Brace yourselves.....

Congratulations, Willow. :partyhat

Is it happy hour yet? I'll have a Caesar (drink, not salad), please.

Thanks you two.

That's funny Pere, I was going to have Caesar salad for din.

Cheers!

The Caesar was invented in 1969 by restaurant manager Walter Chell of the Calgary Inn (today the Westin Hotel) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He devised the cocktail after being tasked to create a signature drink for the Calgary Inn's new Italian restaurant. He mixed vodka with clam and tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and other spices, creating a drink similar to a Bloody Mary but with a uniquely spicy flavour.

WHY, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, HOW?

You are a fabulous, resilient, strong, intelligent, empathetic, intuitive, creative, assertive, beautiful, funny person and the world should be deeply, deeply ashamed of itself if it is causing you pain.

On the flip side, perhaps you should feel honoured, because clearly 'the aliens' know that you can handle it.

But that being said... exactly when do the tests end and the graduation ceremony begin? huh?

My good vibes are being sent westward to you, PW.

No, I'm not. I might have had potential at one point but there's been too much damage. I am intensely fearful and angry.

I made myself a little fantasy I could have some happiness, but of course it was impossible. The route to that for me remains through the inside, and I'm not young anymore and I'm tired.

Thank you for your words and vibes. You too justdrew.

Willow, could I just offer some drink? In times like these, sometimes they help...

PW, we don't even really know each other much here, and a couple of our interactions haven't been the nicest thangs, but if it wasn't for you I don't think I'd have discovered several important sources of info I am very grateful for finding.

When I am feeling like crap, it sometimes helps me feel better to remember that I have had a positive influence on lots of people [as a college instructor, I'm lucky enough to be provided with believable evidence of this from time to time]. I'm someone on whom you've had that influence.

Best of luck in your juried group show!

Bryan
