How sad is this? I've found myself accidentally listening to (and enjoying) the music of Taylor Swift, due to my long-term liking of Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
I'm too old for this shit. It's the very acme of geeky loserdom, and don't you try to tell me no different. It's fucking pathetic, and no ironic hipster sheen can redeem it. Decent song though.
Liking Imogen Heap too (not just for the Fraggle Rock-style name, either). She reminds me of peak-period Kate Bush, in a way. I'm well behind the times, lol:
Hey, American peeps, I just heard about this totally new song called "Pumped Up Kicks" by this totally new band called Foster The People. Yous might like it - remember who told ya about it in future, 'cos there's no way yous lot would've ever heard about them withoot me being here!
Barracuda, if you're still swimming in these depths, I quite like Katy Perry's new one. Not entirely convinced that she knows what a dark horse is, in colloquial terms, to be honest - but it's a listenable tune, and an entertaining video. Can't ask for more than that these days.
"The universe is 40 billion light years across and every inch of it would kill you if you went there. That is the position of the universe with regard to human life."
Well, aye, me too I suppose. These days. But it's not so much about her being attractive or sexy or hot or anything - she's just awesome, which nobody can deny.

...that's Uriah's daughter isn't it...? cuh....this music industry nepotism....
I'm not even cool enough to have thought of Uriah Heep. I was thinking of these guys:
