Pick a Bigger Weapon

Postby jonvalis » Tue Jul 25, 2006 3:26 pm

Not sure if this has been mentioned on the board yet...

I'll relate my story anyway:

I was just getting off the train in Astoria (Queens, NY). I don't often read the newspaper, but for some reason I grabbed a (7/26/2006) copy of "AM New York" (free newspaper aggressively pushed on new yorkers). I flipped to page 26, attracted by something unrelated and saw an announcement for a new album by The Coup:

Pick a Bigger Weapon

If you recall, an earlier album by The Coup entitled Party Music featured "potentially premonitory" images on its cover.
