If you're running the new theme, there is now a link in the top menu under the logo/header. You can also name and tagline your blog.

Thanks. I am unable to open the Blog tab on (this) RI site. Are you able to? Cannot seem to find a moderator willing to respond. Any ideas?

They've been broken for years now ... I think JustDrew is the only person with server access (possibly still Project Willow) that could effect such repairs.
