Is the background missing for you, too?

I don't mean that metaphorically. If it's not just me, something must be up with Photobucket. A lot of the earlier pics on the blog are greyed out, too.

I have it, but now that you mention it, it does look lighter.

Would you mind checking this archive page from the blog, and telling me if you can see the images that illustrate the posts? I'm just getting little grey-outlined boxes. Thanks.

I've checked in a few times this evening, using an older version of IE Explorer. All the images have worked fine for me, both here and on the blog.

The Scooter pic, "Top of my Head" pic are there, etc. with good color, on my end.
(edit: nevermind...)

Edited by: john doe at: 3/10/06 12:31 pm

I didn't have the background a couple of days ago - but it is back. I had to clear my cache to get it back. Not sure what that was about.

jeff, how did this get bumped to the top without an edit? i could have sworn I saw your and GDNO1's last 2 posts many many hours ago. perhaps something's the matter w/ my brain's white matter. Or I have spent too much time at the old board today and am seeing things. Time for a drink.

Jeff, did you catch that after I flagged the Pentagon-friendly link to a teleconference on the website of the Public Relations Society of America that they scrubbed and then renamed to omit "due to anti-American sentiments"?

First I thought the link was scrubbed.
Then I thought it was just my computer when I couldn't see two photos posted by Dreams End of Pat Robertson with his odd hand position on the cover of Time.

So I went back to the PRSA site to make sure I hadn't mistaken some cyber-glitch for human deceit but, sure enough, the link had been renamed for 'better PR.'

Thought I'd share that with you as evidence that professional liars DO notice this website and it is a target for discrediting with stuff like that 'Dolphin's Fleeing North' article.

I don't know how this site could possible have an even louder theremin soundtrack bed than it already does so I suspect your place here is a training ground like the islands in Puerto Rico the Pentagon shells.
