[REFER.] After listening to randomly selected excerpts of several Tavener choral, vocal and instrumental compositions on YTube, those pieces, imo, are besprinkled too much in a declaration of spiritual or popularly metaphysical (or new age-esque) ambience, based in gregorian chant that can be quite lovely during occasional listenings most of which can dress you up but not take you anywhere unless of course that's where you wish to go. Just my soporific opinion, though.
