Viability practically requires the operation to be tight, to include professionals of the military-intel complex who have worked together for a long time and are in the right official positions when the day comes. They can and will make their inside crew for the coup no more extensive than operationally necessary. Could they in turn be receiving a higher impetus to start and green-light from a further level of authority divorced from operational proceedings? Could be, but your scenario is far from convincing me that you have discovered it.

For what it's worth, there is reason to think that sexual blackmail played a role on 9/11. Documentary filmmaker Jonathan Elinoff was pursuing the Delmart Vreeland story (recall he was busted on child prostitution charges and apparently alluded to a life story similar to that of the Franklin case), and stumbled onto a Colorado pedophile ring that he came to believe was CIA-run and essential to blackmailing figures in the 9/11 op. The central figure was former Arapahoe County Sheriff Pat Sullivan who went down in a 2011 meth-for-sex scandal. Also involved in the human trafficking, according to Elinoff, was the Russian mob network under Viktor Kozeny that intersected with Mohammed Atta's time in Florida as part of a CIA drug running operation.

And Kozeny, as I explained in my 11/9 stream with John Brisson, is a plausible Epstein associate due to his similar background and overlapping connections with George Mitchell, Frederic Bourke, and possibly Atta pal Wolfgang Bohringer. (There's also the likelihood that Epstein's pilot and Eastern European sex slave Nada Marcinkova trained at the same Lantana airport in Palm Beach where Mohammed Atta did, but I'm still verifying that it is in fact the same airport.) None of this directly proves a connection with the Epstein operation, but it's a lot of interesting overlaps, and certainly a lead worth checking further.
