It's a Random Dot Autostereogram. Once you see the stereogram the image of a goat with the text "International day of the goat" pops off the screen. You have to teach your eyes to focus as if they were trying to see something behind the plane of your computer screen. Put your face about six inches away from the screen so your eyes can't focus on the plane of the screen. Experiment with moving your eyes very slowly and in small increments closer and further away from the screen. Be patient. Practice this when you have no distractions. Once you train your eyes and brain to see stereograms you will readily see all of them. Some are easier to see than others so try lots of different images. Follow the links at the end of the wiki article for stereogram galleries.
