Listen, I'm truly sorry if I offended with my comment, it was meant as a bit of a joke on the assumption that the photo in question was a bit too graphic to be a turn on.

Its as if someone showed a photo of some extreme dental work (regardless of gender) and then someone else made a joke about kissing that mouth. (Honestly I've always wondered how a dentist can go home and kiss his or her husband or wife on the mouth.)

If I haven't made it clear, I actually love the female genitalia, even the look of them, but that particular photo was particularly not attractive, and I had in fact never seen such a thing (insofar as the particular feature being deliberately isplayed), so the affect of it on me was a bit shocking! So I made a joke.

Just stop digging man. It was no more than a picture to show what was meant, to accompany a description of one type of vulva out of many, many possible types. A picture of healthy human tissue. Willow's first response was exactly right:

If a sincere but somewhat thin-skinned sensitive suddenly shines a public spotlight on a socially-suppressed sexual subject, it should be expected that such seemingly sensational action is going to invoke controversial commentary, including prurient interest, indignity and uninformed, even indelicate and ignorant input. So if one decides to open up and expose it publicly, expect repressed and politically incorrect reactions to be posted openly in response. Not all resulting critique and criticism can be confined, controlled nor relegated to private mail. We are all imperfect, just as our anatomy illustrates.
